When I arrived here, there was one lady standing out front smoking. I walked inside and there were no customers. I stood at the counter for about two minutes before a second lady finally came to help me. She said something about us being the only ones there. I found that odd since most of the places where I have worked have some sort of chime to indicate when someone enters the building. I placed my order. She was very helpful, although she seemed annoyed. She did not rush me in any way. I appreciated that she made my food fresh, rather than serving me what had been sitting out when I arrived. As she was making my food, the first lady returned from her smoke break. She washed her hands and gave me my bag. I returned to the counter, as my order was incomplete. The two ladies were in the back talking, and it took them a while to realize that I was standing at the counter. The first lady approached, and I told her that I was missing a sandwich. She double checked the order. I was slightly bothered because I was the only one there, and it seemed like she thought I was lying. After she saw the order, she found the sandwich and gave it to me. At least four of the tables were dirty when I sat down. Kind of unacceptable for an empty restaurant that has only been open for 90 minutes. I only went here because it was the closest restaurant to my hotel. I doubt that I will return.

Waited forever for our food, was cold when we got home 1 mile away. The orders of chicken fries apparently only come in 4.5 pieces instead of the regular 9 pieces, maybe they only had 1 order. Maybe we should pay them a better wage, maybe then we can get people who can count?

I work at HP. This is the BEST BURGER KING Ive ever eaten at! Fries are always piping hot, and my burger is always made the way I like it. Service is FAST- even when there is a line, and the workers are friendly. This is a real review! Keep up the good work guys! It shows!

This restaurant is usually pretty good. The only complaint I have is that the woman working the intercom every morning is not a native English speaker and this compounded with their profoundly crappy audio equipment ensures that I have a hard time getting my order across..

Was good... About 3 years ago. Excruciatingly slow service. Burgers have tasted rotten every recent time I have purchased them in the last three months. Staff is nice and they usually get orders right, but whats the use of a nice staff if the food is terrible?

It took 30 minutes to get our food. And it was so full of grease I couldnt eat it. Mouth fulls of Mayonnaise on the burgers. And got 1 of our orders wrong. The buns were hard as rock. And the fries werent warm even after they just made them fresh.
