I ordered 3 tacos in the drive through today. One of the tacos was fine. The other two were not. The entire bottom of the second taco was stuck to the paper and the top half of the shell was broken (so there was no way to eat the taco and all meat and toppings fell out). The top half of the third taco was also broken so the toppings fell out. I have never experienced such poor quality at taco bell before. Even though its a fast food chain, I feel like they should still have standards for their food, and the quality of food I received today was totally unacceptable.

I ordered on the app (AND PAID THROUGH THE APP) and they apparently never got it and the guy talking to me asked if I went to the wrong place, as if Im some kind of idiot even though I literally had the app give me directions and then we had to reorder everything and they barely put cheese on the fiesta potatoes, everything seemed burnt and too crisp and disgusting. Oh and my boyfriend paid with cash and my card was still charged from ordering on the app. Not cool.

The staff here was exceptionally friendly and full of smiles. The food was fresher and better tasting than usual, and the entire establishment was impeccably clean. We stayed here for 2 hours just talking about the future, and nobody bothered us with a request that we leave. Very comfortable environment for families, couples, and any human. :)

i live across the street & never had any problems until i went there at 2 am lastnight wanting taco bell. i ordered a cheesy gordita crunch & chips n cheese. i thought nothing of it bc usually they give me the correct items. they gave me a good 3 chips & a soft taco EVEN after reading back my order. the soft taco ended up being cold.

The line team tried hard but the process is poor. There is one line for both drive thru and inside. There were more drive thru orders so we watched our server stock cups,etc while they serviced 7 other groups first. Then there were the people coming back in for incorrect drive thru orders. Not good.

Night shift crew is functionally retarded. Cant even add a condiment to a meal because the cashier cant operate a register. Good luck getting 15$ per hour, youre not worth 7$. Its amazing the further you get from detroit the better your service gets. Go figure

Friendly people...they never screw up..plus the actual food is prepared extremely well, best Ive seen. Seriously. Im not some yelp creep either...sometimes maps will ask me to review a place...and who doesnt like taco bell late night! This one is just superior.

This is not one of the greatest and best Taco Bells; they dont consistently put a whole lot of food in the shells... but do sometimes. However the staff are nice based on my limited drive-through experience.
