This was both an enlightening and learning experience. While the initial greeting, by an apparently inexperienced though wannabe maitred who huffily announced that the main dining area was closed, this being done 20 minutes or more before the posted closing time of the establishment, was deflating, it was not an augur of following events development. The eventual wait person, assigned to my table, was very pleasant and almost erased the first unwelcoming tone ex- pressed by the front desk attendant. That person, I believe, was named Sapphire. She displayed a more hospitable, open and welcoming approach than anyone else had up to that point. Nevertheless, all aspects of the following meal came out pretty much as theyd been originally ordered. The wait person continued to go above and beyond what many other waiters and waitresses might have done in similar circumstances. She also stated that shed look forward to having the pleasure of waiting on me in the future. That alone seems to bode well for a future visit, the antediluvian practices of the current upper management notwithstanding. Except for some peculiarly eclectic behavior, by certain persons in management positions, this restaurant experience was most satisfactory. (3+1/2 stars)

Sat at the bar, no one was there, waited a bit, then went to the host stand to inquire where bar server was. A nice young man waited on me, put my order in. Then HELL-ena showed up, not really certain of her name, she never told me but that is what I think is written illegibly on the check. She gave me my check while I was still eating my steak then went to the register grabbed her cell phone and was texting away. When I asked her why she gave me my check so early she got very argumentative stating THAT IS HOW WE DO IT AT OUTBACK IN CASE YOU ARE IN A HURRY. Then she glared and stared at me until I left, very hostile. You know when people stare at you in a hateful way, it actually makes the food taste bad. I have never not tipped a server, and I regrettably tipped the hateful girl, but I really wish I hadnt because now she thinks its ok to text on her phone and if you interrupt her on her phone, she is a vindictive bully. My husband said that if any fictitious charges are made on our credit card he is sueing Outback and the little crack head bar server that keeps her phone conveniently by the register to steal credit card info from trusting Outback Customers.

My family and I have always loved Outback. However, in last 2 years or so this specific Outback has gone downhill. Half the time my sirloin is full of fat and the other half there is no fat. We continued going to the restaurant, because we just love the blooming onion and when the steak is not fatty it is good. The overall quality of the steak is not nearly as good as it once was though. Last Friday my family had dinner here and we ordered steaks and a blooming onion. That same night at about 1am we were all puking for a day straight. And no we werent drinking alcohol that night. I can only asume we got food poisoning, because only those in my family who ate outback got sick. I now will never go there again. It really is a shame.

I dont understand why anyone likes this place. Food is not interesting at all. I stopped coming to Outback a while ago after 2 bad excursions. Well, someone who may like this place bought me a gift card, so here I am again, giving it another shot. Well, this is the last. Horrible app selection, horrible beer selection. If you like generic beer, youre in luck. If you want craft, youre screwed. The app sampler was super-weak, and the Mac and Cheese balls are disgusting. Kookaburra wings are not much of an improvement. "Music" selection is ultra generic. I felt like I was stuck at a gas station geared towards 14-year-old girls. Wait staff was great though. Go elsewhere and enjoy a meal.

Second time is not a charm. In fact the first time sucked as well. The first time we got there and were told that it would be a 45-50 minute wait. It was a special dinner so we decided to wait. THE HOST FORGOT ABOUT US!!! We waited for an hour and 45 minutes. Food wasnt that great and they didnt offer any discount for poor service or bad food. Tonight we decided to try the curb side pick up. At least with the first experience the steak was okay. This time the 10 oz. Rib Eye was half fat and under cooked. The chicken was fat and undercooked as well. DO NOT GO TO THIS OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE!!!

Not so well this time...almost 20 minute wait after our reservation time only to be put in a booth by the front door...not so cool when its cold out...almost 45 mins after our reservation time before we actually got our main course...on top of it all they messed up on our order repeatedly and dropped my fiances sandwich on the floor on the way to the table...yea...not such a good time this time...only thing good to say had to do with the food...which I only had a burger and fries to try to less complicate things...wont be back for dinner here for a while Ill tell ya that...

Over all my experience at any Outback Steakhouse has been lackluster. I figured Id try Outback again after a 2 year hiatus on 5/8. Service at the bar was exceptional. The server made every effort to "make it right". While I declined his efforts given the my past experiences, and this was a "final try" at Outback. Sirloin Steak was cooked was fry cooked with funky seasoning, the Shrimp were burned with same funky seasoning. the Cheese Broccoli was just nasty. Short version, Service was good, the food wasnt. I wont be back.

My family went there to celebrate and have dinner, waiter was good , everything else was fine, but when someone came to pick up dishes next to our table she dropped sour cream on the ground and it flew on my hair and brand new jacket, it did get on 3 or 4 people on our table. Food was awesome but whose to blame here? Clumsiness ? Ive never had sour cream dumped on my head before, we shld have gotten our meal for free , I think sorry was not good enough unless you see people getting sour cream on there hair more often

I just cant deal with the inconsistency anymore. I usually get to go and I order medium on my sirloin. One time it was like beef jerky, the next it was still mooing and today I called specifically to ask the manager to please make sure its medium. The guy said he checked it and it was close enough for me, but then I noticed the horseradish and silverware werent included even though I aked him for it. It seems like if its not one thing its another.

I never had to wait for a table. Whenever I called to ask a question they were really nice and helpful. One time they forgot our appetizers and they gave us a dessert on the house which is really thoughtful. I love the bread that they have its so warm and fresh. I wish it was in a better location and I bet more people would come, its sometimes hard to find the way to get to the place. Overall I had a great time. I go quite a bit actually.
