We got booted from this location because we had outside food. The group has been coming to this location for weeks and do enjoy the environment. As of now this location has lost my business. This could had gone a completely different route but the lady had to take that road with us and thus I must write this review. From past visits we were allowed to eat food outside from store brought. I have visited different Caribou café around the Metro area and the staff never had any problems with outside food. The lady was loud and demanded that we made our food disappear and told us we had to get out. Her tone was uncalled for and attitude towards us was completely unacceptable. The way she treated us in front of the other customers was a complete embarrassment towards how she represent the company and herself. We did not make a scene and packed up quickly and left. Before leaving a couple of the customers had to reach out and apologize to us on her behalf. Higher management needs to review and retrain staffs to handle situation like these a little more carefully. I tried to avoid posting a public review on google, but they are terrible and Caribou never got back to me when I submitted the information on their website. I went there previously and order two drink. I had to wait 5 minutes for two drinks, and only one drink was ahead of mine. On top of that, my drink was made wrong. When I called to speak with the SM, he just said "when did you want a new one?" Showed no empathy for my waiting, or apologies for the slow speed of service that I experienced. When I went back to get my free drink today, I received similar lack of consideration. The greeter simply said "can you make a large latte for her?" No one asked me what kind of milk I wanted, or if there were anything else I wanted in it. After going to the barista myself, and instructing her on what exactly I wanted, my order was still wrong. A fourth of my cup was froth, and my drink was made with regular vanilla, when I requested sugar free (I know because I am diabetic and it wrecked havoc on my blood sugar). I know that Caribou takes great pride in the service they provide, and the standards they set. Caribou is great! This specific location is not. My coworkers drive an extra 5 minutes simply to avoid this location. It just seems to be terrible, from the top down. This location needs some corporate level love and training!!

I went in this morning to get drinks for me and my coworkers and we wrote some of them on a post it the rest just told me what they want. I went up to the cashier, Shamaija G, to take my order I held my post it and before I can start reading my order she grabbed the post from my hand and started typing the order in, she didnt smile or seemed to care to work there at all. After she was done typing i asked how many drinks did she ring up and she said "same as the post it" so I smiled and said "okay, but how many is that?" Because I wasnt sure if we had everyones on the post it. She said with an attitude "the same amount of drinks on the post it" so i looked at her and said please give me back the post it and as i started to list the drinks, so that she can confirm the order, she interrupted me and started listing the ones she had on her screen. I then told her the rest of the drinks that she missed. She entered them, then she gave me my total, she didnt confirm my order again, I paid and turned out she typed the wrong drink and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for someone else to fix her mistakes. Very poor customer services. "Life is short stay awake for it" guess what Id rather be sleepy and happy then awake and annoyed by her service.

I thought this was a decent place until today. My friends and I bought outside food plenty of times to eat here and nobody says anything, not even the staffs; until today we were approached rudely by one of the superior/team member with clip board. Not an "sorry" or "excuse me" was mentioned when we were approached and talked down upon. When one of my friend asked if we get rid of our outside food, can we still stay to study; the staff person was quite hesitant but gave us a notion that we were no longer welcome. Nothing on the front door or Windows states no outside food allowed. Not to mention that on St. Patricks day I bought a drink but didnt realize 10 minutes later that they had a buy one get one free. Asked the team member if I can get my free drink but was denied. If youre looking for decent customer service you wont find it here at this place.

I was quite happy coming here for the last few weeks. We often bought food and drinks here and even brought things to eat here a few times. Today I was completely backflipped. I was asked to leave the facility because I bought outside food today. I understand that it did look like a big meal but we were humiliated and asked to leave. How can a person do that to someone who has been supporting your company? I am so disappointed on the way the barista handled the situation. Instead of politely asking us to get rid of our food, we were asked to get rid of it and to leave. When we asked if we could stay, the person said only if we got rid of our food and bought something through them. How can you asked someone to buy something through you? Weve been supporting you for weeks and enjoyed staying at your facility? No thanks. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Ive come here a couple of times and the customer service is SO BAD! The first time I went I was understanding that everyone was new and they were figuring out their grove. The second time I visited was due to a coupon I had. I ordered a sandwich and a coffee, both were lukewarm at best. The coffee was horrible, not sure how you mess up a latte and the egg in my sandwich was not cooked all way. The white was runny. It also took them like 20 minutes to get me my order. Being the only one in the store, I feel that 20 minutes was rather excessive. I was positively surprised that they even used real eggs; most places use fake eggs. The last time I vised, which put the nail in the coffin, the girl taking my order was so rude! She was back talking and overall rude. I will never again visit this location; it isnt worth my money.
