My husband and I thought wed try out the new Red Robin that just opened a few miles from home. I wish we hadnt. Our server was decent, but it took 45 minutes for our burgers to come out! Not like they had people waiting to get in either. I spotted the food runner trying to deliver our food to a table at the opposite end of the row. Watched him walk back to the kitchen and come out a couple minutes later to our table. When the burgers arrived, they only had fries for one of us. I ordered garlic aioli sauce and it had clearly spilled allover the tray. The runner served me a half empty dip that had sauce allover the outside of the cup. He said he would be back shortly with the fries for my husband. He didnt come back. Finally, after my husband had finished his burger (which was supposed to be some burger loaded with bacon- there were a few tiny crumbles of bacon on it) the server went to track down some fries and didnt bring his dipping sauce. He said it takes a while to make. At this point we had already been there for an hour! At last, he comes out with another tray of fries with cheese melted allover. Why wouldnt he just be honest and say they dont have a cheese dipping sauce? So, we got charged for extra fries because of it, too. At the end, I ordered a malt from the console on the table to go. When the bartender delivered, there was ice cream and caramel sauce allover the outside of the cup. Come on, Burger King does a better job of serving! For two burgers, a beer, a malt and a side of dipping sauce our bill was $41. I did like my burger, whiskey bbq, but What a rip off. They have some serious kinks to work out. I really was hoping to love this place since its so close to home.

The best thing about our evening at this Red Robin location was the balloon that my niece brought home, which was used later for some balloon volleyball with the family. We had a party of 12. When I showed up it took a while for anyone to even greet us, even though there were 3 hosts and a manager at the hosts desk. They took the order for 4 people at our table, and they got their food before they even took the orders for the rest of the table. We were later told that they can only put 5 orders on a ticket . . . so I guess dont go in here with more than 5 people. When the orders for the second half of the table came out 3 of them were wrong, which was ironically for 7 people so that kind of kills the "we can only do 5 orders on a ticket" comment that a manager gave us. When the waiter was trying to hand out the orders he would say "who had the . . . " and it was something that none of us ordered. Then he would ask "what did you order" and suddenly what was in his hand WAS that burger. Either he did not know what was in his hand or he was just trying to match something he had with what we said we ordered. The burgers were fine, once we got what we ordered. Oh, and this was the second time that my family has tried to eat at this location. The first time it was a smaller group (just 2) and they "lost" the name on the waiting list. People who came in after were seated and when this was brought up they only offered to put us back on the list . . not get us the next table. Customer service needs to improve before this family will be going back.

We thought we could have a relaxing dinner out with our kids, and we had really enjoyed Red Robin (different location) in the past. I cant tell you what the food tasted like because, after waiting an hour (over 15 minutes to get water, 10 before the waitress came to our table) the food came out cold, AND incorrect. And the crazy thing was, it was ultimately the manager who brought it out. Wed had enough and told the manager we didnt care to stay and she could do whatever with the food. She said, I want to make this right for you. To which my husband replied: we dont have another hour to wait. And then the genius manager said: I can get you new food in 5 minutes. Really? Why couldnt the waitress (who continually disappeared for some reason) get our food to us in a timely manner? Wrecked what could have been a fun family evening. If I could give this location a negative rating, I would. Do not go unless you have either a TON of time or a TON of patience and dont get aggravated by ineptitude. And the other thing? Its not a super cheap place to eat -- so spend your money elsewhere.

When we walked in they were putting up chairs to hold the doors open due to the strong smell of burned oil and charred meat. We should have left then, instead we sat down and waited and waited for a server to come. The restaurant was not very busy! We ordered drinks, one appetizer and food for 4 people. Our main items came out before our appetizer. My daughters cod fillets were way over cooked, the burgers were flavorless and the meat looked more opaque and pink then like a good quality meat. When our appetizer did come the onion tower was burned! Our server seemed very poorly trained and not very knowledgeable about the menu. We rarely saw her and when we did it was quick and non engaging. As we left we heard two of your staff up front by the door talking about customers that had left unsatisfied in a very rude manner and tone. Over all, we enjoyed our beverages and that was all--quite an expensive dinner! We will not ever return to this Red Robin!

When we walked in to the facility on Saturday (2/18/17) evening, it was crowded and busy, but we thought wed give it a shot. We were immediately greeted by Drew, who made our whole experience fun and enjoyable. We didnt mind the wait (less than 10 minutes) because he was so entertaining and upbeat with all of the customers and waitstaff! Once we were seated we received drinks promptly, our appetizer was ordered and put in, in a timely manner for how busy it was and our dinner shortly followed. All of the food and drinks were phenomenal; so was the Oreo shake. I cannot say enough about our server Santo, he was great at bringing us what we needed and checking if everything was good (but not too often). Overall, the staff seemed friendly, nice, and polite (even though it was a busy Saturday night) and the food was outstanding and very timely. We cannot wait to go back! Loved everything about our visit!

I usually love Red Robins, but this one is seriously lacking in taste and service. Had several issues that would have been minor in themselves, but all added up and were not mitigated effectively. Like a server poring ranch dressing all over me, and then just saying sorry and walking away without offering extra napkins or even getting our table silverware (something that should have been a standard question). Told the manager our concerns when he made his rounds, and he said sorry... and then told us to have a good night. Im not looking for free food, Im prepared to pay for meals, but he could have showed any type of concern or empathy. On top of that, the food was seriously lacking in taste and quantity. Tiniest portions Ive seen at any Red Robin. Overall, not the worse experience Ive had at a restaurant, but I certainly wont go back.
