Absolutely horrible! I believe it was the manager of the place. He was a rude man! Turns out I grabbed the wrong credit card. I had replaced a card I had lost. I canceled the card I lost and was sent a new one. Somehow I ended up with the canceled card. So my order was declined. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and French toast sticks. He had them in a bag all ready to go. He just sat there annoyed and tried running my card a few times because I couldnt understand why it was declined. My order was like $5 it was right after they opened and no one else was there. You think he would have just given it to me?? Nope instead he seemed annoyed and made me few stupid! Really!!??? Thats not cool. They probably threw the food away! The fact it was a manager made it that much worse! He seemed like he hated his job and made it obvious. Im not going back!

Moved to Prior Lake about two years ago, and this restaurant has steadily gone downhill throughout the time Ive lived here. I frequently wait up to 15 minutes, either in the store or in my car after being asked to pull around, while the staff struggles to fill a regular-family sized order of two kids meals and an extra value meal. Orders are also frequently wrong. It could be something as simple as no ketchup on a burger, to sausage and not bacon on a croissanwich, but it quite literally happens every time I visit. I keep trying every couple months, hoping that maybe things have turned around. The last time, the croissants on my croissanwich were charred black, like being dropped in a fire. Im done, now.

This burger king is one of the worst Ive been to. I drove in thinking I could get quick service because no one was here, bad choice. I pulled up and the lady says, " can I help you". Uh, yes, so I ordered the number 11. Then I pull up and she doesnt talk with me at all, terrible customer service. Then to top it off, she asked me to pull around and I did to only get 15 more minutes of wait time. But wait there us more, a different lady came out, her uniform was a mess and her hygiene looked horrible. She then said, " are you waiting for food?". Unbelievable, never will i go to this burger king again.

Worst experience iv ever had! We get there order our food get drinks they had no ice and every pop in the machine was flat so we asked to get shakes and the lady hadnt ever worked the shake machine.while we were still waiting a worker came out on the phone and the fronts of her shoes were torn open and her toes were hanging out! It took like 15 minutes to even get our food and the buns were hard and chicken was burnt so we brought our food back and asked for a refund and the lady got a really bad attitude. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! I would of rated it zero stars if I could of.

Many times Ive given them the benefit of the doubt and came back to give this restaurant another chance but got they are completely scattered. Long wait times on food. They often forget items and I have to go back through the long wait again. Been sitting in line 20 minutes behind 2 cars. This is ridiculous. Last time I came here I paid with card and the woman never gave it back to me. Steer clear. If you have other food options, go elsewhere. Other burger kings are good and good service. This one is atrocious.

It took them forever to even acknowledge we were at the counter to order. The lady behind the counter saw us and didnt even have the common courtesy to tell us she would be with us in a minute. Then took forever to get our food. We walked in at 11:50 with no line inside and didnt get our food til 12:15. Ridiculous. The only reason I gave them two stars is because of the nice gentleman who helped after we ordered.

Went to the drive through at lunch time (11:50). Waited 5 minutes said hello. The man told me he will be with me in one second. Waited 5 more minutes, said hello. He said yes, wait ill be with you. Waited 5 more minutes. Nothing so I drove away. one person at the window. No one in the store. This place has been doing terribly downhill.

Bathroom is for only one person. Manager was rude and screwed up my buddys order. Ordered dine in got my food in a to go bag someone else was going through it. Gave me the wrong burger then found mine and instead of offering me to make a new one served me a burger that was hardly warm. Place is dirty and free WiFi wont connect.

This place is horrible! I thought they were starting to turn it around, but nope. Went there at 8am on a Saturday morning and they had nobody there. Sign says they opened at 6am. My friend camp here the other day for lunch and her food took 15 minutes in the drive through. 15 minutes!!

The employee named Erick was extremely helpful and kind. This is definitely they type of service that should be at all Burger Kings!!!! I am absolutely satisfied with this place!!! Thumbs up pals!!! Keep up the good work. Props to the chef too. My whopper was MAGNIFICENT!!!!!

Should be ashamed of how ur employees treat customers. But i guess when u offer 15 bucks a hour u dont have to treat customers like actual people. Hope the guy loses his job....but knowing bk he will prob get a raise. Total bs! Will never go to a bk again!!!

Worse Burger King ever. I cant believe your still open. Waited at the counter over 5 mins walked out no one was helping me. Ive been through the drive though and every time they forget something or get it wrong. Id give this location a -5 stars if I could.

Google says its open til 12am. Drove up to the drive thru at 10:09 Saturday night and they say their closed. All lights are on, the sign and inside. Make up your minds. Happened before. Seems like they open and close when they want.

I looked online and it said you were open until 12AM So I drove over there to get a delicious burger... Pulled up at 11:00PM and you answered the intercom with "Were closed". So now I hate you. Goodbye foeever.

This site says its open until 12am. Waited for 10 minutes without service while watching employee in window. Get better employees or even better; post hours somewhere on building and fix hours online

Their ice cream machine has been out of service for almost a month now that Im aware of. Pretty poor as its been twice Ive driven by wanting a cone and they dont have it.
