The manager at Popeyes located at 20919 West 8 Mile, Detroit, Mi 48219, lacks the level of professionalism and ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with the minors (16 year olds) employed at this facility. The manager lacks proper telephone etiquette when talking to an adult parent of the minors whom they employ. I am grateful that minors are given the opportunity to gain experience in the fast food industry, but it is equally important that managers display proper demeanor and be approachable and accommodating when asked a simple question relative to a work schedule. A Manager that is verbally abrupt, coarse, rude, argumenative, unaccommodating, and fails to provide their minor employees with information relative to a simple work schedule is unacceptable. I hope the Proprietor or General Manager of this Popeyes will address the disrepectful, rude and unaccommodating conduct of the manager at this location. I have waited for 3 days to get a return telephone call regarding the work schedule for a minor employed there and I am appauled by the disrespect I encountered in my initial telephone conversation with the manager. Be cautious where you send your minor children to gain a work experience. This is truly not the place!!

My first time ever at a Popeyes restaurant. The dining area and tables were clean, as was the mens restroom (I cannot vouch for the ladies room). The staff was friendly and prompt in having my lunch order ready. Both my adult son and I thought the food was excellent. Besides the chicken, I had a roll and rice & beans... very tasty!

STOPPED BY AT TEN TO TWELVE AM & WAS GIVEN ATTITUDE. GOT MY DRINKS AND ONE WAS HALF FILLED WITH NO ICE WHICH WAS NOT MY REQUEST. WAS GIVEN A FILLED ONE WITH ICE...SOME EXTRA SIDES ...THEY WERE IN A RUSH TO LEAVE FOR THE SHIFT AND WAS RUSHING MAKING SERIOUS MISTAKES. GOT HOME CHICKEN WAS HALF DONE. NEVER WILL I VISIT AGAIN.

This locations doesnt do 2 price Tuesday specials. Really slow service considering they only really sell one thing... unique problem for this popeyes. Also, lady wasnt paying attention when I was giving my order. Also have me 80 cents in nickels. Probably bad management. Food was good.

I actually used to go to Popeyes in Mississauga as a kid. I loved it, but then we moved to Windsor. Now I only eat at Popeyes when I go to Niagara falls or Toronto. Id be happy if they put one in Windsor, but I love their food. Otherwise everything is great.

Just left there, l ask for 3 piece, with mashed potatoes, l love their mashed potatoes,, Sprite, l got 3 piece with red beans rice which they could have kept a carbonated drink with no favorite . All for 8.55 thats the combo no two side

The staffs, a biggest strength to this restaurant, are too friendly and patient enough. The food is also of good quality and the place also well maintained and clean. Popeyes, please dont loose this team particularly in this store.
