Yesterday 2/13 around noon I had placed large order online for pick up same day at 5:15pm as i was planning a Birthday party that evening. I placed the order and paid for it online, and received a confirmation email. When it came time to pick up the order, the manager at the Brooklyn Park location told my husband that they couldnt fill the large order. He went on saying that if he filled the order, his line will be out the door. The manager went on saying that for the large order (16) we should have gone with the catering option however, it would have required 24 hour notice. He offered 1 free burrito for not being able to fill the order but what would 1 free burrito do for trying to feed 16 people! I had placed large orders before but from different chipotle loctions and had never had any issues. So I expected the same results this time as I would any other time. It was disappointing is the FACT that out order was placed since NOON and NO ONE at the location even called us to tell us the order couldnt be filled. And if we would have had a courtesy call, we would have figured out a different solution. We drove out to walk out empty handed and to be embarrassed that our order was cancelled on the spot. This ruined our party and we had to find an alternative. We have always had very good experience with chipotle but this experience has shown the worst of customer service. We will never go back to the Brooklyn park location!

Since I have last been there they have gotten their act together. The review below is what I had earlier but holy cow has it gotten better. I have changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Nice job! Thank you for paying attention to reviews! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- They have their lunch assembly line down to a T. Goes really fast if they have the right crew. PROS: Manages to get things right most of the time. MMmmmmm delicious burritos. -The manager or shift manager there is usually courteous and has a good handle on the team unless someone isnt there... then things usually fall apart. CONS: Always crowded, but they have a good system down. -Most of the people that work there look like they would rather blow their brains out then have to deal with me- on the same breath though, they probably have to deal with a lot of crappy people all day. I dont expect a smile, just look at me like I didnt just poop in your fruit loops. -In their haste they like to throw a lot of ingredients on their that you didnt ask for. Slow down a little guys, wait for me to tell you which ingredient that I want before you shovel that spoon into the Pico de gallo as fast as you can. -Yeah, the thing that probably deters me the most from this place is how mopey and crabby people are there. I get it, customers suck, but thats to be expected. Just kill us with kindness please.

I grabbed two water cups for my friend and I. I didnt tell her it was a water cup so she just got pop. This dumbbitch NIKKI comes away from her busy line as cashier and tells my friend that its a water cup. For water only. Okay fine! So my friend goes up to the counter to her to pay for a pop after she got attitude from the worker and you know what the dumbbitchass said!? "I dont need your money" and ignored my friend. WHAT THE ACTUAL F^!!!! Take yo $9 an hour ass out of here!!!! If you dont want her money then WHY DID YOU SPEAK!? Also, they will NEVER get your online order right if you dare order more than two things. Also also, I ordered half steak, half chicken and rice. Correct me if Im wrong but I remember half plus half equals one... Which means ONE serving of meat is two point and rice is one point which adds up to THREE POINTS. Thats a three point bowl. Just fire that Nikki girl. Hate her fake accent too.

My online order wasnt started 10 minutes after it was set to be picked up. When I went up to the register, as directed by the app, I was rudely greeted with "What do you want?" She the told me that they were out of a bunch of items. I asked if they would take the items off the order and make it. She took the order slip and told me to go through the line and read it to her. There were three guests in the store, five employees and a very short line of three guests. The drink station was messy, no forks or knives, spoons in the form holder and sticky soda all over. No one came up to the register to bag my order but did yell at me when I proceeded to bag it myself. The gal on the line who wouldnt read the order, has been extremely rude to me previously. Long dark hair, accent. She is reason I will go to the Crystal store. The site has been in strong decline for a while, this was my cut off point.

Disappointed is service and quality of care with gluten free request. Stove tops looked like they have never been cleaned which makes me nervous about eating gluten free meat. Would not consider this location gluten free friendly due to the fact that my bowl was handled by staff who had just touched burritos. No fajita toppings available or salsa. Not well-managed location or staff. Found two pieces of other meat in my meal which I dont usually get due to my need to be gluten free. Chips were cold. I go to Chipotle any time Im looking to eat out, so I have been to many locations throughout many states. This is the worst one Ive ever been to. I looked at the ratings before going but didnt listen to them. Wish I would have. Overall, just bad.

Hello, I am a receptionist at a nearby dealership. There have been multiple occasions where we have sent an employee to get food for 3-5 people and have either been turned down (waited in line for 30-45 minutes only to be turned down at the counter) or have been told to pay one way (its really not hard to separate food orders). I have worked in the food industry before and if I treated any of my customers the way that they do, I would have been fired on the spot. Terrible service. Incredibly rude. I would suggest you fire all staff and start over because no one from my dealership with go near that location ever again. All of us REFUSE to go there again.

This is the closest Chipotle to my house in the Cities, so I go here a lot. The staff is extremely hard working and generally do their best all the time. They keep the line moving fast so I never have to wait too long for my delicious burrito. The quality of the food is always great, with the exception of one time the chicken was super spicy, but that was one time out if the 40+ times Ive been there. If youve never been to Chipotle before, theyre good at walking you through what ingredients you can add to your burrito or bowl. Overall a great Chipotle to get your burrito fix and one of my favorite restaurants to go to while Im home.
