If I could make it NO stars I would... Why didnt I read the reviews first. As bad as everyone indicates. They are slow, never enough people. I went thru drive thru, waited as "A huge order was in front of me." (That was the apology for waiting) then the windows closes after I give the money and another person pops out and said "Your whoppers arent done, can you pull around and we will bring your order 2 you" where I proceed to wait another 5-7 minutes, enough for a complete train to go by and the lights to change twice... I get order. Hit the road, pull out and wait for the light... Only to find they gave me the wrong order. That was when the F-Bombs flew.... NEVER EVER AGAIN... BTW... When I walked in to give them back their food I was appalled by the absolutely filthy kitchen area. Small pieces papers, uncooked fries everywhere... if I wasnt so angry already I would have definitely barfed on the counter.

I visited this location on Aug 29th 9:15pm, to the worst burger king I have ever been too. If I could give no stars I would.. After we paid for our food we waited at the window for over 10minutes watching the girls inside do nothing. The one at the window gave my dog a cold chicken fry from a box set aside and asked us to pull around. After waiting another 15minutes, the other girl brings out our food. we didnt make it out if the parking lot we were missing our nuggets. the girl was locking the doors I got out and asked her to get them. BUT she comes back outside with the Same box of chicken frys the other girl just gave my dog one out of!!!! She begged me to take them because her manager was freaking out and extremely frustrated. With the box in my hand I asked her if she was serious she said sorry and went back inside and locked the doors, it was still only 9:45..

If i could i would rate this even lower! I got up to the drive through at around 10:30 pm and placed my order of 2 burgers and a water. I made sure twice that i was getting a water, because it was not on the order, and she said "yep". So after waiting in the drive through line for about 10-15 minutes it was my turn to pay. So i payed got my food and she said "have a nice night" and i said thanks you too. Got on the road and realized there was NO water!!!! Any ways after that i started eating the burgers the first one was luke warm at best, and the second one was cold, like out of the fridge cold!!!! This is the worst Burger King restraunt i have EVER been to!!! The girls i saw there were goofing around and were not doing a very good job!! I advise people to not eat here unless you enjoy long waits and COLD food!! This happened on August 29, 2017

I rarely give 1star to places but this particular burger King has lost my patronage. It has consistently been sub par the last 5 times I have gone here, everything from undercooked food to missing parts of the order and cold or stale fries/hash Browns. I dont know what happened to this location but I suggest avoiding it until it shapes up. I have given this location 5 opportunities to shape up and serve quality (as much as a fast food place can) food. Its expected the food will be cooked and reasonably fresh and hot but that had not been the experience as of late. Bacon hardly being cooked being put on burgers as if thats acceptable, besides getting sick a couple times.

They forgot to give us all of our beverages and when I called the manager said he was going to send me 3 coupons for meals that same day. Needless to say, I never got the coupons. I doubt they were ever sent. They rarely acknowledge me at the drive thru window, they just shove my food at me as if they are in a hurry and dont even give me the chance to ask for ketchup. And how is it that the lettuce on the chicken sandwich is always rubbery mush by the time it gets to me?? I must sit under a heat lamp for quite some time!! The window says, "Hiring for $15/hr" UMM NO WAY should those employees make that much!! NO WAY!

What a joke of an establishment. Went through the drive through at 3:30 today, June 26, 2017 and realized when I got home that the bottom half of my onion rings container was fries. Seriously?? I would have gladly waited for fresh rings but instead they decided it would be better to shadily put fries at the bottom and fill the rest with the ring remnants just because they are LAZY. I feel really petty for even writing this but come on, people. Have some integrity and real customer service. Go up the road to KFC instead; its 5 stars better than this place.

The food and Service for this location was great, I had 0 issues with that. The lack of 5 stars comes into accessing the location from the east bound side of the road. At the light you either need to make a U turn heading west bound, or head north to the next stop light a few blocks away then make a U turn and head back south to the Restaurants entrance. I have seen more than 1 location of a business be killed off because the city or county just doesnt care, and makes access to the business extremely difficult. That is the case at this location IMO.

Something very fishy is going on here,,, I handed the attendant 6 one dollar bills five quarters and three dimes. I counted it out 3 times before I handed it to him,, he closes the window,,comes back opens the window and says I shorted him 3 dollars and shows only 3 dollars in his hand ... WHAT ???!!! Some kind of shortchanging gig going on there. This place owes me 3 dollars ...wonder how many others have had thier money stole as well ??? BEWARE

Stay far, far, F A R away from this place. Every time weve eaten there we get sick to our stomach immediately. We finally stopped going when we witnessed an all out brawl between a manager and 2 staff, not to mention witnessing a staffer drop a hamburger on the ground, pick it up and serve it to the person behind us. This place definitely needs an overhaul or theyll be out of business soon.

In the past we had a couple issues with this location (as we have occasionally with every other fast food place weve been to). However, the last couple times weve gone, the service has been great, our orders are perfect, and everything is fresh and hot. Theres an older gentleman who is working every time we go and hes super friendly and accommodating.

Stopped here on the way to Minneapolis. We waited 30 minutes for our food before going back up to the counter to say we couldnt wait any longer and would need our money back. The manager tried giving us the wrong amount of change. Lobby was filthy and my feet stuck to the floor. Bathrooms were even worse! Never stopping here again!

Ive never had slower service. I tried to go inside first as there was a line up in the drive through and I was in a hurry. I stood waiting for someone to help me for 4-5 minutes before deciding to do the drive through anyway which was just as bad. Only to receive chicken that was ice cold. However the fries were fresh.
