Never gets the order right, I just left there without the nuggets I was charged for and I will NEVER return. Ive been too patient with this burger king as they are always unprofessional and something is always broken. For example "Our pop machine is broke, we out of fries, I cant make that!" Also, you are never likely to get your food on time as they ask every drive-through customer to pull around and wait for their order. This has happened to me 7 times in a row now. Never eat inside unless, you want to witness just how unprofessional the staff is as they stand around texting, having inappropriate conversations and doing nothing! Once I informed a worker that they were out of lids for their cups and instead of refilling them at the beverage dispenser, he hands me the exact amount I need and resumes his inappropriate behavior while leaning his back against the front counter. I have nothing but disdain for this restaurant and I highly doubt they will last long.

Please explain to me why fast food workers do not understand that they are offering a service... please and thank you is not an option. Also I would like to be provided with clarification on why I am sitting at the door waiting for my food and I clearly went thru the drive thru after having to argue with a worker who doesnt under stand a medium meal with a shake doesnt mean charge me for a meal and then charge me separately full price for a shake. Of course my food was wrong when I got it. They really need some training etc

THIS BURGER KING SUCKS. EVERYTIME I GO THERE I KICK MYSELF IN THE BUTT. TODAY THEY HAD NO BURGERS. WHAT SINCE DOES THAT MAKE ONE TIME I WENT AND NO ONE TOOK MY ORDER. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE. THE STAFF WAS JUST STANDING AROUND TALKING. ANOTHER TIME IT TOOK 20 MINUTES TO GET A BIG KING. THE BURGER IS GREAT BUT THE STAFF THERE SUCKS 100%. THE ONLY REASON I GO TO THIS ONE IS BECAUSE THEY CLOSED THE OTHER ONE DOWN. IM NEVER GOING BACK THERE. I WOULD RATHER GO TO THE CONEY ISLAND.

So no one was in line when I pulled up I ordered Mac and cheetos and a few small burgers and an apple juice. Ive literally been waiting here 15 minutes prior yo deciding to write this review. And that would be fine had they not clearly turn the camera so management couldnt see how long they lines always are. Then had me waiting at window 1 so that their timer wouldnt record how long they were taking. The young lady whom took my order even went ahead a sat down. Terrible

I absolutely love BK, but this place made me stop eating at any of them for quite a while. I shoulld have known something was wrong when my whopper was a lil soggy, but i kept on eating it. A couple hours later - I was sick as a dog! BK - you better keep tabs on this one! Im back to eating at BK, but never again at this one!!!

I didnt even want to give a one star. I cant believe how rude the staff is here. The manager Vincent was just as rude I will not be back to this nasty ass location. Just rude and nasty for no reason.. They treated me so rudely that they forgot half my food... Smh they need better management asap!!!!!

Food quality is the same as other locations. However the wait is extremely longer than surrounding competitors. 2 whoppers and 2 10 piece nuggets took 15 minutes with no cars waiting in front. If you have time and arent looking for fast food then youll be at the perfect place.

This location doesnt deserve any stars. Slow to greet you in drive thru. Extra slow in taking money and providing food at window. When inquiring about the poor service, you are made to feel as if the customer is the problem. Wouldnt recommend.

Definitely not open at 6 a.m. and apparently not 7 either. Pulled up at 7:55, no one available to take my order. The morning crew here is AWFUL. This location definitely has turned me off to burger king and I live 2 minutes away from it. Sad.

Waited 10miutes to get order taken then another 7to get my order that wasnt correct. Then for the lady to say HERE!!!VERY poor service not friendly & very rude. Will not be going there anymore and contacting GM in the morning

The Burgers dont taste the same like when i was younger. Whatever Burger King did to there burgers is crazy cuz the burger doesnt stay hot and it taste different. There food is bareable thats why i rated them a 3.
