We were there on Saturday, March 15, 2014. There were 8 of us for lunch as part of a birthday surprise for a friend. We were told we had a 20 minute wait but 20 minutes turned into an hour. We already knew what we were going to order because we looked over the menus while we were waiting. We had another scheduled appointment after lunch, and had no extra time to waste. We placed our order and again waited what seemed like too long before the servers came out with 4 of the 8 meals. The 4 of us waited for another 10 minutes until the additional 4 meals came which put our meals at not so fresh and hot. Myself and one other person ordered a hamburger well done, and they were over done! Charred crunchy on the outside and dry and hard in the middle. I always order my burger cooked well and have never had it be like cardboard. Of course we were late for our next appointment as well. We scheduled 1 1/2 hours for lunch. When you are told 20 minutes, it should be 20 minutes. We were very disappointed in the whole experience.

We always love going to Red Lobster but havent been in a while. We heard the Burnsville location wasnt that great anymore but refused to believe it. I am a new Mother with a newborn and ordered some of our favorite food for an easy meal tonight and unfortunately, the biscuits were literally crackers, the shrimp was super dry and over cooked and they didnt have any cocktail sauce or tarter sauce in our takeout bag (as asked for when ordering - as well as normal sides that come with the meal). Honestly, I didnt check the bag prior to leaving with our to go order because normally they do such a great job and I had the baby in his car seat and was alone. Having worked in the service industry for 14 years I have to say I am a bit disappointed as it seems service isnt as good as it used to be. I think this will be our last time trying to "hope for the best" from the ole Red Lobster. #saddayredlobster

My server got upset at me because I wanted to order my food right away, and then went over and rolled her eyes while talking to another server about me right in my face. Then I went and told her boss, and I said I wanted a new server and he said I dont know if I can do that. We dont really know what happen. I wont be coming here again and I will be calling corporate on this place for the out right rude service they allow to go on here this is a horrible place. It would get a 1 but the food was awesome

Food is getting way over prices at this place. For 40 bucks go downtown and have way better seafood. Also, the waitress only brought out half my food because she forgot to put in the order for scallops. Once she finally brought me the scallops it was on a metal skewer. Not thinking I picked it up to slide off the scallops. Had to run to the bathroom to put cold water on my blistered fingers. Manager came out and said sorry that was about it. Doubt Ill go back to this location.

Had the best service ever at Red Lobster Last night. It was my Grandsons 9th Birthday. He wanted to try crab legs. Our Waiter Kody was outstanding. He totally engaged with my Grandson. He helped him learn how to eat the crab legs and made him feel extra special. The food was fantastic! The hostess at the front desk allowed the boys to touch and feel a live lobster. The night was not just dinner but a real event! Thanks!!!

We recently went here for dinner. We called ahead, and were glad we did (the wait wouldve been 45 minutes we were told). However, the food was good, and we had a nice time. The prices and speed of service were acceptable. We ordered the Rock Lobster/New York Strip "surf and turf" and split it with an extra side, and left with leftovers. And how about those biscuits! All in all, not too shabby.

There is no time of the year better then the Red Lobster Endless shrimp event. Its the one time of the year for under $20 you can try your best to put shrimp on the endangered species list while enjoy them in five different flavors. Seriously though the food is always great, the store is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, and their best food item, the cheddar bay biscuits are free!

It started with me asking for waters and when the waters came the outside of the cup felt like it had benn hand rolled in rocks and was real gritty now if the cup was like that what do u think i thought of the plates yeah u guessed it gross so i left and didnt order there its a better restaurant right beside it and i took my business there

Less then stellar tonight, food quality was pretty poor. Garlic shrimp scampi was not buttery like normal, it tasted more like water. Ordered molten chocolate chip cookie for dessert, it wasnt molten at all, it was cold in the center and as hard as a Hershey bar. Havent been here for about a year, and were really disappointed by this visit.

My all time favorite place to get decent seafood. The prices can be a little steep but if you dont gorge yourself you can usually take home leftovers and get two meals out of the deal. The cheddar biscuits alone are worth the price. Garlic butter shrimp to die for and sweet lobster tails. Yum!

Definitely call ahead (they allow max 30 minutes) because it is hit or miss for wait times. Ive been there multiple times around the same time/day and sometimes its a 40 minute wait, other times we are seated immediately. Otherwise, service is good and cheddar biscuits are always delicious.

This place is a good looking restaurant. The waiting was fair, less than 10 min. A variety of of sea food. They propose fresh daily fishes. Waiters are professionals. The only thing I didnt like is the Caesar salad, it was too much salty. By the way, its a bit expensive for what it is.

We had a fantastic experience here tonight from our server, Randy. He was definitely one of the best servers weve had anywhere. He went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. The food came out quickly and was delicious. We will definitely be back!

The food was ok but I never been any where where u wait on the bill longer than u did your food not to mention we had to keep trying to pay.It was messy maybe just a off night everyone deserves a second chance hopefully better next time.

Had a great experience here! Our waitress (buffy) not only was fantastic at bringing us countless biscuits but she gave us a ice cream and a small note telling us to have a good anniversary :) will go here again! A great experience!
