I just went there today. I ordered the whole (not half) macaroni & cheese and the half chicken caesar salad. The cashier didnt seem to know the menu as she asked me if I wanted the bread bowl of mac & cheese or the small. The menu clearly says half or whole and nothing about the bread bowl. She just kept saying that they have changed everything around on her. I ended up getting the half macaroni & cheese instead of the whole, but the rest of the order was right. The food was good. I tend to be a bit of a picky eater and dont generally order their sandwiches as a result, except the grilled cheese. I like the potato soup and their tomato soup.

I love the bagels, coffee, and sandwiches at Panera Bread, but this particular location has a couple issues. First, the dining area rarely seems to get swept; there are crumbs all over the floor (and sometimes the tables and chairs) no matter what time I go in. Second, the place is staffed almost exclusively by kooks. Theyre either surly and unfriendly or just over-the-top weird.

I love this Panera! Management and staff are always welcoming, and I never wait more than a few minutes for my order. I have stopped using two other Panera stores that are closer to me because they have dirty bathrooms, messy rugs all of the time, etc. At this location, if the floor has crumbs on the floor, they are cleaned up as soon as there is a lull. Keep up the good work!

This is one of the better Paneras I have been too, the food is always good and fresh, the counter workers are always friendly, and the service is fairly quick. This is what Ive come to expect out of any good panera. The only downside to this location is that it isnt all that clean every time Im there.

I have never ate in here, as I always get rapid pick up for my lunch at work. My food is always out and ready to go, and has never been incorrect. I cannot speak on the staff since I havent interacted with them (hence 1 star off), but so far I have ordered a handful of times and has always been smooth.

Im usually a lover of Panera. I previously worked for them when I was younger as well. So when I called to place an order while driving and they insisted I needed a credit card to do so because of a new system. It seems to me they would be able to create/take an order without an issue like that.

I always like Panera and go all the time however this location is very very skimpy on their portions, Ive gone to Panera for quit a few years to know when Ive been short changed. Dont like leaving a place to still be hungry. Will definitely skip this location for good!

Hit or miss with this Panera. Very nice management and people but somehow, my orders are consistently inconsistent. Food is good when eaten inside the restaurant, however, take-out can be messy and missing items.

They never get my order wrong but they have the worst parking lot in the world. Theres like 4 businesses right there and the parking lot isnt big enough for one of them.

Ive never spend more than 10 dollars.today somehow I spent 12.00, on lunch!!!!! Thats awful. I wont eat there again:/ Its not steak. Im very unhappy.
