This taco bell IS A JOKE. I go there sometimes for a Diet Mountain Dew on my way to work and sometimes get something for breakfast. They take FOREVER. They are rude and they ALWAYS get my order wrong. Also, the pop machine is always F-ed up. They have to try to get those damn nozzles on and half the time they cant. They are NEVER set up when the store opens so I have to watch them count change before they will take payment from me. The are always on there phones. IT IS AWFUL. I would have posted this on Taco Bells website but they want everything but a DNA sample to fill out a complaint form. Now I do want to say there is one guy there. He is a African American guy with a deep voice and he is big (like a football player big) and he is GREAT. Always tries to make things right when they go wrong. However, getting him is usually a rare situation. Everyone else I have dealt with has been absolutely AWFUL. Every 5 star review in this comment section has be to fake. I go to this Taco Bell all the time because I work almost next door and it is NEVER good. Do yourselves a favor and stay very far away. I know I will be from now on.

Only rated 1 star because I had to. I realize your expectations have to be sort of low when going to any Taco Bell, but this location has, on more than one occasion, shown their staff lack courtesy, professionalism, and common sense. I had a bad experience my very first time, but I figured maybe it was an off night for them, so I gave them another shot. Second experience was somehow worse than the first! Im talking them taking 2-3 minutes just to say hi or take my order in the drive -thru, and I was the only one in line or inside! When they finally greet you, they are rude and short. To top it off, they forgot cheese on the damn nachos. I will not be going to this location again, and its by far the closest to my home. Ill take the longer drive to the Berkley location for the better service. Im not sure if its just a problem with entry level employees or management, so itd probably just be safer to get rid of all of the staff and hire all new people. Its ridiculous the staff considers this work. You want $15/hr? Not going to happen with locations like this.

Ive gone to this Taco Bell a couple of times and every time had the similar poor experience. My latest issue was with the drive through not including food I ordered. When I was at the window, I also heard the employees talking about how they had no beef left. It was 8:30 at night. Give me a break. The building is outdated, the employees are rude and not interested in making sure customers have a good experience. Is that too much to ask, really? Ive been to other Taco Bells that do a great job striving to be better than the rest. This location is not one of them. If youre looking for fast food, consider the Arbys, McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, etc. all within a mile of this Taco Bell.

The soft shells were hard, The hard shells were broken, The staff was slow, From the weed theyve been smokin. The meet was too cold, In my 5 dollar big box, The nacho chips crunched, Usually Taco Bell rocks. Needless to say I was not pleased Ill never go back, Even if they begged and they plead. F$#% this location, and their seriously lazy nasty employees. Mistreated immediately after walking in with my pregnant fiancé. The food mad us both sick, the lettuce was withered, the cheese was hard, the food was just old, the soft shells were breaking, and the hard ones were broke. Nasty. Nasty. Get a grip on this location Taco Bell!

I really loved the way that Justin and Tina greeted me with a smile, as soon as I walked in. Justin was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He asked if I wanted a drink and/or a sweet treat. When Justin hand delivered my food in the lobby, he told me to enjoy it. A little while later, Tina came out to the lobby and asked how everything was. It made me feel really welcome and I will be returning to this location. Awesome job, Justin and Tina!

Great service asked for extra sauce and they give me it. Was a cent short on bill and they covered it for me I really think that is the best thing someone has ever done for me and I am very grateful to meet that employ Taco Bell. Next time I am there I will make sure to tip them. Only problem was that there was no baja blast freeze. I got strawberry instead it was ok. Baja is better so I would get that next time. The baja blast was on defrost.

Showed up at 2:20 am and was told they were closed. The posted close time is 3am. This is not the first time Ive been displeased with the service here. They constantly have so many customers in the drive through that they bleed out in the street. The service here is subpar at best and needs to be fixed asap. Dont go here, way to many other Taco Bells with better faster service.

Waited at the drive-thru for several minutes before being greeted. I finally said "Hello?" and was finally told that I could order if I want but it will be a long wait due to the amount of people ordering inside. There were only two cars in the parking lot. Left to go somewhere else.

The food is OK. Nothing special. Although they either tend to burn it or its not done properly. The customer service is almost non existent and the cashiers arent one bit friendly. I only come here for the food really which is a hit or miss and sadly, this place is a miss.

Twice they messed up our order on two separate occasions. The second time one of the managers proceeded to argue with me about the guacamole having milk in it despite other sources saying otherwise when i asked for Fresco Style (vegan) and extra guacamole.

Terrible service, waited forever for food, when I got my food it was just thrown together and sloppy! The staff seemed to be more interested in the music they had an and hanging out and less interested in the customers. I suggest you go elsewhere!

Drive thru was extremely slow! I spent more than 20 minutes waiting in line. Wish I hadnt placed a mobile order and already paid online.
