Service was fast, food was great, atmosphere was good (could use a little more A/C). Let me tell you, we walked in, got seated, got our drinks, got our food in which seemed to be less than 5 minutes. Maybe cause of the time of the day (10:30am) or the day itself (Wednesday), not sure but I was happy. The server Jacquie was quick with her feet & quick with the order, which I expect from a diner usually: ya know the fast paced hustle & bustle service. Very attentive, you could always tell she was checking on you as she walked by, knowing when to ask if we needed anything or not. Now to the food, the food was great! I had the meat lovers omelette with the breakfast potatoes & an english muffin. My friend had the fried chicken & biscuits. BOTH EQUALLY AMAZING. My omelette was so packed with meat that it literally busted open on the side. Not complaining. Lol. And the chicken and biscuits is an excellent twist on biscuits & gravy. Definitely coming back!

I dont understand the 5 star reviews. I had breakfast here today. Service person was good. I gladly waited the 10+ minutes for a fresh hot breakfast of a waffle, bacon, soft scrambled eggs and a milk. Hmmm ...not! Instead I got waffle that was so tepid it did not melt the soft butter i put on it. Almost dead cold. Bacon was fine. Was served a huge cold milk ($3.50 ). The scrambled eggs in my professional opinion had been made earlier (poorly i might add) and kept in a warmer as this was not fresh scrambled eggs...these were Dennys eggs...not good. How do I know? Because the moisture was seperating from the egg protein forming water on my plate...and i know because I am a professional and i know garbage eggs aka prison eggs when i taste them. ...ick! $16.50 for small cold waffle bacon Dennys eggs and a huge milk. $3.50 for a milk? No thanks in that invite to return.

We were only in St. Augustine for a day trip and were looking for a local place with something homecooked. Our group of 4 had a fish reuben, chili and biscuits, chocolate chip pancakes and the classic burger. Our food was incredible! Everything was hot and tasty. Pico on top of chili was a nice touch on what was very delicious chili. Pancakes were huge and fluffy. Fish reuben was crispy and delicious. Burger was served with a beautiful red slice of ripe tomato. Service was friendly. What a treasure of a diner!!! When we return for more than a day trip we will certainly return!

We arrived 20 minutes before closing but you would never know it. The owner greeted us with a smile, explained the specials, and said, "Take your time to consider the choices." And are there choices! Breakfast all-day, sandwiches, wraps, salads, plate lunches. I recommend the salmon sausage, fresh salmon chopped, herbed, and fried as a patty. Delicious! With fresh vegetables, tasty coffee and tea, and sides. Service is prompt and friendly. Love and care goes into your meal. You wont be disappointed.

Friendly service, quick turnover, excellently priced and delicious. If you want a pancake opt for the single side pancake for 2.50, I could hardly finish mine. No idea how itd be possible to eat the triple stack. We were referred here by an employee in Cafe 11 after being informed that breakfast stops there at 11:30. Fortunately for all my fellow late and slow risers, Anastasia Diner serves breakfast until 3:00.

Have had several meals here n so far all has been great! Great quality n portions are substantial. Have brought a bunch of different people and all had glowing reviews of their meals. My only complaint was the skins left on their mashed potatoes made them chewy n hard to eat. They have the best eggs Benedict in town. Highly recommend!

Didnt look like much from the street but it was a great breakfast. I wouldnt have gone in except that the reviews were good. Service was okay but not spectacular but very prompt and the food was excellent. The Saint Augustine Benedict is a combination of Eggs Benedict and Biscuits and Gravy and Id order it again for sure.

Great place, a little off the beaten path for tourist but worth it. The chicken biscuits with sausage gravy were delicious, soft biscuits flavorful gravy, chicken was fresh and warm. Excellent customer service, our server was Margarita, thank you!

Just the best find, be back tomorrow morning! The Chicken & Waffles with Sausage Gravy was the best Ive ever had. Dont miss a side of Country Sausage, worth driving for! Nice people with great service, really clean & cute!Love this place!

Great breakfast fare. We found out they make their own sausage. The menu mentioned Salmon sausage. We were not in the mood to try it but what we did have was great. The only concern was the very hard seating.

Love this place for breakfast. The owners are very involved and doing a great job with it. Its lesser known so doesnt get as busy as some more "popular" places and the foods better. Try it!

Great service and excellent breakfast. Pancakes are huge, fluffy, buttery, and dont require syrup. The OJ is pulpy. Bagels are soft and they use American Cheese (which I prefer).
