I have been a loyal customer at this store for 7 1/2 years. I disagree with Linda and Mariah. The second you walk in the store you are greeted. There is never a time you pass an employee that they dont say hi and offer to help you find something. You dont find that at Kroger. Betty is super friendly and helpful. Kay is awesome as well. Bob has done an amazing job with the customer service and moral at this store. I remember when I moved to Dacula and Bob was assistant manager acting store manager as they didnt have a manager at the time. The store was awesome then as it is now. I will not go to the Publix on Dacula road. The customer service isnt the same. I have never seen any employee at this Publix be rude or disrespectful to a customer. You can tell they clearly enjoy their job. Thats what makes this the Publix where shopping is a pleasure. It makes me angry when people write bad reviews for no good reason. You not only hurt the employees but also the business. If you have a legitimate complaint, talk to the manager. Dont bash the employees. If you dont like the excellent customer service this publix offers, please by all means go to Kroger. That might suit you better.

Let me set something straight. I am not friends with Shay or Betty, or anyone else who works at Publix. I have never seen them outside the store. I see them when I shop and they are nothing but courteous and professional. I dont like it when people who have no moral code try and badmouth or put down hard working people. Linda is wrong about Betty. She is ALWAYS super pleasant, happy, and very professional. She always asks me about my children and makes me feel like she is truly glad to see me. I know that she probably has to put on a happy face while she is on the clock, but she makes everyone feel like she truly cares about them. She is funny, witty, and has a great sense of humor. I dont think Ive ever met anyone who is as good at remembering names as she is. She seems like she knows all the customers who walk in there by name. It makes that Publix feel like a little community store where we always feel welcome and a little bit like an extended family. If there is someone who doesnt like or get along with Betty, then there is something wrong with that person, not Betty. She is a major asset to the company, and you should have more employees like her.

I go to this location on a weekly basis, Im always greeted and most of the staff who are superficially pleasant enough however, Yesterday was by far a solidifying moment for the Publix branding customer experience. I walked in to the store with my daughter as I have many other days to grab a quick item and walked over to the bakery. We were greeted by the friendliest employee there (Jacob), who not only helped us but made my daughter happy by giving her a sample cup of cake with the pink frosting on top. this was awesome because my wife and I wanted a simple chocolate cake and when my daughter didnt get the cake with the pink frosting she was on the verge of a melt down, Jacob not only recognized this but made a swift and decisive action to intervene by offering an option to sate her. This is not only an example of outstanding customer service and but qualities of a great leader. In my personal opinion Jacob should be considered for promotion at the next earliest opportunity as he seemed highly qualified and a definite asset and credit to this company.

They are always out of stock on certain items like certain types of tomatoes, deli meats and propane tanks,etc...and when asked why Betty in customer service always has some smart alec comment. I asked how long the propane guy could take to restock and she replied, "as long as it takes". I then said, with a smile on my face,"Why are you guys always out of propane?" She replied, " Cause you people are always exchanging them!" with quite an attitude. The only thing I ever buy there anymore is the propane, because they arent ever very busy compared to the much better Publix that is only a few miles from this location. That Publix is always busy, and with customer service reps like Betty I can see why.

Everytime I visit this Publix, at least 3 people ask if I need help or say hello. Very friendly store. The bathrooms are clean everytime! The store is well organized and clean. I am always asked if I need help out to the car. The pharmacy staff is also very friendly. Helpful with questions and concerns. Great location.
