I will start by saying that the food is very good. I always get burgers and jalapeno poppers, sometimes mini corn dogs, and I have never had a complaint. Some times the fries are a bit colder than the burgers, but I can deal with that. The customers seem to have a decent time on the patio playing bags and people watching, but the people they are watching are usually the servers and off duty employees who hang out there to drink for free. The last few times we have been there these employees have been taking shots and drinking heavily all while my table and others around me routinely wait far too long for a refill. All of the servers that are on the patio spend time talking to their friends and regular customers and ignore the ones that they should be trying to entice to return often. I dont care if my waitress is attractive if she cant get an order correct or ignores multiple tables to flirt with someone. If I wanted to see that i would go to a strip club. If the employees both on and off the clock were more respectful to paying customers and did not treat it as their personal frat house I would go back more often,

The service at this place is HORRIBLE! I would never recommend this place to anybody. Our waitress was the slowest I have ever had anywhere and the restaurant was not even busy when we went there. We ordered a side salad to start and it took 30 minutes to bring a salad. Then the appetizers came out ten minutes later and were COLD. The second appetizer didnt even come at the same time it came 10 minutes later. Over 1 hr and 15 minutes later our meals arrived with cold fries.(We timed it.) That was after I asked the waitress what was taking so long to which she replied, "Were not Mcdonalds" in a rude manor. We counted 3 other tables around us that had to ask for their food as well. The manager apologize after the fact, but it was too little too late. I would never step foot in this place again, and my advice for anyone even thinking about eating here is to STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible service, super rude waitress who spouted out responses so quickly that we had to literally ask her to repeat herself a little slower after a couple times. Then when we got our bill she disappeared with our bank card for over 15 minutes. A week later, and I have fraudulent charges on my account from stores in Coon Rapids for 100s of dollars, when I rarely use my card and thats the only time Ive been in that area in the last 2 years. Beware of this place, if you must go. Dont expect much, and only pay in cash unless you want to get screwed over by theives.

If you are calling for takeout, have them repeat the order back to you. Their phone is not good and it is quite loud in the bar. The service staff has screwed up the order more frequently than I would like. If management is reading this, I suggest having staff receiving takeout orders repeat the final order. Also, if you screw up an order, it is OK to apologize for A miscommunication. Lastly, you should update the menu on the website if items are no longer on it.

I give the atmosphere a "good" because I generally prefer a quieter bar/food scene. If a noisy and small bar scene is your thing, this might go for a "very good". Weve never had bad service here. Personally the bar is claustrophic for me, but after a few, you probably wont mind so much. Id rate the food, but I cant remember any experience where weve actually ordered any here (we generally meet friends toward teh end of the night here).

My boyfriend and I went to the Well on Sunday around 3pm. We wanted to sit out on the porch and have some food. Until the server refused to serve anything to us because I was under 21! I am 20 years old and my boyfriend is 24. We wernt looking to drink just to try some new food. We did not see a sign saying we only serve 21 and older. Their website doesnt say anything either. Now we realized why the place was empty!

Best burgers and wings in town! The patio is second to none and so is the service. I see a lot of complaints about 21 or younger not being allowed, The Well is a "BAR" that caters to everyone including the blue collar hard working person that wants a place they can go after work and enjoy a couple beers and not worry about unsupervised children running around...get over it people it is a bar not Chucky Cheese!

Im Very disappointed in this restaurant. My boyfriend and our friends went in on a SUNDAY evening at 7pm for dinner and they wouldnt serve us FOOD because one of our friends was underages, even with ordering only water. That policy needs to change or youll lose a long-time costumer. Checking IDs and declining liquor when underaged is a sufficient enough method, Although, again, we all only wanted water.

Mondays and Wednesdays wing specials are the best Real jumbo wings at 75cents each. And tons of sauces to peak your intrest. Plus they have a pull tab booth which helps sponsor coon rapids national little league. Fills up fast on the weekends. And" kill the keg" contest for sports games. Tons of other weekly food specials. Love The Well one of my fav lunch spots.

Visiting MN for a hockey tournament and found this place close to our hotel. We knew we had made a good choice when the parking lot was packed at 1:00 on a Saturday with no sports on. Service was great, and the burgers we had were both outstanding! If you cant find a buger here you like you have a problem. Have to remember this place when we come back next season!

We had lunch here today. Great burgers! I had the Tiki burger and my husband had the red eye. Really good and actually cooked just as we requested. Onion rings and sweet potato fries great as well. We also had the lobster mac and cheese. That was really good! Better than at the 1029 Club, we thought. Service was great! Will definitely go back.

Took my wifey here she loves this place! They had great food she had a bacon chicken ranch sandwich I had the bacon cheeseburger both were excellent. We sat outside on the patio it was a gorgeous day we had a few beers and kicked back. Service was great too. I definitely would recommend this as a fun chill bar with great food and service.

Went for the 1st time this past weekend.......loved it. Redeye burger was the best burger Ive ever had hands down over any other burger! Got the big deal ...the only dissapointing part was the lack of fries the big deal came with only part I didnt like! But the burger made up for it! Will be back as my #1 spot for a burger

We go most Wednesdays - their wings are amazing, huge and cheap. Ill put up with crap for them. My complaint is everyone who works here seems to hate their jobs and hate the customers. If you own, manage or work at the Well, take note: CUSTOMER SERVICE. Goggle it. Try it.
