I visited here about a month ago and the service was terrible. Our coffee cups were dirty when they were brought to our table. The waitress was visibly annoyed when we asked for a clean cup. When our order was brought out to us our plates were all mixed up. We each got the wrong sides, but since someone elses plate on the table had the side we asked for, the waitress just told us to grab our correct sides off the other persons plates. Halfway through our breakfast we had to track down our waitress who not one time checked on us. We asked her for some water and she didnt bring it to us for another 15 minutes. Th place wasnt very busy and she was only serving two other tables besides ours. At the end we asked for a to-go cup for a shake we had ordered. We waited another 10 minutes to not see her again. We asked the manager politely for a cup since our waitress was MIA. He went to the back and crabbed a cup, but as we were leaving we could see that he and our waitress were making faces and staining at us, making it obvious that we were their point of conversation. This service was absolutely atrocious and I will not be visiting here or recommending this establishment again.

Worst service ever! Ordered 6 plates for the 6 of us she came with 5 and said I dont think she needs one referring to my youngest child. She finally brought her one 10 mins later. She never came to refill. Cups or ask if we needed anything yet she was at all tables around us many times. Had to actually grab her arm to demand the check after asking her and 3 other people for it 30 mins later check was thrown on the table as she walked by refusing to collect payment. Asked for manager which was also refused. After another 20 mins we finally had to go stand next to the kitchen to pay our bill which took another 15 mins. The food was cold not the way ordered and half the pancakes were burnt. The chocolate milk was warm and chocolate sauce all over the sides of the cups. No syrup on the table just empty ones. Bathroom was our of paper towels no one filled them toliet paper all over the floor.female employees were going in to the mens room to use it not clean it. Food was all over the floors chairs tables werent cleaned.

Visited this IHOP location for the first time today (Sunday Morning). My Father and I walked in and had two larger parties of 7-10 people ahead of us. With multiple tables open we waited 15 minutes for them to seat the two parties ahead of us. It took 10 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge our presence. Our drink order was taken by the girl who sat us, 30 minutes later our food came out. The food was cold and the toast was burnt. The waitress even walked to the table showed me the burnt toast and asked if i wanted different toast (Duuuhhh!). We waited 10 minutes to pay the bill than finally walked up to the front and stood there waiting to pay. When we were finally helped the till didnt even work! This was easily the worst dinning experience of my life. A table of 2 even walked out in frustration after waiting to get there food. I have a good feeling this location will be closed within a month. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We went to the Coon Rapids Blvd. IHOP with a party of 20 after a soccer tournament at the National Sports Center. It was a Sunday evening around 6:15pm but drinks didnt come for 45+ minutes. Food orders were taken at that time but didnt start arriving for another 60 - 80 minutes. Early on we kept entertained with conversation of the boys win, but later on, it was fueled by the train wreck that was the ridiculous amount of time we were spending in an IHOP. In the end it wasnt enough, 3 of the 7 people in our family never received their meals before we left. Four others ended up cancelling their orders because those that had meals had already finished, or had decided to take their meal in a take-out box instead. We also observed a party of 3 that were so upset with the late arrival of their food, they left without touching it. Do yourself a favor, avoid this location like the plague.

If I could rate this with no stars I would! Went there yesterday for breakfast with my girlfriend. Both our eggs were disgusting. After the first bite my stomach starting feeling upset. Continued eating my bacon and sausage and still felt the same. French toast was half done. Wasnt feeling well at all so decided it was time to go. Trying to place pancakes in to go box they fell in half..Asked if I wanted a refill a few times and never received any. Told them how food tasted and management never came over to try to better the experience! Since I have been coming here each time has new management and this was the worst! Says a lot right there. Also walking by kitchen when leaving we seen plates of food to be served stacked upon each other. Doesnt seem very sanitary. Horrible service! No intentions of returning again!

At around 9 PM my family and I walked into IHOP behind 4 girls who had a party of 10. My party was 9 people and there was another couple behind us. The person that greeted us was very stressed and said that she was having trouble figuring out where to seat everyone in line. The entire restaurant was empty except for 1 family who looked like they were almost done eating. I felt like a Democrat walking into a Republican party! The person that worked at IHOP clearly did not have the skills or ability to welcome us or make us feel comfortable and I wasnt going to sit around and wait for her to figure things out so we left and went to Dennys and had an amazing experience! IHOP just lost out on over $100 sale due to their employees not having the proper skills and abilities. Wasnt the first time this happened here.

Service Poor - Fair doesnt come close to what I want to say, it was VERY Poor. took 25 minutes to get my OJ & Water after 5 mins to be seated and I was at the front of the short line. 90% of tables were empty. It was like nobody was in charge. I dont know if its inexperience or short staffed the table next to mine had all 4 meals come out wrong. but this isnt about them but it speaks to how things went. I think one or two of their meals were comped. My order came out wrong as well about an hour after I walked in the door. The food was very good, and hot too. Which made up for it being the wrong food. They ultimately got the right food to me and let me eat the wrong stuff too free of charge. For the most part the wait staff wasnt too bad, but somewhere between them and the cooks the fumbles were many.

Our late night dining experience started off well enough as we were seated quickly and our order was taken well within a acceptable period of time. It was while waiting for our meal that things went awry. We noticed some commotion going on several tables away with people staring and pointing at something on the floor. It wasnt until a cockroach the length of my hand (Im not kidding) ran past our table that I realized what all the commotion was about. The beast looked better suited to the forests of South America than the dining room of a Ihop in Coon Rapids. Someone from the kitchen staff managed to capture him by throwing a bowl over him. Sadly, the damage had been done as far as my wife was concerned and we left immediately so I cant comment on the food lol.
