Called in an order for crave case. Told them I would be there in 10 mins. Gave them extra time was there in 18. Lobby was empty was told that they havent started it cause they had other customers. On top of that they got the order wrong. I was given an attitude by the workers and management alike. It was the worst service I ever got at a fast food place and I had to leave empty handed. Moral of story, order from the 5 mile and Southfield store instead.

If you want White Castle in the middle of the night come here. Hunger strikes and if your work schedule is afternoons you might be having dinner at 1am. Location isnt the best area, but Ive eaten inside many times and never had a problem.

Just ordered what was advertised as a bacon Smoky cheddar slider.4 of them. What I got was standard slider with BBQ sauce, no bacon. It was nasty. Long wait in drive thru with only 1 car with 1 person in it ahead of me

6-16-16 (5;30pm) This location served OLD hamburgers that had been on the grill for awhile. The edges of all 5 burgers were dark BROWN. Do not buy your burgers from this place :( I wish I could give them zero stars.

They have the Longest wait for "fast food", i waited in the drive thru for 30 min. Jus for 4 burgers, smh, they need to b retrained on the word fast. Then they jipped me on my order.
