I brought my family here for dinner and had the worst service i have ever had anywhere. We walked in the door at 5:50pm. There was a line at the counter and i noticed that the manager was on break eating dinner and holding a newborn that had a poopy diaper that was leaking. The manager kept setting the child on the table. The women at the register walked away to make FREE sundaes for the customers who where ahead of us in line and never came back. The manager came back to the counter at this point because my wife and kids and myself had been standing there unatteneded for so long. Our food took 15 minutes to be put on a tray because the kitchen staff seemed confused on what went where. The employee who was making the food was being loud saying that some one was "pissing him off" and talking about his parol officer. Soda machine and counter was a disaster. Everything had pop splattered on it. The ENTIRE floor was sticky. My shoes wanted to pull off my feet as i walked across the floor. If i could giver 0 stars i would. I will never be back to this restaurant EVER!!!

How hard is it to get right? 3 combo meals, 3 med. fries, 3 med. drinks and the only thing right was the paper bag! The girl could not understand that I wanted 3 meals, she had me drive around and still couldnt understand 3 meals! I did not get a receipt and she said it was just $20.00 even. I drove around and the drinks were wrong so I had to go back in and the teen-aged "manager" looked at me like I was crazy when I asked him to make the drink order correct. He practically threw a glass at me and pointed to the drink machine. I quit going to BK when they were doing the remodel, but I wont go back again because they have gotten worse since. I didnt think that was possible!

I like BK, but this location needs some work. Im not really picky, so if someone screws up my order, Ill just eat what they gave me unless it is repulsive (mushroooooms! *shakes fist*) or something much cheaper than what I paid for. These guys screwed up my order 3 times out of the last 4 times Ive gone. I know, I know, why would I keep going if they keep screwing up? These visits have been spaced out over about a year. I tend to return after a few months if I didnt have time for a meal. I suggest trying another location or just getting Bebops, right next door.

You suck! So a customer is given the wrong food I get that mistakes happen. So lupe gives us the " your annoying me" look and HUff when we have to ask for salt and order is wrong and you call the store and nobody will answer the phone for over a half hour really shows that customer service is not a big deal at this restaurant. Will call fm in morning but never going back heck you can go to village inn and get an awesome burger for 8 bucks! I would definitely be taking care of the customers you have left or you wont be there long!!! Good luck

Manager was yelling, correcting an employee right at the registers. Seems that she wanted it to be public to customers and staff. The employee was applogising for her error. She then proceeded to vent about how other managers train, just going in and on. Prior to that an off duty employee came in and was just abnoxious, loud, so inappropriate. The staff entertained this and participated. Food came as ordered and warm, all contiments were there. Clean tables were available. Bathrooms were clean.

I went to this restaurant with my brother to get some food and I specifically asked them not to put bacon on my food and they did it anyway. When I asked them for a different meal, they just removed the bacon and gave it back to me. Where they messed up is that they didn’t even remove all the bacon thinking I wouldnt notice that it was still the exact same meal; so out of frustration I just paid for the food and walked away. What would you do if you were in my situation?

The gentleman working the drive-thru was very nice and did his part.... and THEN some! The food was wrong though, I had to go back in to get an item fixed, and then realized that I was STILL missing food when we got home! One amazing person cant run the whole place, unfortunately. We did call to get our name in "the book" of wrong order claims to get it later, but I wanted my sandwich TODAY. Hopefully Ill remember to go claim it!!!

First time here for work. Needed some items from Walmart and saw the BK nearby. Went through the drive-through and made my order but requested that they hold the tomatoes and the sauce BECAUSE I AM ALLERGIC. Without any utensils at the hotel I am staying at I got to eat an open face burger like a taco... This is why I try and avoid BK in general, the one thing they are supposed to do correctly, but they somehow always manage to fail me.

20+ minutes stuck in the drive thru! Understaffed? Then close the drive through! My order was wrong and when I pointed out I was getting too much food, the gal was annoyed. Instead of rebagging the food she requests it to be recooked. I told her I didnt want to wait, to just pull my food out of the wrong bag and give it to me. But she didnt want to dig through the bag and touch it. Ugh!

Just left there today and the person taking the order was rude and interupted me while I was giving my order then when I spoke to the manager she just said okay...and...so I left. Worst store ever!!! Everyone has been very rude anytime we have been there.

Disgusting! I went through the drive thru and there was garbage everywhere! The man working was very unfriendly. The food was fine but the place was gross! Wont be going back.

Its always hit or miss with the food and the service. They dont have the new soda machine, with all the flavor choices. Im here at 12:30, on a weekday, and the place is DEAD.

We waited in line in the drive through for 45 minutes and they hadnt even made our order yet. They gave us our money back and but wasted our time and our gas!!!

We usually like Burger King but not this location. Staff need to be trained. Food was bad. Waste of time and money. Will not come back to this place anymore
