If I could give this zero stars, I would. When we called to place our order the woman we spoke with was incredibly rude. Im not just talking about the typical busy-Chinese-Restaurant short responses, she obviously felt that we were an inconvenience to her for calling. She did not give us an estimated wait time for our delivery, and now I suppose I know why. We had to wait OVER TWO HOURS for our food to be delivered! We called inquiring about our order after the first hour and were told "the driver just left." After another 40 minutes we called again, and again we were told "the driver just left." We called at the two-hour mark just before the driver finally made it into our driveway. The driver claimed that he only picked up our order from the restaurant 10 minutes prior, then looked at our receipt to see when our order was placed and was shocked at the two-hour wait as well. While the driver was present we spoke with someone over the phone named "Kevin" and requested some sort of compensation for this awful service, but all he offered was "okay, I give you three dollars off." In what world would that make everything okay? As you can expect, our food was freezing cold by the time it reached us. On top of that, its just plain gross. The Styrofoam containers probably taste better than the food they held. There was NO sauce on half our food, and thats kind of the entire point of Almond Chicken and Sweet & Sour Chicken. Plus, the menu specifically states that the Sweet & Sour Chicken comes with green pepper and pineapple... Well, not this order! Speaking of the menu, the prices on their carry out menu do NOT match what they actually charged us. I took one bite of each item, hoping that SOMETHING we ordered would be edible... And got nothing but disappointment. We threw away the entire $30+ order of cold, stale food. I will be driving up there tomorrow to demand our money back. Seriously, there are way better Chinese places around with better food, better prices, and better service. We ordered from this place just to try something new since one of their menus ended up on our porch a few months ago, and we have learned our lesson the hard way. If you trust only one Google review in your life, let this one be it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Tai Ho!

Been ordering from here for a while now (hard to find good Chinese that delivers) and was pretty impressed the first couple of orders. Sadly its been downhill from there. Not once have they remembered chopsticks (I like using them and its fun for the kids) with any order. Then it became cash only, no more paying up front with a card. Had to run out and get cash after we placed the order the first time we learned this which then defeated the purpose of having it delivered. This last order (which will be our last) we ordered the party size sweet and sour (I have a large family) and they only gave us 1 quart of rice... huh? That much chicken and only 1 quart of white rice, we got more sweet and sour sauce than rice! For $22 you think they could give us enough rice for each of us to have some with our chicken. And guess what? They forgot the chopsticks again, surprise surprise even after specifically asking them not to forget because they always do. They even repeated the order back including the chopsticks. Sadly the food wasnt as good this time either. Seems to be getting worse each time we order. The first time we had the fried rice it was awesome! This time it was meh. However, the thing that really earned them the one star... when we called and let them know about the serious lack of rice they said the party size order only comes with 1 quart of rice (not true, this wasnt our first time ordering the party size) and we mentioned the whole chopsticks thing their response was a very unconvincing "sorry". So at the end of the short conversation their end statement was "well theres nothing we can do". Really? Well theres something I can do, take business elsewhere.

Well, last time few times Ive ordered, my food got here fast. The gravy has improved, the egg rolls as well. A very sweet woman answered my calls and took my orders. Well, Today, just because I couldnt understand her, the woman on the line got all rude and snotty with me. She just cost them a customer. Shes lucky I didnt chew her out. I dont put up with that. Lets see how long they stays in business with that one answering the phone. I gave them a chance seeing as how Ive ordered from there 9 times. Even after the very first time and the incredibly horrible wait. Not to mention the weird taste of the egg roll and gravy. *edit March 23, 2015 Waited an hour and 25 minutes for my food. Called, was told "on its way." She was very apologetic when she got here. Very kind. Food was good. Gravy for almond chicken is a little different then what I usually get, but good. Chicken fried rice was very good. Egg roll, not so great. Oil it was cooked in smelled and taste bad. Couldnt get past that to eat the egg roll.

Ordered large order for delivery on the phone i clearly stated a part of this order to be a general tso combination with chicken fried rice. My order was delivered I payed and brought it in the house to make sure everything was there, my chicken fried rice was missing. I called to tell them I didnt recieved what I asked for they would hand the phone off over and over to different women and finally to a man. He then decides he wants to curse me out. Not once did I use profanity or anything while talking to anyone about my messed up order. He cursed at me repeatedly saying why f@$&ing call and order here if you dont like it atleast 5 times before he hung up on me. They are very rude I recieved very poor costumer service!! Never ordering here again.

Disgusting!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would..... Were new to the area, so were trying to find a Chinese place that we like, but we literally couldnt even eat the $40 worth of food we ordered because it tasted like something youd get from the freezer Isle at the grocery store! Bland and nauseating!... Delivery took a hour and a half. We paid extra to have shrimp fried rice with one of the dinners and it literally had 1 shrimp in it!!! When we called to ask why, we were basically told we were lying, then hung up on. The ONLY positive thing I can say is that the driver was friendly, but they work for tips so that doesnt really say much lolll (kinda hard to get tipped if youre not friendly)...

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I ordered 2 lunch specials at 3:08pm & the lunch special didnt end till 3:30pm. Each lunch special was suppose to be $6.05 however, when I got my food delivered it only contained ONE of the lunch specials. I called & went up to the location to try & get either the food or my money & they wouldnt give me either or!! IM SO FREAKING MAD!! They literally just took my money & didnt care!! & directly said to me that he DIDNt CARE!!! VERY VERY RUDE!! I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO NEVER EVER GO THERE BECAUSE YOU MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED OR THEY MAY OVER CHARGE YOU & THEY DONT CARE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE A 0!!!
