I love coming here. The workers know my name. They are friendly and nice especially to me. I only come inside because the customers who go to this drive through and order are so rude to the workers. It seems they have forgotten how to read and ask the order person a million questions when its right there on the menu thingys. The people taking the orders are patient, pleasant and try to be fast but the customers can be so rude and only care about themselves. They dont care if there are 10 cars behind them. Any way, this is my favorite place to eat because my food is fresh, I always get a smile coming in and when I leave. Thanks BK Ham Lake for treating this customer with kindness and respect, for being as fast at making fresh food as you can be and tolerating all the mean customers that come to your place.

The service here is far, far below average for burger King, and I wont be back anytime soon. Theyre managed really poorly and they have some really stupid employees making the sandwiches who go way too slowly. Plus, before I could order my food, I had to wait for the cashier to take an order from her own two very young kids (2-4 years old) and from their father. Even though the father was right there, she ordered the food directly from the two children and so I had to wait more than 5 minutes before I could even give them my order. The two children were going really slowly and goofing off, and so that cashier definitely should of started talking directly to the father/her husband so the order would go faster.

I think that there are a lot of streo types regarding fast food but I think we do a great job considering the obstacles we face each day. We have had ALOT of new people and had people leave too. We have done a lot of training the last year or so and working on devloping our crew. No we dont always get things right we know that and thats why we are bettering ourselves as days and years progress. We have made a lot of changes recently with management and our training with our employees, anyone who has been disappointed should come back and see how things have changrd for us as a whole!

Long drive up to my In-Laws stopped and ordered their new "99 Cent Rodeo Burgers" which is prominently advertised on TV and on a HUGE sign in front of their store, upon getting the total for our order found it to be much more than anticipated. Got to the window and asked, greasy little teen "working" the window argued with me and told me I was wrong on the price and refused to ask a manager (and these people want $15 an hour? HA!) so we took our money elsewhere.

Greeted with rude tone, raised voice after a literal 10 second wait without ordering (Asked "give me a moment, please?"). Refused to move hand more than 5 inches inside the building to grab my card, pass drinks or give food (yeah, i had to reach into the building to get my food...) Dumped both drinks on my hand because of the whole refusing to move arm to pass them issue... Short of the long is dont come here until they fire a few people.

The food took longer to make so pulled out of the drive thru, parked and waited...... For over 20 minutes. They gave us the wrong beverage, no napkins, no sauce for chicken fingers. After a long day and relying on a fast food drive thru you dont want to be disappointed and thats exactly what happened.

Why would they not serve my husband when he was the last car in the drive thru ? Because it was midnight, and even though he was the last car they turned off the lights and told him sorry , we closed at midnight but they served the one in front of him , sad sad sad , thanks for nothing BK

This is the worst Burger king i have ever been to. The manager and cashier were rude. My onion rings were cold and all the fried food tasted like fish. I will never go back to this restaurant. Thr service is tetable they dont even let you finish talking before asking is that all. Grrrrrrr

The food prepared in a slopy manner (looks nothing like the photo on the menu). The breakfast burito looked so disappointing I didnt even want to put it in my mouth!! And talk about a small portion, 3 bits and it was gone. Definitely didnt get my monies worth!!

Went through the drive threw ordered a chicken burger only mayo had to wait for my food, got my food and the order was wrong brought my food in waited another 5 mins still no food so I just walked out with my food or my money back, horrible customer service

Poor service, order is always messed up, always out of multiple items. Just ate inside the restaurant with a child and the employees were talking inappropriately about sex. Every visit to this location has been a disappointment.

The lady was very rude and wouldnt give us time to order. She kept trying to rush us and had the rudest tone in her voice. She purposely spilt the iced coffee and refused to reach to hand it to us. Worst customer service ever.
