Food and service are just fine, but the mens bathroom constantly smells disgusting!!!!! Ive been there enough that I know it is not an isolated incident either.....It is poorly ventilated and it makes it one of the worst public bathrooms in the area! Its clean but you can barely breathe. Please fix this issue! Update!!!! as of 4/7/16 I have been to this Panera several times since my post about the bathroom and dI have noticed a big difference! The mens bathroom no longer smells horrible. Thank you management for taking care of this issue:)

Dirty restaurant. Bathroom was disgusting. I used hand sanitizer when I got back to the table. Out of the eight tables in our area, only two were cleaned. Nobody came to clean them up the whole time we were there forcing customers to sit at dirty tables. Dusty blinds, dirty floors, even the butter packets were dulrhy...Im so thankful my usual (Canton, MI) restaurant is always clean. It made me uneasy to eat there. Food was good. The good people of Fenton deserve better than this!

The food is good as always but I havent been back since the day I was there and the manager was treating all the workers like crap. They were a heavyset middle aged Caucasian male most likely openly gay. Whatever he was a total jerk and I could hear him from the bathroom yelling at people. The counter lady was so nice and even apologized for him. YOUR STAFF IS APOLOGIZING TO ME FOR YOU YELLING AT THEM! Thats not a place to work.

A long time Panera customer but this location was the worst one ever! Very disappointing. There was no coffee available-the sign said they dont make coffee after 2PM but the gal at the counter offered to make us each a cup and then forgot about us! My soup sat at the counter for a long time before they announced my order was ready. The saddest thing was the manager and staff didnt seem to care. This location needs some work!

I go to this Panera alot - the staff is awesome at personalizing my orders (I have some food allergies) As long as you state it at the beginning of your order you have a food allergy they will accommodate you. Im also currently pregnant and cant have certain ingredients, when I asked what was in a few soups and salads they brought out the recipe books and told me the ingredients. They rock!

I tried to order online and it wouldnt let me go from beginning to the end. The general manager was very helpful but he couldnt get it to work either. So he placed the order and gave the 5.00 offer that I was supposed of gotten if I ordered on line. Its was way harder than it was suppose to of been. Thanks again to the general manager. I only give it a 3 star because of the manager.

I go here all the time. I always get the "pick two". It is one of the few places you can get a nice salad and soup. It is consistently good on the food quality. It is a little pricey but I guess you end up paying for the fresh ingredients. I love going here during the summer, you can even eat outside if you like.
