This is one of the worst locations Ive visited. Orders are consistently wrong via drive-thru. Dining in isnt much better, sadly. When I dined in with my children, they brought out the wrong meal for my daughter, then actually argued with me about it because it was "correct on the receipt." I then ordered a coffee after lunch, which was advertised as $.99 because I had purchased a meal. The manager gave me a hard time about it being "after the original order" and was reluctant to honor that price. If Im paying $25+ for two salads, I dont think expecting order accuracy and decent treatment is too much to ask. Ive been a Panera Rewards member for ten years and have probably spent thousands of dollars with this organization. Im not sure if its because they are a new location and still working the kinks out, or something else, but the staff here needs substantial training and improvement as it relates to customer service.

Food is good because, well, its Paneras-but everything else leaves something to be desired. At first I chalked it up to the fact that it was a new establishment and needed some time to get things in order, but Ive been consistently disappointed with the service. Went through the drive-through and ordered an item, they said they had to go check and see if they had it, they said they did...when we got to the pick-up window they then claimed they did not have it. Annoying, but we got a refund so that was nice. Youd have a better shot eating in, the last time I did that things were far better. Id still go back because...its Paneras and I love the food but I can only hope the service has improved at some point.

The server was terrible today around 2: 00 pm. When delivering our meals, he was sloppy, disheveled, rude, dismissive, inept. I thought maybe he was intellectually deficient, but he was just tired, upset, flamboyant, the worst representation for customer to company contact. He accused me of lying about not getting my bagel, when he failed to deliver it. When I went for more dressing, he said "WHAT" I got it myself. He said to the worker, it is time for me to go. He really ruined the visit.

We had lunch inside. Yes, it was fast service but their seating system confuses the waiters. I was asked four different times if "this" was what we had ordered (all in less than 5 minutes) until they had finally brought out the lunch we ordered. Their make it convenient for you, but not the staff "table beacons" are not put to good use there. Or they just dont get the idea of it.?. To sum it up it is more or less a poorly glorified Subway, only Subways food tastes better.

It is a newer location so they dont QUITE have the flow down. Depending on when you go you could wait a while for you food. It has the updated "order from a tablet" set-up and a drive-thru. Sometimes if you order a bagel you have to wait to get it from the back. They have a nice staff that will deliver your food to your table. Food is put together well, coffee is good, havent had any issues other than waiting sometimes!

Went to their drive thru and ordered a strawberry poppy seed chicken salad, and unfortunately they forgot the chicken. I called them and they offered to give me a free drink for my next visit or come back to get the chicken. I declined their offer since it would be no use to me for a free drink nor did i want to drive back for their mistake. I hope they would improve on their management skills.

This is one of the best Panera locations. Staff have always been friendly and attentive. Staff go out of their way to ensure your order is correct. Food has always been great and fresh. Tables do need to be cleaned more regularly. Dont know why their are negative reviews here, only experienced positive here.

The service was fantastic but I felt mislead by their sandwich options. With little to go off from the menu, Panera leaves you to ask or guess what is on most of their items. The pastries were dry and hard from sitting out for the majority of the day but still retained their guaranteed sweet taste.

Dont go thru drive thru. First experience the car in front of me gave girl a set of keys with panera card, girl gave him his food as he drove away she said oh he forgot his keys and was laughing! Next time I got someone elses order. I love panera in Brighton. Worth the extra 7 miles.

Im in love with their fresh salads. I had the one with strawberries and blueberries and it was delicious. 4 stars because the prices are quite high and the tables were dirty. There was like 5 people in the restaurant, I feel someone could have had time to check the dinning area.

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the food is good. This place is trashed all the time. Wait staff is rude. And orders are consistently wrong. I wish it would get better because it is the closest location to me. I will review again in 6 months

Great staff, great food! The manager was waiting tables, and when I ordered 4 bear claws to take home with me, the clerk asked if I wanted one on a plate to eat here! I was planning on pulling one out to eat there anyway! I would definitely go back

Very impressed with this Panera. I have never seen the kiosks that let you order and sit down before. Our food was brought to us instead of standing at a counter waiting. Food looked and tasted great. I wish the Lansing Panera was like this one!

Favorite place to eat. I love the cheese and broccoli soup in the bread bowl and the Thai salad. My favorite bread is the Asiago cheese bread. They also donate their breads to non-profit organizations. Love this place!
