This is the second, and very last time I will ever buy anything from this place! The people working there obviously cant count, cant read, and dont listen. Just this past Saturday evening we went through the drive-through and ordered a 9 piece "ALL DARK" chicken only, and a large coleslaw. What we got from them was 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts, 3 wings, 3 biscuits - and the coleslaw was nasty - way too much dill weed! We also stopped in one afternoon about a year ago to pick up a huge dinner box, and we got home discovered that they had shorted us 3 pieces of chicken. So instead of having to drive all of the way back there and argue to try to get compensated - its much easier to simply kick them to the curb and scratch them off my list. Never again!!!

Usually prompt on service. Positive attitudes. Nice people. Sometimes orders may not be correct, so always check and ask for condiments. Had a 2pc, breast and wing ate wing it was cold so i say ok, maybe it was just the wing, so i proceed with the breast it was cold. Ok manager had no problem told me to have them exchange, being that all the food was cold u would think that they would replace both peices ? Not, only the breast i guess because i ate the wing.... lol. i received another cold breast half the size of the first one and wasnt extremely cold but wasnt warm . It was cold and dry . Disappointed. About go elsewhere, only way i can eat this chicken is after i microwave it.

This location is the most unprofessional food industry I have ever placed an order at. They have no sense of urgency, they are very rude. The manager was very very very rude and disrespectful if you dont like your job dont do it. Our order was not accurate or hot. Our pop had mold floating at the top of the cup. A different customer came in after waiting 32 minutes in line drive thru and her order wasnt even being prepared. I waited 38 minutes for a chicken nugget combo. I would not recommend this location to no one. Dont waste your time or money. Note to General Manager improve your store and management team.

This happens to be the closest Popeyes chicken to me and I have always loved the chicken and always had great service, but this location is the worst, I understand that there are bad days but it seemed that everyone there was having a bad day that the passed on to the customers and this is not a one day thing I have been in there once before, I hate to say this Popeyes but KFC has a better attitudes and professional staff than you and even tho your chicken is great I will be taking my business to KFC from now on Signed Ex customer in Westland MI

This is the worst place Ive ever eaten.. it doesnt deserve one star, 40 min wait no ice the employees were rude and plain nasty. It was dirty the food was old yes after waiting 45 minutes.. mold on my bisquit the absolute worse food experience of my entire life. I will be sure to never ever eat Popeyes again. It made me give it one star in order to post. Its as raggedy as the chicken. SMH never again. Twenty dollars I just waisted.

Not for families. Google maps brought me here. I was visiting from out of state. I checked all the reviews for this location and the other nearby ones, theyre all negative. Im giving five stars for the well-prepared hot food, I came during lunch time, may be thats why. Its an industrial area and a lot of workers were there. I was planning to eat in, but decided to take it out to my hotel after I saw the bullet- proof glass.

Not sure what the terrible reviews were from but my family and I had great service. Went for lunch on a Tuesday so not the busiest of times but everything was great. Service was very friendly and quick, had everything ready and fresh (spicy and regular), a very pleasant experience. Will definitely return when in the area again. Dont know what could have been better on our visit.

Food should have took 5 minutes tops to cook. We waited literally over an half hour. After we decided to go in to check on our order,they didnt even know what we had. There was no sense of urgency- slow,rude cashiers. No forks for rice, no napkins. Manager, couldnt manage anything. This is why people dont come to the city to eat,service sucks.

The service and food is HORRIBLE!!! THIS IS MY SECOND TIME HAVING TO COME UP HERE FOR AN ORDEE THAT ISNT MADE RIGHT AND ISNT FRESH. You have to wait over thirty minutes just to get an incorrect order SMH Im highly dissatisfied with the service I received and will no longer come here. Ill go to middle belts location and give them a try.

Some places have a bad day, but this place is just always bad. Chance after chance and they NEVER get it right. The most frustrating part is when they make you pull your car out of line to wait and then give you your food 15 minutes later completely WRONG! Terrible. I wish there was one to go to closer to home with better service!

ghetto staff ESPECIALLY drive-thru, ghetto service, unfriendly & unpleasant service. "Dont care" type of attitudes. ive been here several times(but never again) and the staff all have ghetto & hood dispositions about themselves. this place doesnt deserve 1 star but i had to tap on it in order to write this review.

I ordered 1 shrimp box and it had 2 shrimp and 2 chicken. That I did not complain about but then when I ate it the inside was cool almost cold. And I was wondering did they just have one left over and warmed it back up. So anyway all Im gonna say is that I dont like or eat Popeyes no more afterwards.

The food was outstanding but the service was not. 40 min wait and when we finally did get our order, it was all wrong. The staff was rude and muttering stuff under their breath. As good as the food was, how we were treated sealed the deal. We wont be going back.

Worst service EVER. The ppl working drive thru are uncomprehendable, never get order right, and rude. Was asked to pull up & wait 5 mins.. ended up having to go in to get the food while 10 employees stood around. This location gives "Popeyes" a bad name.

Theres always a line but theyre fairly quick! Sometimes they get the order wrong but not too often. Only con is their intercom system, it sucks you can barely understand what they are saying! Other than that I recommend!

Thinking about it we paid 27.00 for 2 tenderloin baskets, & a side (2oz) of mashed pot. Maybe we were mischarged? Im not gonna lie the food was excellent; however creeped out by bullet proof roll around glass.
