Upscale building in nice area but very unorganized and ghetto inside. This has to be almost if not the worst KFC Ive experienced. Im from the south and I notice they do t have baked beans nor green beans? From what I was told later, that those sides arent normally available in the northeast. A very tight area so I parked on the street in the back. There was a long wait for drive thru customers and while inside, 3 people at the cash register couldnt figure out how one guy screwed up a order. I recommend not coming to this KFC unless you have time to burn. The front counter lady who was putting meals together was somewhat ok. She didnt have a attitude and was Cool. The owner and mgmt needs to really revamp this place. Poorly trained and managed employees and lack of manpower seems to be the primary reason this location receives the worst score from me .

Gross food. Rude people. All the commercials made me want to try the Georgia Gold sauce and it looked like they spritzed on a dash of it and sent it out the door because when I opened the container it didnt look like they even tried. For 10$ with drink I kind of expected better food. A few days later my roommate wanted KFC so we drove through to order. Not only did they tell about it being a "pain in the ass" to make chicken tenders but they refused to make more so we could order chicken littles. We got so much attitude from the lady at the drive through we ended up leaving. 10 out of 10 would go somewhere else. I hope not all KFCs let this behavior slide, because this one clearly doesnt care.

I wish there was a no star! The worst service I have ever experienced at a fast food joint. I ordered food they didnt even give me half of what I ordered. Didnt even bother to warn me they were out of stuff! Thought I had what I ordered because they put it in the same container and got home and was very disappointed! They run out of chicken and biscuits frequently!! It sucks because I love kfc! But sadly will no longer be getting it after the terrible service I have gotten the last 3 times. They are so unorganized and need to get It together!

This place need improvement, not enough employees , floor in diner area was trashy.This place need to close for a minute and regroup . Not trying to bad mouth this kfc, but enough is enough and to have the nerve to rise the prices, you have to be kidding, it so sad that ... this place is operating on neglect. .. shame on you kfc. All these people writing these reviews are seeing the same thing... so it is not us ( customers ) , its them.... yucky place to go.

If there was a NO STAR, it would give it, recently I went in there and two people saw me when I walked in and I stopped at the counter to look at wanted and I was ready to order still standing there waiting patiently and I saw the two people who noticed me when I came in , LOOK at each other with a smirk and they NEVER CAME TO TAKE Y ORDER SO I LEFT. EXTREMELY POOR AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICES. THE PLACE IS USELESS AND SHOULD BE CLOSED

Omg ill never go back here. I thought the menands one was bad. This place looked like it has he been cleaned in months. Then we ordered food and they ran out of spoons and forks lol. It was 430.. I can see if it was near closing maybe. We ordered the mashed potato bowl too. How can u eat that without utensils? The only good thing I will say is that the guy ringing up people was wicked nice. I was still pissed so We had to leave

I am sitting here in the parking lot waiting way too long with no other customers here. Then when I paid he said " itll be about 15 dollars...!?! No registers rang and no receipt was given. I watched 2 employees sit outsode smoking and hanging while a female worker brought what looked like 4 buckets of chicken to a car. Grab a baby out of the back and go back inside... Meanwhile I still wait for potato wedges...

Terrible service from the drive thru straight to the window, didnt get the correct order they charged me for everything didnt give me what I asked for, paid more and got less. Never going there again or recommending them.

They serve fried chicken here. Really. My only real beef (!) with KFC are their potato offereings. You get that hot mess that is the mashed potatoes or those strange wedgie things. Cant I get some regular fries?

Absolutely ridiculous the last time I went I got a chicken pot pie. Within 2 bites I bite in and get a bone. When I complained the manager told me its chicken and they have bones. NEVER GOING BACK
