So disappointed. Dirty door handle, bathroom, food splatter on the light above our table. Bathroom was broken and dirty. Old mint leaves in the mojito - black and mushy - old rotten orange in the blue moon, wilted lettuce on the sandwich. I am praying I dont get food poisoning. The server was inattentive and lazy - I had to ask for the check myself. Im a stylist my job is customer service, cripes. My husband and I shared a napkin the entire time because the server never brought us any. Pretty sure the bartender was drunk or on something because she talked about peoples ages to some other person for a solid 5 min before asking me what was wrong when I brought my mojito up to her to trade it in for the sad blue moon. The beer lines were dirty - both my husband and I tried to drink the musty moldy favored beer and simply abandoned them. Just dont. Its not a thing, its clearly in its way out.

Dont ever go here! Not worth the money AT ALL. ordered a Long Island... worst thing Ive ever tasted. Server told me they only put "two pours" of liquor and the rest is their house made sour. Disgusting. I used to come to Ruby Tuesday every year for my birthday and this time I came just for a decent dinner with family and it was the worst. The last four stores remaining in Minnesota should be closed. The food is less than mediocre especially for the price. $90 for four people is ridiculous when nobody even enjoyed their meal. Next time Ill go to Applebees.

I have gone to this Ruby Tuesday many times before, and up until this point my experience has been wonderful. The food is well cooked and tasty. But today, at 4:30 in the afternoon (a very quiet time), there were many waiters and servers walking around and standing in the corner. Yet, it took our personal interference to finally get someone to take our drink order after waiting for a very long time. When we tried to order an appetizer, they said they were out. At 4:30?? I am saddened because this used to be an all-time favorite.

Terrible service, over priced food. First, we said we did not want the free biscuits. The waitress thanked us for telling her, and brought them out a minute later. Secondly, we waited more than ten minutes to get a tiny dish of barbeque sauce. The waitresses walked back and forth in our section, but wouldnt make eye contact with us. We finally stopped her and she brought it, but the food was cold. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The whole resturant was dark like an under ground pub. Perhaps maybe thats the look theyre going for. The woman told me they wouldnt honor happy hour because I wasnt sitting in the bar. Well I have my 2 boys with me and I didnt want to sit in the bar with them. However all this hard working mom wanted was a glass of wine with dinner. Last, they got my order completely wrong! Aye yai yai!

The place is going down hill a slow sinking ship best I can say. Service was ok . Had some questions that the bartender asked the manager about changing some items , the Manger did not want to accommodate. Food came out quick. My burger was cooked to order. My wifes was supposed to be medium it was closer to rare. I will survive never going back

Worst dining experience I have ever had, worst part is, it was on my anniversary. The food came back not how I ordered it. The baked potato with sour cream and butter, the potato was almost cold, the slab of cold butter with the overwhelming amount of sour cream was disgusting. My broccoli came on my plate still in a plastic bag! Never again!

If I could give a zero star, I would. We came in with a group 6 and none of their staff bother to ask for our order or if we want anything to drink even. We waited there for almost an hour. You know whats even worse, even when were getting ready to leave, theyre just sitting in the corner and ignoring us. I hate hate it!

The NYstrip I ordered was cut to be less than half an inch thick which was like a tiny little steak-um. It tasted OK, but for the price charged it was a rip-off. I could have gone to the grocery store and bought an NYstrip over an inch thick pre-cut by the butcher for half the price.

Dirtiest place Ive eaten. Ive been in South Dakota truck stop restrooms that were cleaner. Your wine shouldnt come with chunks in a glass that looks like it was cleaned with a butter stick.

The ribs were not very good. Felt like theyd been sitting in a fridge for a few days. Real dry, bland flavor. Guess its what I get for eating at a chain in a mall. Service was good though.

Work nearby , for the third time in a few months I called to order food for pickup was transfered to the bar to order, on hold over ten minutes. I hung up last time I try and order to go.

I am a huge fan. I primarily go vegan except for the occasional fish entree. Ruby Tuesday offers an excellent salad bar for someone who has this particular dietary restriction. Good job!

Get the coupons theyre constantly shoveling out and its a great deal for decent food. Shame that it seems so slow, Im afraid its going to close soon if it doesnt see more business.

Poor service over the years. Theyve renovated it but still doesnt seem up to par with the rest of the mall,. I would strongly suggest going to the one at the MOA.
