Worst experience i have ever had in my entire life... It began with an extremely long wait at the drive through, followed by a long wait once it was our turn to order. Then when i finally get to the window the lady took my bank card, walked away for a few minutes and then handed me 2 incorrect orders, then asked for them back and as i was returning them the person just walked away.. Then came back and gave me 5$ and some change and and was yet to still return my bank card. I had to ask her for it back! By this point i had lost all hope in having tacos for dinner, and drove off! But this wasnt the end appearently, thank god i asked my wife to check our bank account because they had wothdrawn 20$ and i didnt even have what i ordered! I turned around and went back asking to talk to a manager who talked to me for less than 15 seconds before directing another clueless team member to aid me.. I finally got my order which still wasnt correct as they forgot our drinks.. Then after getting our drinks i never recieved a reciept! So i had no idea how much my order costed me! Overall this place is terrible! During a rush you should be making money not losing it.. And this place just isnt prepared... Highly reccomend you stay away from here!

After having just left another location for its bad service and rude employees, I was amazed by the exceptional customer service of both Samuel, the person who helped me with my order, and the manager. Not only was I able to get my food quickly and have it taste the way it should, but both of these individuals made my night with their upbeat and friendly personalities. This isnt the first time Ive had such great service at this location, and I doubt itll be the last. Even though it may be farther from my house, such great service is worth the drive.

Did not get all my food nor did I get how I ordered certain items, which I paid extra for. When I asked for assistance, the manager seemed to not care. A worker came to help me. She remade my item and I was happy. I will not go there for a while. The worker that helped me has been there for a while and knew my familys faces.

Horrible service, went through the drive through and they completely messed up my order. Didnt realize until I got home so I gave them a call. They answered said they would put me on hold, hung up on me instead. Called back they picked up the line and hung up instantly. Very disappointed in the service....

Such a disappointment. Got home and realized they did not give what I ordered... I guess this wont be my pick after a night out drinking anymore. Ordered 2 chicken and steak questilla and got 2 chicken and steak chalupa. Gross!!! Never come at 12:45ish am. Just through away my money....

I like the Mexican pizza, but what I got tonight...uggg. I donot like spicy. I dont remember having hot taco sauce on the Mexican pizza. it is supposed to be pizza sauce., check the main website One more important thing, there was NO MEAT all beans.....

My "go to" taco bell location. They always make my food fresh and stuffed full of yumminess. Ive been to other locations where it feels like im eating cardboard the tortillas are so dry and hardly any filling. Never been disappointed with this one.

Every time my girlfriend comes through this drive through they forget sauce or a portion of my meal. Its been over 5 times now that they have forgotton baja sauce on my cheesy gordita crunch. I am most definetly calling this time. I have had enough!

This Taco Bell is great. Ive been going here for years and never have problems with getting the correct food. Staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to say hello when they recognize repeat customers.
