This is the THIRD time, Ive gotten home only to discover that one person in the family didnt get their food. I usually make it a point to drive to a different BK (because this one is a dump), but often on Mondays, between scouts, homework, and all the typical things of a family with 4 kids, its where I am and I dont have time to drive somewhere else. The order is short. Again. I call, but usually no one ever answers the phone (or it beeps and says "enter code"). This time, the manager answered, and I explained that this is the third time this has happened and I was unhappy. He explained that I could stop by today or tomorrow and he would give me my "free" sandwiches. Hello! They arent "free", I paid for them and didnt get them. Again. Not only didnt he offer to make good on the other two times they messed up, but his compensation/apology for me having to make a 30-minute round trip to go back was that he would give me the sandwiches that I already bought as a "gift". The drive-thru has been broken for 2 years, and now the remaining lane that has audio, doesnt have video so you cant visually verify your order. We have a large family, so I understand that its a lot of sandwiches, but lets be real here. You have ONE JOB: put all the things on the receipt in a bag and hand it to the customer! The place really needs to be cleaned up/fixed up. Its obvious that its an absentee owner, and I have to wonder if its one thats too broke to save this location. Im going to pick up my missing sandwiches, but I wont stop here again - and I recommend you drive to another BK location as well.

Weve tried this Burger King a few times over the past month and every time we have been asked to pull around to the other side of the building by the front door, and they would bring the food to us. It always feels like it takes a long time. Today I timed it. Eleven minutes from the time we pulled away from the window after making our payment until they brought us our food. It wasnt a lot. One combo meal and three other dollar menu items. I get what they are trying to do, they are trying to cheat the timer at the drive thru that times the employees as to how long customers have to wait. But it isnt just the wait that is the issue. Three out of the four or fives times we went there the last month the food was wrong. Today they told us they gave the wrong food to the wrong car. The guy didnt offer to give us our missing food, I had to ask for it. Well, duh. If you had the cars sit in the line at the drive through like they are supposed to, you wouldnt be giving food to the wrong cars. I get that it is fast food, and you shouldnt expect a whole lot of quality or great service, but this place is terrible. The food isnt even worth the wait and hassle. We wont be back, which I think will make the employees happy, because they sure didnt seem to like their jobs and werent very friendly.

Lady told me at the drive through second that she would be with me in a moment. 5 minutes later (yeah I watched the clock) I said "hello?" and there was no answer. There was a car behind me so I couldnt back out of the drive through. Yelled "hello?" a few more times and then finally someone acknowledges me. I mean, its Burger King so I dont expect great service at all.... But this is ALWAYS by far the worst one. I USED to come here a lot after picking my kids up when we had a busy night with sports or whatever. For the amount of time you wait to order and get your food, you could go to the Caseys next door and get a pizza made.... Total wait time so far? 11 minutes. One car in front of me and 1 behind me. So Im stuck. Slowest fast food in the business. This place sucks.

This particular location seems to be falling apart at the seams. The ceiling tiles showed obvious water damage in several locations, the soda fountain seemed to be constantly flushing a high rate of water down its drain, and the general atmosphere among the employees was somewhat chaotic. The "manager" seemed it was necessary to yell every thing he needed to communicate to his employees. Not to mention BK is starting to become over priced.

I went there for breakfast this morning. I ordered 4 croissants and some French toast. As she gave me my food I asked if there was jelly in the bag. The lady at the window said "No you didnt say anything so I didnt know. What kind do you want"? I mean, she was RUDE! All I asked if there was jelly in the bag, its no reason you should have an attitude. This is your job. Seeing all the bad reviews for this location, Im not surprised.

I mean fast food is fast food. The food is decent for the price. Its right across from my work. So not the best choice, but convenient. Everytime I go there the shake machine is "down". Dont know if its true or not, but those damn Oreo shakes look so God damn good. I feel like its hard to "have it my way". Just a tease.

I stopped here after work apparently they decided to close early with no indication of doing so the employees were just standing around outside Ive been disappointed with them before but after this Ill never bother with them again they need to hire people who can actually do their job

The broiler was broken and the ice didnt work on the pop machine only had 1 burger for sale the buns were cold sandwiches were not the usual BK standard very dissatisfied the girl at the counter was nice and apologetic I felt sorry for her

It was awful. I waited 16 minutes for a Whopper Jr with extra pickles. Only one other car went to the drive-thru while I was there. And they never even put it on my extra pickles. And then the burger was cold

I like the food here but they really need to get their staffing issues figured out. I waited for 13 minutes before getting my food. Crazy. I hope I can update this to be more positive in the future.

Was going to stop by and try the chicken fingers. Googled, saw work till midnight and drove out of my may after work to eat... well, they were closed at 1115.... yeah..

Not sure why someone said this doesnt exist. I see it when I go workout at 7 Flags Fitness. The restaurant sets by Caseys, Valvoline Oil Change, and 7 Flags Fitness

Pretty average for a BK, love the burgers and original CHK sandwiches. The only con is all Thier drinks always taste watered down.

Restaurant is very run down and dirty. Coke machine is watered down. There are better BKs to get your Whopper!

As the closest burger joint to my house I am frequently disappointed by the hours at this location.
