We went to Smashburger today (June 18) because we heard good things about the food. Never coming back. The place looked decent, tables and floors moderately clean. But the service is really slow. I waited at least 30 minutes for our food, and when my mom decided to get something, she waited for longer! Fast food? More like slow food. When the food finally came, it was alright. I ordered a regular sized beef Smashburger. It tasted nice, pretty good but nothing special. My mom ordered an big Avocado Club Smash, but that was a different story. First of all, she noticed that my regular size burger didnt look any different from her large. We compared burgers, and the only difference between the reg and the big seemed to be the price. Second of all, the Avocado Club was terrible. The combination of indredients, seeming interesting at first, dont match at all. Avocado and bacon do not go together, the mayo just added to the mess. And the ranch, where was it? My mom couldnt taste any ranch on her burger, but we should thankful about that because that would have made the burger entirely inedible. The fries were okay, I got the large Smashfry. The flavors and olive oil were unique, I liked it, but they were a bit too greasy. The regular fry, which my mom got, was not too greasy, but pretty average, nothing special. Overall, most of the food is okay, but there is room for improvement. 3.5 Stars The service was very bad, very slow. We spent twice the time there than we should have. 1 Star The cleanliness and other aspects were moderately good: 4 Stars So overall, 2 stars because the bad service really watered it down.

This is very unfortunate because I love smash burger but this isnt the first time Ive had unsatisfying service at this location. To begin with it was pretty busy. We were given a number to wait for our food. While waiting there was a chaotic atmosphere without any professionalism or any regard for the customers waiting. There were people who didnt work there walking in and out of the kitchen, shouting across the room about inappropriate things, and the person bringing out food made about 5 laps around the restaurant looking for someone who ordered food that was literally right in front of the counter. When our food came out only one of our meals were brought out, and after asking multiple times if our second meal was ready 20 minutes later after we requested a refund we finally got our burger to go. It was like watching stoners have no idea what the hell they were doing and it was so unbelievable ridiculous. I will never eat at this location again. I dont even know how the business is still going. We werent the only ones asking for a refund. Multiple people complained about getting the wrong food and horrible customer service.

Their food is normally pretty good, which is why I even gave them a star, but recently they have been so slow at what they do and very unprofessional. I get that the food industry is tough to deal with sometimes, believe me. I was in it for a while.. But the girl tossed my food up on the ledge when it was ready, the pickles I got were all over in the bag.. Very sloppy. Also, it took them forever to make my shake, which shouldnt be too hard of a task. They were working on it for about 10 minutes and by the time I got it, it was very melted and running down the side. They need some type of assertive management around there..

At around 9 oclock I was looking for a place to eat and everything over at LeeAnn chins just look dry and old. I stepped over to Smashburger and even though they were probably close to closing they smiled made some great suggestions and the burger I had was perfect. Fresh toppings lots of selection. As a seven year veteran of the service industry you can learn the most about a business when theyre getting close to closing. If their service and food and cleanliness is this good at the end of the shift I cant wait to go there more often and see what its like during prime time :-)

The worst fast food experience I have had. There were a bunch of teenagers running this place. We waited close to a half hour for our food. There were kids that didnt work there going in the back taking videos and coming out laughing. There were workers going outside and coming back in. There friends of the people that worked there hanging out and spraying ketchup and mustard at each other. I finally had enough and asked for a refund and they could not figure out how to print a refund receipt. I love smash burger, but will never go back to the one in Plymouth

Generally, this location serves good food and doesnt typically screw up my orders. Unfortunately, overall this location is all over the place. Sometimes its clean and there are enough employees. Other times, the place is a disaster with filthy tables, dirty dishes stacked up, and no service in sight. In fact, on one occasion, the doors were locked during the middle of the day with a handwritten apology hanging from the door. It appeared they were short-handed and had to close to give employees a break. Food is good and prices fair for what you get.

I am a big Smashburger fan but in the last 4-6 months the service has really declined. I placed an online order and picked it up only to discover 3 of the 5 sandwiches were wrong and fries were missing. I called the store and was promised a voucher to cover the meal but it was never sent. I do like the burgers so on this most recent visit I ordered in person and once again the order was wrong. The experiences have been disappointing and if I go back I will be making it clear that I would appreciate attention to detail.

This place is a complete rip off. You get 3 times more food for the price at Dairy Queen. $13 dollars for not even 4 ounces of food, thats not even enough to fill a homeless child for 3 hours. This chain sucks. Im boycotting it. I dont care if they are supposedly all natural. That is no excuse to be a greedy gluttonous chauvinist. I bet they dont even have any glutten free food here either. Yet again another abortion in the 21st century. Thank goodness for Planned Parenthood. I hope this chain goes out of business.

This used to be my favorite location until the last few visits. Filthy restroom....looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks/months. The vinyl on the booths are cracked and are in need of repair. The service was slow and took longer than normal to receive food (30 minutes at lunch time). To their defense, they did provide a $5 coupon for next visit. The one good thing is the burger and fries are consistently great except for one occurrence lately where fries were under-cooked and soggy.

The food is decent, prices are somewhat expensive for the amount of food you get. They seem to be understaffed because we have been waiting for a really long time for our food and so have a few other people. The staff are nice people though. A lot of tables still have food from previous customers sitting on them so we were pretty limited in where we could choose to sit. Id say Ive had a better experience at other locations for sure.
