Red lobster seems to be hit or miss a lot of the time but this past time was rather interesting of an experience. The staff was rather friendly and very helpful from host and hostess to the wait staff. We had a rather large group but that we were accommodated very well and didnt have to wait very long thanks to call ahead seating. The cheddar Bay biscuits were far above par, very light and fall apart in your mouth goodness. We ordered fried broccoli which they neglected to to put on the plate but they came back and made us some specially for us but they were burnt and kinda bad but with out even saying anything they fixed it so thats good. Because of that and and not bringing out everything together (or saying the rest would come) and not checking up enough for service of refills but it was busy as heck so Im not going to say its bad, they kept up a bit on it but they kinda disappeared near the end of the meal. Red lobster isnt bad seafood and it was at least a pleasant experience but I tend to save five stars for food you have got to try or 5 star experiences. At 4 stars this place is perfectly acceptable and nothing other than price would really keep me from coming back plus they have some of my favorite shrimp dishes around. The shrimp Alfredo is so creamy and delightful!

Overall, great staff. Food was lacking. Ceasar salad tasted off, like the lettuce was bad before the dressing. Meal was not fried well and the scallops tasted like an unclean grill. Biscuits came through being hot and tasty. Wifes mixed drink was good. Waitress noticed the food problems and sent over a manager. She covered the meal for us without hesitation. The waitress and manager made this review 4 stars. It was our wedding anniversary and they were really empathetic. We were seated fast yet in the bar area without warning. Bathrooms were clean. Will repeat yet we will not take any company here until the food improves.

You can get better food for lower prices elsewhere; I wont be returning if I can avoid it. The best part of my meal was the caesar salad and biscuits. My boyfriend ordered the lobster lovers dream (I think that was the name) and I had the seaside shrimp trio. We both felt the food was not worth the cost. I will say, even though we were there on a Friday during lent (i.e. the place was a zoo) our waitress did a good job checking in on us. The service was a little slow, but considering the crowd, I thought they did pretty well.

Came in 45min before close but the waitress made us feel welcome. We staid an extra 15 min and they were very friendly about it, even encouraged it. Working in the food service all my life, I know how rare that attitude is for closers. I was impressed. We got one plate and one appetizer sampler and the two of us were stuffed. $25 a piece for fill you to the brim fresh delicious seafood is a great deal so far from the ocean! Even when I lived on the coast that was not a bad price! We tipped as well as we could!

Suffered horrible food poisoning eating here. Vomiting all day, horrible pain, could not even get out of bed to care for my children. My husband had to leave work, he spent hours on the phone trying to inform & seek acknowledgement of the error to which he spoke with many people. I could not drink water or eat for a day & a half, was very weak & cold chills. He has never seen me so ill. Im greatful that I didnt have my children try food off my plate. I had the lobster.

When we got there with our toddler we were told it would be a 30 min wait. When we hit the hour mark we were told that we had been bumped down the list further because someone who called in had shown up and was given our table. We were not updated that our wait time was at least double what we had been quoted. At that point our toddler was overtired and starving. Without knowing what our real wait time would be we decided to leave. We wont be back.

Its red lobster. Its a chain but my daughter loves it and loves crab legs. You can get a kids meal with crab legs, although we came in during crabfest and the menu didnt have the kids crab legs on it so I asked seeing as they clearly had crab. Waitress said they took it off since there was a shortage of crab but since it was crabfest I could order it. Its not a fine fish restaurant but its good food and decent prices and the service is always great.

Earlier tonight, I was starving and alone. I called up some bros. We got in the 64 Thunderbird, and headed this way. We caught two Pokemon on the way. A Pidgy and a Ratata. Which we transfer back to the professor. We arrived at the Lob with gusto and candor. Our server, Reyna, was promt and attentive to our needs. After leaving the Lob, our night took a turn for the worst. But that aint no thing. Just a chicken wing.

Wait staff are great. Attitude and knowledge of menus items are top of the class. Updated lighting and interior décor are good for any time and any meal, lunch, dinner or in-between. The food is timely and temperature is just about right, hot is hot and cold is cold. Parking can sometimes be crowded depending on the day and time, but there is usually an open seating within a reasonable amount of time.

We love Red Lobster, but probably wont be back to this one. Never felt wanted, felt like our waitress didnt want to wait on us. Tried to hurry us the whole time, never comfortable. Our food wasnt brought out at the same time, some of the food didnt make it till a little later in our meal. We wont be bank to this one, well drive the extra minutes to another one.

The wait staff is very professional, yet friendly. The ambiance is great. The entrees Ive tried are fantastic. The garlic biscuits they serve as free appetizers? Oh my, theyre absolutely delicious. Id make a meal out of them if I could! Red Lobster isnt inexpensive, but I certainly feel like I get my moneys worth.

They did a great job when I went there with my mom after a hospital visit...the service was great had a waitress named Deb ...I ordered clam chowder and pick three (Alfredo scampi and coconut)... Was serviced Ina timely manner and the food tastes great just wish the portion for some of it was slightly more..

Food was delicious as always and although we had a short wait because it was a Monday nite staff was smaller and we were a party of 9, once we decided what to order, service was fabulous. Our waiter Nick was fabulous. He stayed on top if our beverages, and was very sweet and helpful.

After an incredibly long wait for a group of 8 people, our service was lackluster and one of our meals was forgotten about. When her meal finally did arrive, everyone else was nearly finished eating. We were given $5 off when we turned down the free dessert. We do not plan on returning.
