Its burger King - have it your way! I travel all over Oakland county, so I go to a LOT of Burger Kings (I have an oreo shake addiction), and by far this is my favorite one. Normally I get what I expect out of most fast food visits, but one thing Im not used to getting is such amazing customer service! I dont know why, but the staff at this location are the sweetest people ever! I make it a point to go to this specific store. Ive been there dozens of times and have never had a bad experience. Whatever the owner does at this store - take notes corporate big wigs, these guys have it going on. Ps- try the oreo shake with extra oreo! Yummmmmy

We waited for a few minutes at the ordering speaker and we said hello nobody helped us so we drove over to the window only to find a girl wearing beats headphones and text messaging on her phone and laughing when they finally noticed us they thought it was funny that we had driven by and avoid taking an order this was 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close

Horrible service . The woman who works the drive thru refused to serve lunch during lunch hours a friend went in and ordered his lunch yet refused mine at the drive thru. They are always out of everything or refuse to make what you order they got employees that need serious help.

I ordered an oatmeal, after receiving said oatmeal I opened it and started to eat it, only to find that there were small chopped onions in the oatmeal. I called the store to let them know about the onions. The management could not have been more rude or dismissive.

Today is Sunday July 30th and its about 3:20 they are understaffed the line is long and they dont have enough people to help and we are waiting I waited 15 minutes to get a hamburger then it was wrong staff was very nice about it but they should hire more help

How is it 6am and you have no biscuits ready? Then its going to take 17 minutes! I asked if croissant were ready she said yes but they cost more. So Im being charged more because youre not properly prepared for business!? Why you even open?! Im done with BK.

Terrible morning manager, there suppose to open at 5am, still wasnt open by 7:20am 2hrs later on a Sunday. I pulled up to the window were you receive your food and seen the manager, she wouldnt come to the window just waved her hand and said were closed...

This Burger King has food ready 7% of the time. Their ICEE machine is down more often than not. Theres a better chance finding a meal to eat at the car wash next door.
