Very poor experience every single time I visit this location. Most recently, Samantha at the drive-thru window messed up a portion of our online order, and proceeded to argue with us when we asked her after receiving the wrong items. Taco Bell should hire employees that have a desire to provide customer satisfaction and who pay attention to details, because this location is exactly the opposite. Their inability to pay attention to orders causes them to give out wrong items on a consistent basis. This Taco Bell consistently provides exceptionally poor customer service and leaves much to be desired. If you want your food to be wrong, then visit this location!! Otherwise, I suggest you stay away!

Though the food was ok the portions were poor.....i ordered a nachos belgrande, the portion was deceptive at best. It was slightly larger than the smaller supreme. I brought it back up front and was told" it is what it is" I always order the bel grande, this is the poorest portion ever. The in charge people did nothing to correct the issue. Basically shut up and sit down. Hmmm , i hope poor quality and helpless management arent on the rise. At least the other taco bells make an effort to resolve an issue. If the portion isnt as advertised it is clearly deceptive.

What is a crunch wrap supreme there was like three tomatoes on it and honestly the lettuce seriously tasted bad it was so sad thats all I ordered and I really just all I wanted was a crunch wrap it really wasnt that difficult the person who was serving me seem to really not like me and it seems like they purposely made it bad on purpose I had to go to the drive-through again and order something else like just so I could get something to eat and it was honestly ridiculous . Only gave this one star because I had to in order ton leave a review .!

Worst Taco Bell Ive been to. I think its just the night shift, I havent had an issue during the day. I work close to this Taco Bell, so I go about once every other week or so. Every time lately, its extremely slow about a 20 min wait with only 1 car in front of me. Went tonight 9/1/16 and the male drive through staff was also rude, when I was trying to be nice. Not happy. I cant say Im the only person that feels this way.

Slowest Taco Bell in the state. There were several cars in the Drive-Thru so I tried to go inside thinking itd be quicker and I waited for about 15 minutes after I saw the car I would have been behind leave the drive thru. They cant call this location fast food. They should call it slow food. The cashier Diane P didnt have a very nice attitude either. We will never come back to this location.

This particular taco bell does a much better job than others. Your food looks awesome and will made and they dont skimp on their products. I have always been treated pretty nice there and never made to feel like I wasnt valued. They have made mistakes of course but its usually pretty rare. Sure its just taco bell this store should be the one others try to be.

If you would like fast service good portions. Or anything that you would expect from a normal Taco Bell. I would then suggest going to another location. This Rogers location is not a good stop. They do not care about the customers. Even when you pay for extra meat you do not get it. Best to drive location.

No major offences since Ive used this location while working in the neighborhood. You go there to get food people. Sometimes things happen, sometimes it takes longer than expected. Its Taco Bell, a "bad experience" doesnt have to ruin your whole day!

Stopped in on the way to the Minneapolis airport. They got us our food quickly. The food was fresh and the order was all correct. Definitely one of the faster Taco Bells I have been to!
