So upon walking in me and my buddy was trying to get seated and host was on her phone barely making eye contact with us. I said hi to them and all three ignored me and my friend and it was more then once between multiple people. So it is going on 25 minutes of down computers and still no order being prepared Im appalled by the lack of problem solving in a simple situation of how no one seems to be trained properly in a situation as this. The only person who seems to be going above and beyond the call of duty is a female server by the name of Katelyn she Has been so helpful and reassuring that she is going out of her way to at least deal with the problem very polite and well spoken in a situation that all her co-workers seem to be acting is no problem. I really appreciate all she has done so far will be writing a finishing review on this and honestly I dont usually do this but the other workers here have just been beyond rude. Definitely not about the consumer only worried about texting on there phone any chance they get and quick interactions with the consumers. But again thanks Katelyn for your service awesome to see atleast someone cares here!!

My husband and I are normally HUGE fans! And tonight we were really craving this. We showed up with our 3 kids at the Blaine location tonight. We were surprised to find the restaurant nearly empty at 7:20. So we sat and waited, we received our normal chips and salsa when we arrived. However we waited for 20 minutes. No one came for our drink order, we looked around and there were only only 7 other tables occupied. Not only that but we sat and watched as 3 servers and at one point what looked like the manager sat at the hostess area talking. Finally at the 25 minute mark we were fed up and left. Not even getting drinks. This may be why they were empty. So disappointed! I would give no stars but you have to give at least one.

Was seated right away, waiter came with chips and a drink, then ordered food. All was good until my food came and I needed a refill for water. The waiter walked right in front of me with a picture of water to greet a friend but never filled my glass. I had to ask the bus girl for water. I had to wait for the check and after asking twice for a box I had to ask the bus girl again. Great food but the service is aweful. Most of the time I saw the floor employees sitting at a table by the front door. Clearly management doesnt recognize restaurant ediquate. Doubt I will return despite the good food.

Our party all had the beef fajitas here then went home and all immediately felt sick. We were agonizingly sick for days throwing up, experiencing hot & cold flashes, diarrhea, and body soreness recovering from the bad food all while having to care for me and my fiancées 7 month old baby. Management smugly and promptly refused to issue a refund. So, effectively we paid them to give us food poisoning and to have to spend 2+ days in agony ruining our trip to Minnesota to visit family...and Management couldnt even issue a $35 refund. I will never eat at another Acapulcos again.

We have been three times so far. We avoided going mostly because the exterior of the building is not super inviting. But is different inside. I do not agree with other reviews that its dirty or the servers are not attentive, etc. Each experience has been very positive for us. We are very particular. Servers and staff have always been very friendly each time weve gone there. The food comes quick, tastes really good and portions are MORE than adequate each time. Drinks get refilled with out asking. Restaurant has always been clean. We will continue to go back.

Meh.... Gluten free due to Celiacs. So I review based somewhat on a medical diet. Was merely ok. Service was ok... But now sitting here waiting for the check is taking a very long time. Server never inquired about how our meal was. I had to nearly run her down to ask for another drink. Food quality, nothing to write home about. Not all that many options for gf people. I didnt have but a very few choices. Margarita was very sweet.. not great there either. But every thing came fairly quickly once ordered.

Been hitting this location on and off for years. When I bring the kids its ok. When I go with a friend I end up with the same un-attentive waiter every time. Doesnt ask if its separate tabs...also doesnt ask if one needs change back. One would think Id learn my lesson but since theyve been there so long I figure something must of improved.Thank you once again for showing me tonight no it has not. Onward and forward! But hey they do clean the menus everyone touches. That makes me happy!

Service was horrible, extremely slow and had to ask several times to get cheese dip and then got it 20 minutes later room temperature, soda was flat tasted like crap. There was a spill on the floor and we told them about it and employees watched as people almost slips on it at least twice. This restaurant deserves to go out of business and dont be surprised if its not busy because this is the reason.

The overall experience was nice. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very attentive. They dont have a 100% gluten free guarantee, but Alex (our waiter) was very helpful in meeting our needs. The salsa couldve been a little spicier, and they made sure that our complimentary chips never went empty. Food was fresh, and everything tasted great! I would definitely eat here again.

There were chips on the floor and all over in the booth. Only 4 tables with customers and 3 staff and the manager were doing nothing, asked to have the mess cleaned up and they acted like it was no big deal. Our waiter however was great. He was making drinks and waiting tables like a rock stat. I have been a huge fan of this place for a long ime. I will never go there again

Inconsistent and overpriced for quality of food provided, lacks authenticity, it is good for people who think they like Mexican Food but never had the real thing. Never got refill on drink even though it was empty for 10 minutes. Chips were generic and tasted stale and salsa was ordinary. When you spend $60 for 3 people find a way to serve warm chips and fresh salsa.

This place always hits the spot. Few favorites: Chimichangas, Quesadilla Rellenas, Chicken Soup, Queso dip, and can the Frontera tacos with rice and beans. Food is always good and quickly comes to the table. Service is great and friendly. If your in the area stop here for breakfast (chilaquiles!), lunch or dinner, they also have awesome drink specials!

Nice clean restaraunt as I walked in...was seated right away and given chips and salsa. Server was quick to get my drink and check back to take my order. I ordered the seafood chimichangas and have to say they were very good with plenty of seafood covered in some very good cheese sauce. Highly recommend

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Server rolled eyes. Questioned and argued with our party. As well as made mistakes on order and bill. Avoid a server named ryan. Not to mention double charged my friends 55$ bill and told him "dont worry it will charge back in a few days".
