Outstanding service here. The staff are friendly, professional, and service oriented. Too many outstanding servers and staff to name - my friend says its like family here, a really cool experience. Great steaks, apps, and drinks! I love the salads, the beef wellington on Saturdays is a must have, as is the cherry pie (unfortunately served only in the spring), everyone orders the chopped salad. The salmon and pork chips are hidden gems on the menu. I find the kitchen inconsistent, amazing when its on, amateur when its not. For example the shrimp are consistently not cleaned well in the shrimp cocktail, wrong temperature on the steak, missing that extra side of ketchup. If you mention it, theyll graciously make it right in a flash but there are such dumb things that go unnoticed and never get rectified. Its as if the chef isnt paying attention, may be apathetic, and *not checking* orders as they go out. I dont recommend you come often enough that you become a regular unless youre okay with disappointment. Staff changes made by management are usually for worse, theyve almost lost me as a customer over them, more than once.

This was my third visit to Wildfire and I like the dacore and thats about it. This time we ordered the lamb and a rib-eye stake. I asked to have the steak without the seasoning they apply but was told that it was put on in advance as a marinade. Between the seasoning and excessive charring on both the lamb chops and steak and the seasoning it was difficult to taste the meat. Lamb is delicate and it was difficult to tell it was lamb. The steak was not a $30+ steak in quality. It had no flavor and was dry and a little tough and over cooked, not medium rare as I ordered. The lamb chops were generous in size but between the charring and seasoning, you couldnt tell it was lamb. Finally, the steak knives were dull we ended up using the dinner knifes, Also, the the knifes were too large to cut something small like a lamb chop. On the plus side, the calamari was very good. As I said in the beginning, this was my third try at Wildfire and all three visits were disappointing.

Heres the thing with this restaurant.... people you work for is great. Some managers help and some doesnt even do anything. Most not all customers are high maintenance and will attack your face. One guy wants me to discount their food because i spell their name wrong in carryout. Other one call me deaf and i should go back to my country because it was too loud in the lobby and i couldnt hear him. Other one freak out because the company decided to used real butter instead of whipped butter. Another one asked me why i gave high fives. Some of the employees over there worl their ass off and get treated poorly. Most of us doesnt even eat on a 12 hour shift, some of us get yelled at for telling the truth. I am glad i do not work there anymore because i didnt need the kind of customers who goes there and some managers who got no balls to do their job. I know by heart the food is great but it doesnt mean its worth getting humiliated for rude, self-centered, worthless people.

I have heard many good things about Wildfire. As a first experience within my first bite, I found a large piece of plastic in my burger. I had to ask the server for another burger, and by the time it arrived, my friend was already finished with her meal. The food was just, ok. When I got the check I got charged for each burger. The server offered to take one of them off the check, but not both. I asked to not be charged for the other as I bit off a hunk of plastic. She seemed annoyed at my request but agreed. I never once did see the manager, nor dealt with one while dealing with my meal. I work in this mall, and have tried numerous times to go here, but making this a special trip on my day off was not worth it. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

We absolutely love this place from the hosts to Pete the barkeep ( great margarita!) to our favorite waiter Ross. My husband and I have eaten here several times and never disappointed BUT tonight was over the top great! With Pete getting a waiter (Ross) to help us decifere French wines for my husbands boss who flew in from France. I said whats a good one to order to make an impression. Well...come to find out Ross is fluent in French!!!! When my husbands boss got there he was excited and impressed to have a French speaking waiter. Needless to say we all had a great night with great company, staff and food! Rinda Wicklund

We celebrated my sons 18th birthday with a group of men who have played key roles in helping him become the young man that he is - and the Viking Room was the perfect venue for the occasion. Debbie Patnode was instrumental in making it an event that was both fun and memory-filled, and the wait staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The Dill-Crusted Walleye and the Sirloin Tips were instant hits. But everything - from the House Salad Bowl to The Wildfire Ice Cream Sandwich - left us with a very satisfying and memorable experience - courtesy of Wildfire.

Had the Sunday brunch recently after Redstone decided to have a buffet only for Mothers Day. Our family was impressed. Typical great service from Wildfire, reasonably priced brunch entrees, great mimosa for 2, and overall a good experience. Wildfire gives Redstone a run for their money for Sunday brunch, particularly as Redstone got rid of the crab cakes in their benedict and replaced with lump crab even though the menu still says crab cakes. We will go to Wildfire again! Still the best steakhouse bang for buck in the SW metro.

I was there Sunday evening. I had a reservation, so there was no wait. The server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, including the daily specials. My date ordered the BBQ Chicken, while I had the filet mignon and a glass of red wine. The food was ready surprisingly fast and was cooked exactly as ordered. The filet was delicious. My date commented that the water seemed to have a "bleach" taste to it, but that was the only complaint we had. Ill definitely come back someday.

Food was excellent, love the individual corn bread. Also the coconut chicken salad was very delicious. What was surprising was the level of service we received. Our server was terribly rude, did not refill our beverages, and more than once we had to ask another server to help us while our server was sitting down with other staff. It was very disappointing and a bit surprising given the level of great service we received in the past. Not sure we will return.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Eden Prairie. I have only been disappointed with the broccoli, but upon noticing my disappointment (I didnt have to say anything) the manager immediately took it off of my bill. I have always been able to rely on a perfectly cooked to order steak full of flavor. The menu doesnt offer much variety, is over way over priced, and is in no way a good value with all things considered. However, it is a very good meal.
