What a joke todays lunch was. We received one of those foods-ready-vibration things that should notify us of our food being ready. We proceeded to sit outside, waiting for the vibration. I decided to go inside to use the restroom, only to hear "Josh, your order is ready" - but the tone used was clear, this wasnt the first time "Josh" was called... Hence. Super cold food. Spent time in line to get my fixings, then finally made it to the table, only to realize they forgot the cheese for the cheeseburger. Back inside i went... While the other food sat getting colder and colder. They tossed a piece of cheese on it while looking at me like i was an idiot. Finally, time to take a bite. I remember this place used to have great food. Obviously something has happened since, because it was maybe the worst food Ive eaten in years. The burger sucked, the fries were so-so and the onion rings, if thats what you wanna call them, were pathetic.

I wanted the 1 lb.,1 patty burger that was still listed on the companys corporate web sight. However the Minnesota Dr. location had stopped serving them due to low demand. After a few email exchanges with the management staff I was able to get my coveted 1 patty, 1 lb. burger. Besides being a great burger at a more than a fair price, the management staff paid for the first meal. This level of services is unheard of in todays businesses. because of this and other incidences I continue to remain a faithful Fuddie. Now when I want the 1 lb.,1 patty burger I just call ahead the day before and they make the patty and bun special for me. Would your favorite restaurant do this for you?

I guess Ill never know how the food is. I walked in and found the layout counterintuitive. It feels like youre standing in a shopping mall food court. For such a divided layout, signage should be better. No worries. I walked to the bar to get a lay of the land and see what they had to offer. Where I waited without service for over 10 minutes it seemed. I saw several employees notice me and say nothing. With such poor service, the food would have to be outstanding to be worthy of a return visit. What few things I saw on the table didnt leave me hopeful, but likely my mood was just sour over the lack of service.

I have loved fuddruckers my whole life, we used to stop at the Fargo location every time on a road trip, I live in coon Rapids and used to go to the coon Rapids location all the time, sadly now this is the last location left in Minnesota, me and my friends meet here at least once a month and have done this for years. I love this location, it has great food and service and I hope that it never closes. Thank you for your great service. Worlds greatest hamburger! Should be worlds greatest fries, I really just come for them with the nacho cheese sauce

We called ahead for a group of 32 competitive swimmers in the afternoon and were ready for our arrival early in the evening. The kids had a great time picking and choosing from the variety of burgers and toppings, hot dogs and of course the shakes. Unlimited refills were a hit and the variety of pop and juice was awesome. The group left full and very happy. Wed certainly recommend to larger groups or athletes,/teams but I would suggest you go at the end of competition when they can relax and fill up on their favorite food.

Ive only gone to Fuddruckers twice. The first time I would have given it 6 out of 5 stars. The food was perfect. The second time the food was not cooked as requested. Rare was well done. Fuddruckers is a burger joint with a bar. They have several options of burgers and other meats. You walk in and order your food, go find a seat and they will call you up when your meal is ready. There are several big screen TVs throughout the restaurant playing different sports channels and quieter corners where there are no TVs.

I usually love coming to this place. Today was busy.. But I still expect good service. We were not asked how we would like out burgers, it took forever... We got very few fries and they were soggy, the jalapeno cheese was empty and the guy acted like it was a burden for me to tell him.. I didnt even get my shake until all my food was gone. My burger was really red... Not how I like it at all, I ate it anyways... I didnt want to wait in line to burden the guy at the register again.

I used to love coming to fuddruckers. Burgers used to always be juicy, buns and fries were always fresh. Not one time in memory could I recall having a bad meal. This was was several years ago. Recently I have been here about 5 times in the last 2 months and only one of those times did I get a good meal reminiscent of the meals I had in the past. The other 4 meals had old tasting bread, fries tasted like theyve been sitting out, and a burger that fell apart.

There was a field trip of all ages of children and they were running all over and u just could not get any soda or ketchup. I mean why dont the field trip leader allow like 2 kids at a time instead of 50 kids pluses to run. What about the people that pay to sit and eat with there family. Good food however bad experience and mangers were ok with all the running . Sorry I spent my money there today.

This is hands down the Best Burger in Town! The burgers are fresh and the buns are made from scratch. You can smell homemade cookies and bread when you walk in. The staff is friendly and it is a fun atmosphere for friends or to bring the kids. They are very kid friendly.They make the shakes right there and they are yummy! I go every Friday and it is always Fantastic. I am a huge Fan!!!

I love the fresh topping bar. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the burgers are. I chose the sweet potato fries...they seasoned it with a little too much salt, but it was still good. My boyfriend chose the chili fries for his side and those were delicious. The shakes looked good, but I was stuffed by the time I thought of it! I will be going back and definitely getting a shake!

Great services! They didnt fail us as their loyal customers for more than last 12+ years. For the 1st time theres some confusion with a coupon(weekend usually start Friday), and the only burger I eat, Hangover, didnt show up. They promptly made sure my burger was ready at incredible speed! Thanks! Our big families trip drive up to this restaurant totally still worth it.

Never go there right before they close at 10 I got the worst Burger that night. Theyre at 9:52 . Also I think the guy that was just taken out the garbage picked up my French fries with the same gloves he was wearing to take out the garbage I called them garbage fries I ate them cuz they were so good the burger wasnt very good though.
