Incredibly embarrassed for this company. We come in to take our handicap clients for lunch or breakfast and the manager, or what Im assuming is the manager, is freaking out, says shes closing the store because theyre short staffed, looks like a mess, rushes around and locks doors, throws her keys on the counter, the floors are unswept and sticky, the tables are covered in pop and left over food, the pop counter is a disaster, shes been on the phone ranting and raving, she even said I dont care if they get mad at me Im closing the store and looks at the customers. There was about 10 of us here and only two staff. I understand being short staffed but at least keeping your professionality while you try to figure things out helps prevent customers from never returning. Im in shock and horrified by the service we received today. And I will never return. Its a shame that a manager can act this way in front of customers.

Terrible customer service. The lady in the drive through was really rude and kept saying "yeah, i heard you" after asking us to repeat what we said then still messed up our order. COLD chicken nuggets. The wopper barely had any lettuce or mayo and had about a 3/4" ring around the outer edge that didnt have ANY toppings besides patty and bun... service was pretty comparable last time we were here too.

After getting my order I went to the counter to get a spoon, both the manager and the girl at the register vanished in to the back not bothering to ask if I needed anything, when the girl returned she proceeded to stock and ignore that I was standing there. If you want any measure of customer service you should not go to the Burger King.

Before your remodel this store was not good everything was cold or people always messed up the order or we didnt get something.... litterally ....but now iv been there twice after the remodel and the service is great the food is great and always hot were in and out quickly and most important no mistakes ...thank u it was delicious..

Just went through, they were quite friendly and polite, Im in a hurry to make it to the movie theatre and they forgot half my order. Didnt have time to go back. Not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Extremely frustrating, please check your bags very carefully before leaving.

We order four spicy chicken in drive thru, and after paying, she told us to wait on the parking lot and someone will bring the food. We waited for long and have to go inside since it was already paid. poor management. I have a question for burger king people. What is the meaning of drive thru?

Worst Burger King Ive ever been to. lived in the area for 6+ years and have never had a good experience there. They get the food order wrong all the time. And the food is usually cold. All the Staff is rude. They close down their shake machine an hour before closing.

Stopped for a quick lunch.. Ordered a burger w/light on mayo so they must have thought I needed more ketchup, it was oozing all over. Food tasted old, onion rings tasted like fish. Pop was more like drinking CO2 . Wont be back there again

ridiculously slow and they literally messed up my order 4 times in a row and it took 20 mins. to even get out food and the 4th time it was still wrong, we just said forget at that point.
