If there was a zero stars option this DQ would get it. AWFUL service and now bad food to go along with it. Wont be back. Person taking our order didnt comprehend we wanted a 5 buck lunch meal with upgrade to blizzard and just kept telling us that was a 3 piece meal with no treat. Someone else had to explain it to her. When food was finally done, I had to return back to the front desk for blizzard even though it was supposed to come with food and it was melty. Also it wasnt delivered upside down. I mention it to the girl so she tips it upside down and rolls her eyes. I say isnt there some deal if its not turned upside down and she mumbled dont do that. Per the signage everywhere if its not delivered upside down the next one is free so I point that out. After going back and forth with them repeating they dont do that and me just saying then you should remove that part from your sign or post something that you dont do that, I get another eye roll with a snotty "ok". Once I finally ate my food, it was cold and dry and hard all at the same time. Terrible service, terrible food definitely will NOT be back.

The food and ice cream is good, what you would expect from DQ. But the service is lacking. My wife wanted a burger with ketchup and pickle only. First burger had everything no cheese, second burger was ketchup, pickle and mustard. She didnt want mustard. Then the third one they just brought out a bun and patty, with pickles in a cup. No ketchup, so we had to go get ketchup ourselves. And somebody else in our group was getting their ice cream before they brought it out and could hear them still trying to figure out what she wanted and thought it was cheese and pickles and when told that wasnt correct and told what it was supposed to be she said they can put their own ketchup on

I dont know why I continue to bother trying this place it is the worst fast food operation Ive ever experienced. I was just sitting in the Drive-Thru with 6 people ahead of me and in 5 minutes we didnt move one car. Last time I went into this location it was so dirty and the blizzard machines looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a week. Obviously the owners of this place either dont give a s***or horrible business people. I just made mistake for my last time and wont get within a 10 ft pole of this location ever again

Absoutely awful, Im allergic to peanuts and as my boyfriend ordered a billzard we sat and watched for 20 minutes as the workers did not clean off the mixer and continue to mix ingrediants from one blizzard to the next, my boyfriends blizzard which was a strawberry shortcake was mixed with chocolate and oreos. This place is absoutely digusting and needs to be shut down, the resturant is flithy, no one wears gloves as theyre making your food, the employees are all very young and very unprofessional.

The worst fast-food experience Ive had yet. We waited about ten minutes in drive-thru. The oreo blizzard we got had little oreo in it. Like it was on a diet. The place was ran by people who appeared to be in middle school with no manager visible. How are food was bagged was atrocious. The fries were spilted at the bottom with the bigger stuff at the top. I work in fast food as well and this was NOT how I would bag it! But besides that the food was good.

I came into DQ Saturday. I was helped right away and the staff was very polite and professional. The place was really clean too. I had a big order, expected to wait for 20 minutes with all the food and Ice cream I ordered. I only waited 10 minutes at most. The staff is great and the food was hot and amazing. Thank you for the great experience! Will come back again!

I would of gave it a zero stars food took 20 min to get and when we did got it cold as hell. McDonalds is right next door, go there instead. Went to return the frys that where cold didnt even think to bring new ones. Dont get a hog dog either how knows how long it was sitting on a warmer skin was tough could hardly eat it. They should shut this place down.

They are always packed but they do their best to get through the line fast. I also like that I have a 2 year old who doesnt eat a full cone and they always give her just a little bit of ice cream in a cup for her and I just think that is bringing customer service above and beyond because they dont have to do that.

When you order a Orange Julius in they give you a blizzard in an Orange Julius cup it makes you wonder who is trained these kids. Ive given them multiple chances and even tried to call to explain to them their mistake but they choose not to answer their phone. So my only recourse is to leave a poor review.

Im not sure what there are thinking...or if their thinking at all...or have anything to think with. I asked for no lettuce. Burger came with lettuce. I asked for extra napkins...they didnt even put any in the bag. Good thing theirs a new mcdonalds a block down. what a joke!

Food and ice cream is usually good but the quickness and level of service is very poor. Needs better training of the employees that run this. Would be one thing if it were only late or something but seems any day or time it is always slow at this loctation. Not impressed

Always timely. Always friendly service. I have only ever had one issue with my order in the 3 years Ive been coming here. We usually go through the drive-thru, but when we do inside everything is clean and orderly. Really love our local DQ.
