Pretty much never complain ... tonight on the way home I thought I would treat myself as it has been awhile since the EP Outback closed. I ordered take out and even splurged on the Large bone in Rib eye. Have eaten at a number of OBs over the years so figured it was safe. When I got the steak home it looked fine but then when I attempted to eat it instead of a well marbled tender piece of meat I had a medium rare steak that was almost un-carvable due to all the gristle. At least a 1/3 of this cut of meat had to be cut away before I could get to the edible part. I suppose since it was carry out the cook decided to dump a poor cut of meat off on the sucker in his car. I can count on one hand the number of times I have sent a steak back but this certainly would have been one of them. Jokes on me for ordering take out ... OB? jokes on you because I will never be back in your restaurant again. The most memorable part is today is my Birthday and I made the mistake of choosing you to splurge but I wont forget where to never go again! PS I have photos of the pile of gristle sitting on the plate with the remaining steak if anyone at OB gives a rip.

First outback trip ever! The parking lot was packed but we were able to sit at a hightop at the bar immediately. Our server Riley was very friendly and attentive, I would say remarkably attentive considering how busy the restaurant was. He was awesome. Our food came out incredibly fast and I really enjoyed it. I will give two negatives -- I ordered the Wallaby Darned cocktail which was tasty but the ice was too coarse making it really hard to drink. I also didnt care for the dippin sauces provided with the appetizer and my entree. My steak was perfectly cooked. I dont normally eat shrimp but it was really good. The Bloomin Onion was done really well but there were only two of us, that was way too much for two people -- but like I said Id never been here before and wanted to try the main attraction. Overall my experience was really good. Id give four and a half if I could but since thats not an option and I feel like its not fair to go lower, five stars from me.

I have attempted TWICE to order wings (take out) from this place two days in a row and both days my food was not done. Now I accept the fact that the first time I came a little early and the young lady said the food was not done due to her not wanting my food to be cold (thank you) however today when I went in no one even knew I ordered food! I had the email confirmation and the approximate time my food would be done. I even came in about 5 minutes after in hopes I wouldnt have to wait. But to my surprise NO FOOD. Of course this happens when I am strapped for TIME! I will attempt one more time come Monday I sure hope someone that works there is reading this and hopefully you all can hire someone to monitor the take out section during lunch.

Food was Great Service was Great only Issue was our Local Power Company had called ahead Sunday Night to inform the Resturant that 40 Guys were coming in after working 16 hours + on storm damage supplying power to the city and werr told they wouldnt keep the resturant open after 10pm. Some crews were able to get a order in before 10pm , my crew did as we arrived at 9:30 and waited to get a order in by 9:58 i asked again if they would keep orders later and watched the manager turn away 10 guys at 10:01 Really 10:01 our order hadnt even made it in yet. I have traveled across the US for storm relief for 27 years and never seen a restaurant turn around support crews for power outages , food and waiters were Great , just laking Commen Sence

Took forever to get iced tea, then the salads came out wrong. Brought by someone other than the waiter who took our order, & the server obviously didnt read the ticket to make sure they were right. Husbands prime rib wasnt the end cut medium well he ordered. Our waiter came by as the server was putting it on the table, said "thats not an end cut", & went to the kitchen to get the right one. Manager offered to give us a free dessert after we ate, but we declined because we were full. Baked potato, sweet potato & baby back ribs were excellent, as was the prime rib once the order was corrected. Seems the main issue is that the kitchen staff & servers dont pay attention to the orders as placed by the customers & waiters.

I was a little worried initially coming here: atmosphere appeared like it was going to be just like every other chain restaurant, therefore generic food that claims to be amazing. To my pleasant surprise, it wasnt. I had salmon, which was heavenly. Broccoli as a side was cooked perfectly and overall super enjoyable meal. My boyfriend had a steak and his biggest complaint was that the ranch dressing was bland. He also had mac and cheese as a side which was super good. I had a cosmo to drink which was super weak, and that was about $9, so definitely overpriced drinks. We were promptly served, and were in and out in about 1.5 hours. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would return!

We just left there. We went to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary on a busy Saturday evening, yet the food was served promptly. The steaks were delicious. Mine, however, was undercooked. The service was awesome. Several mgrs came over to make sure everything was ok. The steak was returned cooked to my satisfaction. The bourbon sauce was delicious, coconut shrimp superb and the fresh veggies were crisp and delicate. The last mgr who came by, a young man, was extremely nice and visited with us for a few minutes. We were definitely impressed with our server, Keaton, and the mgrs for going above and beyond. That is difficult to find these days. Were absolutely returning to this location.

The cockroaches in the womens bathroom. I used the restroom prior to eating. I walked in & saw one run across the floor, I killed it. Then in the stall I saw another one. I was below the toilet paper dispenser. So I thought Id check that out. Started to unroll it, bam, one fell on the floor off the toilet paper. I went out to my husband, got the waitress, cancelled our order. Told the waitress & the maitre d on our way out. We were passing thru Rochester & had not eaten at one of these in years. Im still trying to get a hold of the health department. These roaches have been here for a while by the size of them.

My family and I love Outback but will definitely not be heading back to this one!!! We waited over 10 min for our server to come who asked our daughter not to play with her coaster. I was brought buffalo wings with no buffalo sauce and when I asked where it was she took my plate in the back and brought it back to me the same way with a side of buffalo sauce. Called and talked with a manager after and was told a gift card would be sent to us to come try them again, this was 6 weeks ago! Just called to let him know we never recieved it and he said thats weird I swear we sent it to you, I just hung up, not worth my time!!!
