I order from this place ALL THE TIME. Usually its good. This last time I ordered sent me over the edge though... I ordered two Wonton Soups and a Chicken Lo Mein. When the lady arrived at my doorstep, she said "Im really sorry sir, someone cut me off and I guess your Wonton Soup spilled... I said " Oh ok, how bad is it?" The whole soup was gone besides the noodles, and everything was soaked... the bag. lo mein, sauses, and noodles, ect. She said "you keep the one Wonton Soup and Ill replace everything else and be back in 10-15 minutes (which was understandable). When she came back, she said "Well... I replaced your order, but the owner was pretty upset I let you keep the Lo Mein... I said "what do you mean, It was covered in soup, I threw it away"... She said "I know sir, but hes a little weird, hed rather through it away than feel like someone took advantage of him. So I dug through my garbage and got as many noodles as I could and put them in an old grocery bag... I hope they are satisfied with their decision. That honestly was the worst business decision they could have made... Will NEVER go there again...

I came to this chinese restaurant a few times and I was actually satisfied with the food and the prices. Just recently I visited again and received completely HORRIBLE customer service! The guy on the phone was having a side conversation when taking my order (Mistake #1)! Then when I came in to pay for the food order, they had my food sitting at the bottom of the counter! Like seriously?? (Mistake #2) Finally, when I checked my food to make sure the order was correct, the guy tried to ARGUE with me. Clearly his interpretation of soft and hard noodles are completely wrong. (Last damn straw)! Im over this raggedy, generic chinese place!! YOU HAVE CLEARLY LOST MY BUSINESS!!!!!!! This is just not a place to go and be treated like an actual paying customer. Im DONE!

You cannot go wrong with this place. I used to order from platinum dragon until they started serving chicken jerky and calling it general chicken. Expect fresh food from this place. If you order fried mushrooms you get a very generous helping. A sandwich carrier full of them. Crab meat and cheese are excellent. Orange chicken is great. When ordeing general chicken request extra spicy if you like hot foods.

their restraunt food is good, but their store meal kits are bad! I bought a sweet and sour meal kit from save a lot and the sauce smelled so bad, that i had to strain the sauce off the chiken and deeped fried it back to normal. i just ate them like chiken nuggets from mcdonalds with some bbq sauce LOL! didnt even add rice.

Food is quite good but the experience I had today was horrendous I had ordered food and the the lady on the phone told me a whole different price than the lady who delivered my food and the delivery woman was upset that I didnt have the extra 0.75 cents Im absolutely disgusted with the poor lack of skills

Found a piece of hair in my general tso chicken the 2 piece fried chicken was under cooked was still bleeding inside wasnt appealing at all this used to be my favorite place but the people working their need to learn to cover their self people dont want to eat their hair.. lost a customer disgusting...

Im not sure what it is with Jade Dragon, but that place is bomb, man. We started going there when we lived on campus at UA. Since we moved to the Highland Square nieghborhood, we still make the trip to JD whenever we get the taste for Chinese. Sweet and Sour pork or bust!

Horrible Customer Service. Messed up my order and told me it would be another hour before they could correct it. Every other Chinese restaurant is 10-15 min wait tops, Jade Dragon is at least 45-60 min wait. I will NEVER order from them again, and I suggest you dont either

A friendly young person took our order after we scanned the lunch menu for a bite. Another polite person promptly brought our lunch to us. The food was loaded with sodium, but we expected that. Overall the fare was tasty and plentiful for the price.

my husband and I always had good experiences with this restaurant. we always get general tso chicken, seafood delight, wonton soup and an egg roll. we go to Detroit and Mid Ohio every year and we always plan to stop at this place.

Taste like all the other non fresh cat food Chinese food out there! Seriously I wish I was kidding. Go to chins at least its fresh sauces and fresh food unlike this terrible poor example of Chinese food!

The chicken in the General Tso & Sweet and Sour was stringy/dry it was either stored wrong or was really low quality. I dont think well be back. We did get extra rice, I dont think we ordered.
