They gave us a broken cup holder with four big drinks in it. The holder bent in dumping full lemonade on myself, wife, one of my sons. My video camera, phone and interior of brand new car was trashed. I asked for manager, and asked him to at least comp our meal and he said "the whole bill?" And staired at me like I was crazy. Then they forgot to give us our food. We had to ask for it. The price of dry cleaning, replacing video camera, phone and cleaning car far exceeds $34 food bill. Terrible management. Will never go there again and Im telling everyone I know not to go there. I also am contacting regional management! And a side note, they got our order wrong!

Ordered two simple orders (two items per order) and wanted to pay for them separately, the order taker didnt even know what I had ordered by the time I got to the window and charged the wrong cards....kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain which order to charge which card. Then my friends order wasnt even right. It wasnt a huge deal but the feeling of being rushed out and treated rudely was enough to make me not want to come back.

I wont recommend anyone to work there. I will tell them to work at burger king at any location but not in this location. The management there is terrible. Every manager i work with is biased. They push more work to those who are nice and quiet. If you are the nice and quiet type, I advise you to not work there. People that i work with is ghetto and inconsiderate. That store can burn down to ground for all I care.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at Burger King from the moment I pulled into the drive thru to place my order the manager who took my order was rude when I asked for Carmel drizzle on my frappe which is standard the girl rolled her ugly eyes at me. Bottom line dont eat here the food was horrible and the hashbrowns taste like old grease.

Staff was nice and food was prompt, even got extra dipping sauce without asking. Only reason I am not leaving 5 stars is because the Whopper I got tasted a little off and the meager amount of pickles they put on felt a little skimpy. Side note: Octavius is an amazing cashier though I did not see him during my last visit.

The cashier was rude, answered her cell phone in the middle of me giving her my order. The cheeseburger was cold The chicken nuggets hard,dry like they were sitting for awhile! Ask if i could have dresh nuggets and the same cashier gave me attitude. Bever wil visit this location again

Food was fine, bowever it seemed to take quite a while to get it for the number of people in the restaurantdrive through and the time of day, 2pm is the late end of lunch rush. The dining area certainly needed some attention. The view of telegraph road with the snow falling was nice.

Very unhappy with service they messed up on my order twice and staff member was very rude had I not paid with credit card I would have asked for my money back and left will not eat here again and I work in this neighborhood on a regular have to find another place for lunch

We go to this Burger King on a regular basis. 2-3 times a month. They have the best prices on breakfast sandwiches. Staff is always courteous & helpful. The Owner/Manager has & is doing a good job by being customer focus.
