As someone who works hard to give references to the "fantastic, oh so great Green Mill" it seems as though they cant go above and beyond for a customer. I understand they have a delivery fee and the drivers need some cash but a rude attitude about it really isnt necessary, considering that the Mill Bucks do not say that they dont cover taxes and fees. All I wanted was a burger Manager of Green Mill, Ms. Nicole. I like the food, and the service is great, but Nicoles stress has put a tone that is most unappealing. We only asked twice because the phones here are low toned, not because we were appalled. We were willing, as always, to tip the driver most greatly, and we still will because its not his fault, but sometimes a whole team takes a hit, when the head manager manages it to the ground.

Went to Green Mill with my family. Horrible. Not busy at all and it took forever for our food. I ordered the Walleye...it came with a salad with old lettuce that should have been thrown out. Then when the food finally came out, my fish was luke warm and the green beans and rice were stone cold. (the butter didnt even melt) My mother ordered a veggie wrap that had broccoli and that was about it. My daughter had noodles, plain noodles...cold and dried out. My daughter in law had chicken parm. noodles were cold also. Was very disappointed. Would not go back.

Today is my 3rd try at a good pizza. I bought it for someones birthday. As usual, it was overcooked. There was a stretch of time, like over a year and a half between late 2015-summer 2016 that the quality of the food was superb. I went there twice a month specifically for pizza When I brought it to their attention I got excuses about how every cook is different, etc. etc. I guess they are seriously lacking quality control. They are happy to send a gift card as an apology though. Now, what good is that if now I cant depend on them?

Since I saw someone leave a review for the brunch, I thought Id chime in. We arrived at 10:00 for their Easter buffet, and we were all happy. I thought the temperature on the items was satisfactory, and the food tasted good. There was a lot of variety, some extras like an omelette station, which wasnt mentioned online. It was nice that they included unlimited non-alcoholic beverages in the price. Im coming back next year. Cant really think of anything bad to say other than out waitress was kinda slow, but it was busy.

We stayed at this hotel and ordered salads for dinner from here. I didnt know you could mess up a salad but wow, they did. Worst salad Ive ever had in my life!!! I paid extra for chicken to be put on my salad and I dont know what that mystery meat was but it wasnt chicken!! I put one piece in my mouth and it tasted like rubber bands. I Immediately spit it out and threw my salad away. Just disgusting!! I will never eat here again. GROSS!!!

If all the Green Mill restaurants Ive visited this one is my least favorite. Being attached to a hotel might be a bad influence, though I know of other hotel-attached restaurants that are much nicer than this one. Ive tried the personal pizza and the boneless wings and neither is fantastic. The personal pizza was very small on a very thin crust and left me hungry.

We pretty much always get the pizza from Green Mill in Hastings and always enjoy it. The pizza from this location tasted quite different and was very disappointing - not sure what was different about it. We did get the boneless wings/pizza combo - the wings were fine, but nothing special. This was on a Saturday night I believe.

The Easter brunch was absolutely terrible. The options online are no where near what is offered in the restaurant. The hash browns look like noodles in cheese. Everything was like warm. The salad looked drenched dressing however no taste to it. Overalll a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

(During a not so busy work lunch) We waited over 15 minutes for a waitress, 35+ minutes for our food, and one of the meals was the wrong dish. We had the goal to be in and out within an hour and that didnt happen even after telling them our time limit. I would suggest going elsewhere.

We have visited this restaurant MULTIPLE times, and every time the food AND the service have been terrible. Its unfortunate because other Green Mill restaurants in the Twin Cities seem to be pretty good, but this one is consistently poorly managed.

Not horrible. Steak was rare. Ordered medium well. Celebrating bday but the reward coupon never came so there was nothing they could do apparently. Pizza was good. Friendly waiter, but made 2 or 3 mistakes...Probably just a bad night.

Good Pub Grub... if your looking for fine dinning then your in the wrong place. But if your looking for a place you can hang out, have some drinks, eat some american food and not spend a ton of money.... green mill is a solid choice.

Everything was really nice. The place was clean and welcoming!! The server was extremely nice! And the food was excellent!! Would recommend if you dont want to eat at the mall but have a nice meal out.

I love the pizza and wings deal. A huge delicious 2 topping pizza and 8 yummy wings for only $19.99. They sent plates, plasticware, and toppings for the pizza. The delivery driver is very nice also.

Ill be honest, I avoid restaurants attached to hotels. Lets just say Ive had some bad experiences. Not the case tonight. Awesome service and even better food. Coconut chicken salad. Delicious!

I was at Green Mill on Thursday at Lunch. The waitress was absolutely rude. My Buffalo chicken sandwich had about 6 cubes of chicken on it. Horrible experience. Never going back

The pizza is definitely worth a visit. They have a fairly large menu but service is usually a little slow. This busy factor here is completely dependent on hotel occupancy.

Nice staff. Good selection of food from pizza, pasta, burgers and salads. Full bar. Coke freestyle machine. They offer a great brunch for Easter and Mothers Day.
