My family and I ate at the Pizza Ranch in Andover recently during a fundraising event for a youth missions trip. I was very impressed by the restaurant partnering with the kids who acted as servers, and giving over $1,500. dollars toward their outreach at a Haitian orphanage. But what really sealed the deal, making the night an awesome experience, was that the pizza was fantastic! Ive done a few pizza buffets in my day, and this is the only one I recall having the entire menu available — constantly! More importantly, the pizza was excellent! From the meat-lovers to vegi, thick to thin, marinara to Alfredo... PLUS, they also had a full salad bar, fried chicken, potatoes, vegetables, beverages and desserts. And then, the owner (who I had never met before) went around from table to table, asking about our dining experience — Wow, talk about customer service! I will definitely go back again!

I have eaten at Pizza Ranch many times and have greatly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and friendly service. Today my wife and I decided to try the takeout option that Pizza Ranch offers, in order to eat it outside at home in the beautiful weather. We were impressed with the consistency in quality. The food was still fresh and just as delicious. The staff was friendly and easy to work with as we kept changing up our order. More than that, we were thrilled to find out we could literally order anything that they have on the buffet for takeout. Along with the pizza and cactus bread, we also got an order of the apple orchard salad and mashed potatoes. As soon as I found out you could also get some of their creamy ice cream to go as well, I had to have it! We will definitely be back soon!!

This was my first time at pizza ranch. My wife got the pizza buffet and really enjoyed it. I didnt feel like a buffet so I got the three piece chicken dinner instead. Unfortunately, I waited about 30 minutes for the dinner before I got up and said something. Sure enough, they had forgotten all about my dinner. About 10 minutes later they came back with my dinner and it was pretty good. Nobody apologized when they brought the food out 40 minutes later. They simply set it down and walked away. As we were leaving, I spoke with the manager about it. He was very apologetic about it and compd me a free meal in the future. Since he seemed to care a lot and wanted to make it right, I figured we were square. I would go back again as the manager made an effort to make things right.

They replaced their good hot sauce bottle (went perfect with the gravy) with little terrible packets of Franks! And they replaced their nice BBQ bottle with little BBQ packets as well! Lets just say it was a little difficult to spice up some of the food now, and Tabasco is so out of style. It was probably some corporate decision from on high, but it took away a customer from coming back again in the future. Maybe if I bring my own hot sauce I can eat here again. I doubt the kids that flock here will really mind... so they probably wont miss my 15 bucks every two months. But I had to express my disappointment somewhere! Curse you corporate or whoever ruined pizza ranch for me, that place who had the best buffet in town!

My company just held a business luncheon in the Andover, MN Pizza Ranch, utilizing their meeting space. I was very surprised and impressed with how well equipped the room was with technology and comfortable seating to meet our presentation needs-- they have an 80" high definition TV and table set-up great for our group to take notes and eat. The food was outstanding and the service excellent. We were proud to invite our customers to a meeting held at this Pizza Ranch location. I would recommend the Andover Pizza Ranch to any business looking for a nice meeting facility with an affordable and tasty menu.

This is by far my favorite Pizza Ranch location. It has a lot of seating options, they will customize my pizza the way I like it, and the customer service is really outstanding! They also love the community and provide fundraising opportunities throughout the year. The only downsides: the cost of the buffet includes a beverage. So if you just want water (and want to save a couple bucks) youre out of luck. Despite the size, this place can get so busy that you might have to wait for a seat (depending on the evening and fundraiser).

We go here all the time and eat. Kids love it, salad bar is great and the chicken is wonderful not to mention the pizza. The staff is always friendly and the managers are amazing!! They always go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied and they always thank us for coming in. One thing I noticed is that the managers are always busting tables and in the trenches with the rest of the workers. Great place to eat and the music is the best :) Love our Andover Pizza Ranch!

Great food. Possibly the best chicken around....but 10 dollar charge for delivery is ludacris. When we first started ordering it was standard delivery charge of like 2 or 3 bucks, such leaves room for tipping the driver, now you more then tripled it and still expect us to tip on top of that? Youve lost my business cause I cant afford to pay 40% of what my food costs just to have it delivered. If I could make it there to pick up or eat in I definently would. Bummer we cant.

Had never been to a Pizza Ranch to my surprise i learned that they serve the best broasted chicken I have had- we enjoyed going to the restaurant not only for the pizza your way but the chicken dinner is hands down the part that keeps us returning. I appreciate beyond words the cleanliness of the buffet lines and restaurant in general. The staff is friendly and the manager always takes time to visit & bus dishes. It is a great addition to our andover community

Clean, well lit, and lots of seating. Serving bars arent crammed together so theres no jockeying between the different stations. Two banks of pop dispensers. They do a "pizza your way" thing and make a pizza of request. They came and found me when it was finished and brought some to my table. The Mac and Cheese pizza was fantastic and is a regular all time menu item. Something they designed and perfected in-house. Will not hesitate to come back again.

We always love coming to Pizza Ranch. My wife loves the salad bar and chicken, I love the pizza and dessert pizza and so does our 2 year old son. It is very cheap for him to eat there because of his age, and though he is picky, we always find something he likes. The dessert pizza is second to none and its nice to have a cup of coffee after dinner too. Its cheaper to eat here compared to even Applebees or Chilis and theres no tip. Thanks, Pizza Ranch!

Better than average pizza, and the chicken/desert pizzas/salad bar is great. Its a great idea they let you custom order a pizza for you if you want something they dont have out. My main issues are with price and class- one is high, one is low. You pay a lot for your food and the atmosphere is not very good. In the future, Ill stick to the classic delivery pizza places. My family liked it more than I did, to be fair. Theyd probably give it 4/5.
