Less than stellar Customer Service tonight. I went in about 9:45 pm and ended up waiting waiting in line for 20 plus minutes because they only had one cashier working. Clearly she was not happy. I watched her roll her eyes, give dirty looks at other customers in front of me and the items they had in their carts. She wouldnt say hello, she didnt ask if they had a rewards cards, she didnt say thank you. When I finally got to the check out I was overly nice and she wouldnt say hello or even look at me. The check out person was wonderful and made up for it. She didnt thank me for my $100.00 purchase or anything. If I wanted poor service I would have went to Walmart. I love this store so I will go back but not be waited on by her I will walk out.

The people are always friendly, customers and employees alike. The deli has a wonderful selection on their hot bar and salad bars as well as deli meats and cheeses. Their rotisserie chickens are always hot and fresh. If you want a good fresh sub made to order, ask for Albert! The kids love their free cookies from the bakery (which makes shopping with them a little easier). The produce is always fresh. The fact that its only crowded near holidays, means you dont have people trying to shove you out of the way or being rude like at a couple of the other grocery stores in the area.

All the Ingles Ive been to in Georgia and South Carolina have decent hot food bars to choose what you want to eat from that runs around $5 and some change - and a separate area with tables and chairs and usually free Wi-Fi where you can sit down and eat your food and work on your laptop. The only suggestion I have would be for the ones that dont have free Wi-Fi then get out of the Stone Age and get it installed!

My girlfriend and I started shopping at Ingles all the time about 3 months ago. The staff is so friendly and helpful. And the store is absolutely spotless. The best part is we safe $75 to $100 every week compared to the other grocery chains in our area.

This is a very nice Ingles. Its very new and its huge. They have a very nice deli and produce section. During spring they sell lots of outdoor flowers that are outside on display. I was impressed with size and selection at this store!
