Afternoon Delight
Like most Publix grocery stores, the employees, food selection, availability and cleanliness of the store is superb...I would like to personally say that Christian ( a young, African American male who is a student at Georgia State University) who is a cashier at this location is EXTREMELY MANNERABLE, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL...This young mans attitude completely enhanced my shopping experience today at Publix... Outstanding person and employee...

Great customer service here. Unfortunately I cant say the same about the fried chicken drumetts. I eat publix chicken for lunch quite often and this batch was the driest and most overcooked chicken I have ever gotten from a publix. Next time I wont be so hungry and take the time to check my food before I leave. I would give them another shot though because the people are super nice, it could have just been a bad or old batch.

One of the store clerks came up to me with another buggy because she noticed mine wasnt rolling properly. That happen a few years ago, and Publix is still my favorite. I find their produce to be superior.

The Publix on 78, among some others have a long way to go when it comes to customer service. They are extremely rude (managers) and mistreat customers & employees. What a shame

Out of stock didnt have what I wanted. To buy ground beef I always have to wait because packages are over 1.5lbs, why? I can go elsewhere and not wait.
