Service sucked a lot. Got cold burgers and cold nuggets. Only thing that were "fresh" were the fries. I used a few coupons that I recieved in the mail, because I took my family there. And I have a big family. We went inside to dine in, and we waited in line for about 5 minutes just to get our orders. And before the cashier girl finalized our price, she just had to ask rudely "is this all the coupons you wanted to use and have?" I politely said "yes." Then she said, "are you sure?" I said "yes" again. We waited for a long time just to get our orders in. There was only ONE cup of fries on our tray. So I said, "isnt there supposed to be more than just one?" She said, "oh yeah, I forgot about it." Then she took my tray back and filled up some more cups with fries. As she filled up the last one for me, a male worker came by, I think it might have been her boss, because he was wesring a different color shirt than the rest. He asked her what was she missing. And she said, "oh, brcause I forgot thwir hundreds of fries." I found that to be very rude. But I didnt say anything to her. I just took my tray and walked it over to my table and ate... Only to find my burger to be cold my childrens chicken nuggets were cold also. Plus, my husbands burger was missing lettuce, and my whopper didnt even have cheese on it. Never ever coming back here again. The service is so bad and the worker is very rude ..

This burger king is definitely not a place you'd want to go to. Especially if u want "fast food" because first of all, they are DEFINITELY not fast and its super slow. I remembered when my husband and I went there, we ordered a whopper jr and a single stacker and they made us pull up for that just so they can collect the next persons money. Why won't they just wait? Well because due to the fact tht its so damn slow, they don't want to lose customers bc once a person pays for their food, tht person will more likely wait for a longggg time to get it. Plus its super ghetto and cheap. In the advertisement there are THREE pieces of bacon on a single stacker. If not three then at least two..but NOPE, each time I went there I only get ONE piece on each of my single stackers I ordered. Plus their ice machine in the cafeteria doesn't work so their employees have to constantly stock it with ice. The mexican manager was extremely rude to my husband and I.

This branch is bad i wouldnt go again. McDonalds is across 252. But i just ordered a whopper w/ch and a chicken sandwich. It was around 430pm but the food was terrible it tasted like it was sitting around since there rush. Or thats how the sandwich maker operates. I didnt even get a receipt the whopper was reheated and tomatoes that i asked to not have was pulled out because the onions where like 75% out of the sandwich witch made the bun a mess. And the employees should know you cant microwave lettus its very noticeable it is like spinach in a can with an awful taste. If your try to cheat by making them ready you cant dress them ive worked at a branch b4 in my teens. And they dont time stamp the wrapers also. I knew something was up when the cashier came back earlier then expected with a realllly up beat then b4 thats when i said ok whats wrong. Thanks only ate half of the sandwiches enough to stomach b4 i lost mu appetite. Very very bad BK very unsatisfied.

I ordered the overpriced chicken sandwiches thinking I would get a good crispy sandwich. Ended up being 2 sour chicken sandwiches like they have been sitting for hours...:/ fries were old and I was scared to order a meal because there was no customers so I was hoping theyd be somewhat fresh but those and everything was cold. Only thing I liked out of all of this was my medium coke... Going to mcdonalds across the street next time as I am very dissatisfied. I could barely understand the women in the drive thru. The order wasnt even showing up on the screen so I had no idea what I was ordering.. Fizzy microphone worker was using. Now I got a tummy ache from this sour chicken sandwich I tried a bite of when I got home and threw the rest of the first one and the whole second one away.. Waste of 12 dollars.

WORST FAST FOOD PLACE ANYONE COULD EVER GO. NOT JUST ONE EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BUT EVERY TIME IVE EVER BEEN THERE. WAITED 10 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE MY ORDER WHOLE 5 PEOPLE STOOD AROUND DOING NOTHING. THEN WAITED ANOTHER 20-25 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD AND WHEN WE FINALLY GOT THE FOOD IT WAS ICE COLD. THE MANAGER IS AWFUL ALONG WITH EVERYONE ELSE WORKING THERE. THAT WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES GOING THERE. WAS GIVEN 2 COUPONS FOR FREE WHOPPERS DUE TO THE BAD EXPERIENCE, AND MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO HONOR THE COUPON UNLESS I ALSO PURCHASED A WHOPPER, SO I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE 85TH AVE BURGER KING TO HAVE THE COUPON CORRECTLY HONORED. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND CLOSED DOWN. ITS A VERY HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO.

The food wasnt that bad however the play ground for kids is so nasty i couldnt belive of what i saw i have a 3 years and 2 years want to play and after the kids done eating went there, i think if you want your kids to get sick bring them to burger king of this location i cant belive that the health department still let them open and serve food, and where is the owner of this location you going to lose your buisness for this kind of place and for the manager i dont know what kind of manager are you i think if its out side like that what inside is going to be last time to go there

This is about tonights experience: we ordered a meal and asked for onion rings, but got french fries. The fries were cold. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese, I got a Whopper. We also ordered a root beer with our combo meal, but were told that they were out of root beer. This is about half the time: many evenings we go and order a shake, and were told the shake machine is broken. Im starting to think they just dont want to make the shakes, because I cant understand how a big-name franchise like Burger King, doesnt give them machinery that works.

Worst BK in the north metro. Food is rarely fresh. They have the broiler set wrong so every burger is completely dried out / over done. They over fry the chicken sandwiches and onion rings. Ive been sick many times from the food. Also they always have you pull forward after paying and the drive through is to narrow for cars to pass you. Incredibly slow service and constant screw ups on orders. Management seems to not be concerned.

My husband and I made time to stop before work this morning because we ride together and I knew the BK by my work opened @ 5:30am M-F and we got there @ 5:50am and they where closed. Or at least no one answered the drive through. Of course we were in a time crunch so we couldnt stop else where. Now I dont know that I can trust to stop there in the AM. I will just have to plan to stop somewhere else.
