Manager and Hostess extremely rude My wife and I came to the Bloomington Red Lobster for dinner. Our server that was handling our table was nice but the manager was an absolute disgrace. She sneered at us when we came in the door and told us "only too ha?" later when bringing our food out, she gave us more of an altitude. There was no space at the table to put the food they brought out down because they were rushing out our orders so fast. We barely had enough time to eat the food so im not sure if she was just being inpatiant and wanted us out as soon as possible or what the issue was. The whole experenced was very rushed. Im not sure what her problem was. They were not busy or anything, so I cant give them that excuse. When walking out we also receved a sarcastic remark from the hostess. We will not be eating at this location again.

We had called ahead for "call ahead waiting list" and when we got there we still had to wait for an hour. By the time we got our table the kids were starving. We ordered for the kids right away but it still didnt come for 30 minutes. Our waitress was very nice and helpful and the food was awesome. At the end of the meal my sister in law realized her wallet was missing. Someone lifted her wallet out of her purse and charged up huge amounts on her credit cards by the time we were done with our meal. This would have been a good experience if the service wasnt so slow and my sisters wallet wasnt stolen.

Went to Red Lobster for a 5 p.m. dinner. They werent too busy and sat us down right away. Claudia did a fantastic job with helping us order. (Strawberry Daquiri was incredible!) On arrival we were served biscuits, which were perfectly baked and seasoned. The Chicken Cesar Salad was amazing beyond words, and following it was the Parmesean Crusted Chicken Alfredo-also very filling and to die for! Everything was served within a timely manner and the staff was kind. Definitely coming back!

We usually go there early enough to beat the crowds. Our regular server is Darcy and she is a great server. Today we went to pay homage to my father who just passed away. One of his favorite foods was crab. We got there late and Darcy had closed her section but opened it back up for us. She was very sympathetic to our loss and stayed an extra hour to take care of us. Its always a treat to go to Red Lobster.

I dont wear golfing attire or drive a corvette with a custom license plate, so Im not use to complaining about stuff, but yo. . . I legit waited an hour and 15 min for a G.D. bowl of soup. . .Adam, our bartender/server was real busy, but boy was putting in some work. He was a straight G. In retrospect: Adam: we straight and God bless. Red lobster: Yall need work.

We ordered together but only two orders were brought out. When asked about the other much later she said I will maybe have my boss make the order and when the first two were almost finished out came the snow crabs without hot butter. Then he was rushed to get a free dessert for the delay of the order and rushed to pay the bill. Not a very nice Anniversary dinner.

We have had several meals at his location, both lunch and dinner. They are not very friendly, and if your ordering take out. Its very very hard to get them to answer the phone, or if they and transfer you to the bar, they sometimes never pick up. I love red lobster but I will forever be going to the Burnsville location from now on.

Got seated right away at dinner time. I am not a seafood person at all (my husband is the one who wanted to go and I got dragged along) and they had delicious garlicky biscuits, ceasar salad and tacos to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised with everything, however I have to say its a bit overpriced for the quality!

Every time I come here I have a great experience. We always request the server Darcy Bogren and she makes sure everything is perfect for us. If I ever request a substitute, she makes it happen. She is excellent at her job, has great energy, and a stellar ethic. I recommend call ahead to make sure shes working.

OK Im the only person who goes to Red Lobster only for a certain pasta dish with chicken. I dont like seafood at all. Biscuits are a huge bonus. Thanks Red Lobster for keeping the Cajun chicken linguini pasta dish...yummy. Service was A+, food was delicious and no wait on mothers day

Red Lobster is - Well - Not bad. It is not great seafood by any standard but they do a decent job all around. Service is friendly and fairly quick. Though, it would be nice if they had call-ahead seating. There can be a long wait during the usual busy times in the evening.

I have been to this red lobster multiple times food is always good but how in holy hell do you not take reservations on a Friday/Saturday... Really frustrating when you want to have an extended family dinner at dinner time... Colleen Johnson, please rethink that system.

I love lobster fest! The bartenders could use some more customers, maybe the Bloomington location could think of ways to create demand. The bartenders provide great service, but need help from management to get customers to sit at their magnificent granite top bar!

Tina was our waitress and she was fabulous. I have a bunch of allergies and she went above the call of duty to help me with my dinner selection. A four of us at the table thought the food was great and plan on coming back. It was a very nice night out to eat.

Crab fest success- Crab lovers dream with crab legs and crab linguine were great, skip on the zucchini- overcooked. Clam chowder was OK, wait for a table was about 20min 5pm on a Sunday, food was out quickly, waitress Chantal was great.

Food tastes good and service is also good! They keep giving you garlic biscuits before you get your meal. The picture is of the ultimate feast. I substituted the salad for mashed potatoes and also got a side of French fries.

Took 15 minutes for waitress to came take our order, even to get our drink order! Food was Awesome!! Figured out go in before 4 and they are awesome! At 9 at night the service sucks! But the food is always good!!
