6:50 p.m. 8-14-17 we entered the KFC. There were about 6 customers seated inside. We waited for approximately 4 minutes at the cashier station for someone to come and take our order. We commented that we thought we were invisible as 3 staff members just walked by us behind the counter not even acknowledging we waiting to place our order. We came their to have the buffet, because generally KFC chicken is good. Two of us took a piece of extra crispy and original chicken each. There was a selection of about 4 pieces in each container. When we sat down to eat the chicken was cold. I returned to the counter to ask for some hot chicken. The young man brought some hot chicken and placed it in with the cold chicken. Not even bothering to remove the cold chicken. I went back to our table to eat what we got. The chicken was actually quite good. I then returned to see if they had any deserts. The did have what appeared to be the remains of apple crisp. I asked the attendant if he would eat what was in the container. The attendant shook his head and replied "No". It looked disgusting. You could have scraped the sides of the container and maybe got a cup full of the stuff. I asked him if he could get some for me. I had to ask as he made no motion to get any. I then asked if I could speak to the manager. I said that I was very displeased with the quality of the food. The chicken was cold to which she replied that oh the water must be low on the buffet table. I then told her that the law requires the food to be served hot. She then made some weird comment that the same food is served to the people in the drive thru. I am not sure what this had to do with anything. I asked her how she would feel about spending close to $20 for what was being served. She remained silent. She then apparently wanted to show me that she was concerned about the quality of the food and had the attendant throw out the chicken that had just been placed on top of the cold chicken. Well by now I think everyone gets the point. Dont waste your time going to this place. One star is too many. Staff is inattentive. Manager was doing little to have the staff cleaning or waiting on customers as I could see them checking their cell phones and drinking soda.

WARNING...This food is not fit for human consumption. Its not fit for dogs to eat. My baby girl wanted to eat here because there arent many KFC buffets. The food was cold and the cole slaw was warm (go figure). The manager attempted to say that the food temperture was too high. I said the water is hot underneath but not the food. The peach cobbler had pieces of uncooked dough in it. The manager with a straight face said it "is done" and thats the "way peach cobbler comes." You know I looked at her like she was crazy right? So crazy that she giggled. Get this, the manager is a woman of color and she ought to know better to say that to another woman of color. Plus, I am a southern woman of color that was taught by the best my Big Mama. Save your money. Eat at home. Go get a $7 pizza from Aldis, make a salad and rent something On Demand and tell your baby girl youd rather eat at home and have her all to yourself.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This KFC is horrible. Closest KFC to our home and unfortunately we just have to choose not to come here anymore. Many errors over many visits. Poor conditions, poor employees, poor management. Who ever owns this location should be ashamed. We keep trying to come back and giving it another shot, just to be burned over and over again. Don’t worry we get it now. Also some strange activities I’ve observed, with employees engaging in possible drug exchanges. I saw 2 very odd individuals possible on drugs “helping them clean”. I asked the manager if they were employees and she said they just like to be helpful, don’t buy it. Getting free food? Something is off here.

Let me start by saying the woman manager who took our order was very nice and accommodating this visit, but thats not normally the case. Every since the GM changed this place has become a very sad sad KFC. The dining room was filthy, no tables were wiped off. Floors were greasy (which Id expect in the kitchen, but not the dining room) EVERY single booth has been ripped or looks like theyve been slashed with a knife. The buffet (if you can call it that) only had like 2 pieces of chicken to choose from, and was really dry. Before this visit, we hadnt visited KFC for at least 3 months, and it will probably be another 3 months before we go back.

The restaurant had some issues with a fryer tonight. The manager not only went above and beyond to comp us for the inconvenience but he recalled I stated one of my sons had a gluten allergy and he included a chocolate cake for my one son and us and applesauce and green beans for our son with allergies. The manager was so amazing and kind, repeatedly thanking us for our patience. We will be coming to this kfc often due to the above and beyond service the manager and his team provided. Made our wait seem pretty insignificant in comparison to the kindness and appreciation they showed.

Drive thru Service worst ever.. had me pull around to front To wait for new Nashville chicken 1pm .. 12 tenders need 5min to be ready After 10 min I went inside They Had no idea I was waiting And didnt even have them cooking The Manager when I asked for my money back No apologies no what can I do to fix this nothing bc this business as usual at this kfc anoka mn.. If I wouldnt have went in Id still be sitting in parking lot waiting The Manager needs to change jobs he has no idea How to run around the block let alone manage A store that serves food Popeyes from now on..

Horrible experience! Placed an order through the drive-thru. Waited a few minutes just to be asked what we wanted. Took another 5min to get the employee to come to the window to pay. Then told to pull up. 8min more waiting when finally went into the store to get the food. Drove down the road 2 miles to find out they gave me no fork, napkins, sauce. Drove back and I received the biggest attitude. Horrible customer service. I got my money back and she threw the food in the garbage. Said she was the manager and I couldnt talk to anyone else. No sorry and laughed in my face.

This is one of the most dirty KFCs I have ever been to. Gross! The staff here are not friendly and dont seem like they want to be there at all. I went through the drive through asking for a water with my meal and they said their water machine was broken when I got to the window. She was very rude about it and seemed annoyed that I was asking for a water. When I asked for something else instead since their water machine was broken she made a big deal about it and said she would have to charge me. Terrible service overall.
