I have lived in the area most of my life and have got to say that after this last experience, I can never go back to this place again. Everyone knows that when going to a fast food chain you are not going there for a "dining experience". Like most people, you are going there for convenience, craving, or, your just plain drunk and no other place is open. That being said, the food is in the category of get what you pay for. What is most unfortunate however is the caliber of people that these places hire. I cant really blame Burger King for this. After all, they can only hire people who fill out applications. And from my experience, this has to be the most inept, unqualified, unprofessional, and downright pathetic souls to roam the planet. It simply astounds me at level of incompetence displayed by not only the employees, but by the so called managers in charge of these morons. I dont know who to be upset with more, the idiots behind the counter/drive-thru, or myself for falling once again for the promise of a fair exchange of money for "food". What is most galling of this whole experience is that our legislators are working very hard to achieve legislation that would pay these baboons $15/hr for such substandard performance. REALLY?!!!! It may sound like conspiracy, but I believe our elected officials are behind keeping these derelicts employed. I know they have already perfected automated fast food restaurants and I believe the government is subsidizing the major players to not implement these plans. Just another guy whos had a couple and gone off on a rant after having a simple order of onion rings screwed up(15 MINUTES PEOPLE!!!) or somebody whos telling it like it is? Never again. Not BK, not Arbys, not McDs, not Wendys ever again. Its time to put these places out out of misery!

The place to go to be overcharged for fast food that isnt fast (and possibly isnt food). You can avoid getting the wrong-sized drink, or one that has 19 oz. of ice and 1 oz. of soda, by skipping the drive-through. Thatll let you fill your own wrong-sized drink at a soda fountain from the 1980s, stand in a sticky puddle, watch the cashier mangle other peoples orders, and wonder why a burger joint with only two other customers in it needs seven employees all standing around in a group talking. Of course, absolutely nothing you do will create the spontaneous alignment of the planets that will allow you to get what you ordered the way you ordered it.

HORRIBLE! I remember this place as having horrible service before but when it closed for what I believe was close to two years and re-opened just recently, I thought it would be a much better experience, the staff would be better trained, more friendly, and quicker "FAST food" service...Not the case! Stopped here the other night for some spicy hot chicken fries which I was told they were out off? placed my order for something different took 3 times before the woman working the drive thru window understood my order, over 10 minutes in the drive thru lane waiting..and only 2 cars were in front of me? NEVER AGAIN!!

I was excited to try this place after it being closed for at least a year. I was sure with fresh training and strong management, there food would be on point but my enthusiasm destroyed! I bought a whopper with extra lettuce, no tomato. The bun had huge globs of ketchup on the crown and there was hardly the normal serving of lettuce on it. Its obvious the staff couldnt care less about the food theyre making. I miss having a normal meal at Burger King! It was my favorite fast food joint.

This particular BK has been plagued by its staff for many years. They were completely closed for several months and when they reopened I figured they had to have new management and staff and things would be different. But the personnel remain poorly trained, slow, and generally uncaring. The food is the same as you will get at any other BK. The time to takes to place an order and get the food is longer than you can possibly expect...regardless of they day or time.

Ordered food via drive thru, exact words were two croissants with sausage, got to work in frogtown and found both with no sausage, just egg. Ordered hashbrowns well done, got undercooked. Drove all the way back and the manager says you ordered no meat, how the hell does sausage sound like no meat ?? Manger is a dipshit and needs to be removed for someone able to do the simple job. Avoid this place like the plauge.

The staff is very friendly, though sometimes overwhelmed. There is a bus stop nearby and at times the place can be over run with interesting people - crying babies, teenagers trying to steal a free drink, etc. I usually go through drive through so I dont need to interact with the occasional chaos inside. I do think its managed decently, and the staff do there best in a crazy spot and an older building.

This Burger king is a excellent place to get flame broiled burgers . The restaurant has been taken over by a new franchise . The dining area is much more cleaner . They also have new menus That are priced very reasonably .You also might want to try the new turkey burgers . Very yummy ..... and the brownie sundae is out of this world ! my coworkers. they also rate this restaurant as excellent.

The employees at this place are a complete joke!!!!!!!!! I left after waiting 15min for a single burger.... This place WILL NOT stay open long unless every single one of those employees are fired mark my words!!!!! I have never seen such lazy, disrespectful, uneducated pos in my life! This BK is slow 100% of the time and gets my order wrong about 75% of the time. I guess I can only blame myself for not double checking my order more often (something I should not HAVE to do) and for continuing to go there. I am done. No more. How hard is #9 with onion rings? Slow idiots abound here. Avoid.

They closed this place in 2014 and re-opened it in 2015 after redecorating. Same ghetto staff! Before they closed it they always screwed up the food orders... Now it looks like the other newly redesigned BKs but the problem is the staff. The "diverse" crew are always talking when preparing food.

Wish I could give it less stars. Been opened for a few months now and still hasnt gotten any of my orders right. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for being new but after 3-4 months they should be better by now. Not going there anymore, go somewhere else.

Sitting in drive through at 11:18 pm when hours say open until midnight.....went to window and saw somebody in kitchen but nobody is wanting to take my order. I have been here waiting for 10 minutes. Not very impressed and definitely not very happy.

This BK is always dirty. I have recieved good customer service from many of the employees, but my food is usually cold and has dissapointed me everytime. I have stopped going here. I wish the food was better because I live right down the street.

This is a troubled location. It was closed for a year and then the interior was gutted. During dinner time the place is empty and the crews are dubious! Having observed them in the past you think they had monkeys working preparing food!?!?
