This location is poorly run and doesnt follow through on the posted signs about if your order is incorrect you get a free pastry. Three times now they have not included the cookie when its been part of a Fast Pickup ordered online. The first time we just let it go. The second time my husband caught after they handed him the bags. The third time (today) we didnt catch it until hed gotten home. My husband drove all the way back and all they did was refund the cost of the cookie and gave him the cookie I had ordered in the first place. He also told them this was the second or third time this had happened. Any other location we would have been offered a coupon for a pick-two or extra cookies, something to make up for the inconvenience and gas of driving back for a cookie. Instead, this place just treated my husband like he was lieing to get a free cookie. Ive also had them substitute toppings on sandwiches without asking or telling me because they didnt have the correct ones. They put pickled onions on a sandwich that was advertised as having caramelized onions. Their excuse was that the caramelized were being taken off the menu, which started the next day, so they didnt have anymore. It was quite an idea when I told them they needed to tell the cashiers that so they could tell the customer about the menu changes. I cant eat raw onions so the substitute rendered my sandwich inedible for me. That time they did get me a new sandwich and a cookie to make up for it. It shouldnt and wouldnt have been a problem to begin with if management had done their jobs and told the staff to inform customers at the register about the changes. I would have just ordered a different item. Im very on the fence about ever going to this branch ever again. The Ford Rd. location, while much busier, doesnt make as many mistakes and when they do they fix them properly.

This place is horrible. Not only is Panera in general overly expensive for NO reason, but when you decide to pay the price to have the food you want it fresh, quick and DONE RIGHT. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here they mess up my order. I always check my bag before I even move because its guaranteed they messed it up. I go through the drive through today on my lunch HOUR and was in line there for 30 minutes. Not only did they make my sandwich wrong but it took almost 10 minutes to make my smoothie. So as they were making my smoothie I had my food and realized my meal was not correct. As I am sitting there starring through the window holding the sandwich out the window no one came. Several employees were standing there not doing a thing. No one was rushing around or looked no where near as busy as it should have been for the line that was backed up behind me. So after the lady finally comes back to the window with my smoothie 10 minutes later I inform her of my meal being wrong. she apologizes and then I have to wait even LONGER for another sandwich. In the meantime she offers me a cookie............ like what. I paid $16.00 for my meal (soup, 1/2 sandwich & smoothie) and its messed up and I have been waiting for almost a half hour, Im going to be late back to work and you offer me a cookie!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO I DONT WANT YOUR COOKIE. If I wanted a cookie id order a cookie. what horrible service. NEVER AGAIN.

Friendly but careless. I recently got home with oatmeal for my grandson. He said " I dont like this grandma" .... there was honestly about a half a cup of cinnamon in it. It had to be thrown out..it looked like chocolate. It was very disappointing for him. His treat from Panera turned into a peanut butter sandwich. Another time I had to call the Panera because I got home and there was no tuna on my tuna sandwich. I dont live close to Panera so going back just wasnt an option. The fruit cup will either be filled to the brim or only halfway full....nothing is real consistent here. Always check everything if you got here before you leave. Panera bread is one of my favorite places to eat, but I generally avoid this one there others that are so much better and consistent.

I dont know why my family and I continue to give this panera the benefit of the doubt. I thought maybe since they were new and just starting out I would give a chance. But time and time again I have been let down. Its one thing to have the drive thru be extremely slow, but on top of that our orders are always wrong! Or something is always missing. I think today is the last straw and I will not be returning back to this panera. Talking to the managers doesnt seem to help....they just like to throw free pastries at you.

This rating is not a reflection of Panera Bread, but for this particular location. The two previous times I went here, the service was extremely slow and watching them be totally disorganized on the orders was no exception today. Therefore, three strikes and this location.. never again. The cashier was very nice and prompt, but if you have to pick up an order from the other counter.... FORGET... and save yourself the agony.

Food was very good which is always my experience at Panera. Used the online ordering for the first time and went to this location for the first time. A drink was missing from the order so went back to pick that up with the receipt that stated a treat would be given for an incorrect order. Picked up the missing Iced Green Tea with no ice in it, no treat mentioned nor an apology given. Not very happy about my visit.

A different meat was put on my Sierra turkey , could be carved turkey or chicken , no warning or anything ...every panera has made this sandwich the same way for years , warn me and Ill change my order, dont give me something I have to force myself to eat, threw half out...disappointed

I went to panera bread for the first time last week, I was so disappointed I got a tuna salad sandwich and a ceaser salad. The sandwich had really no tuna and the salad was just lettuce and croutons. Very disappointing.

This was my first time at this Panera! It is conveniently located between Canton and Ypsilanti, and is easily accessible. I would go here for a quick business lunch, or even for a quick dinner. It was clean and quick!

Slow slow slow... just go to the one on Ford Rd. Christmas came around 3x while I was waiting in the drive thru food my food. Theyve been here long enough for them to have better service than what they offer.

This place was slammed when I arrived at noon. They dont have much parking, be prepared to park in the lot adjacent and walk a bit. The seating area was tidy, they serve you at your seat and it was very fast.

My hazelnut coffee was so watered down that it looked like dirty water! It tasted like hot water and although I know their usual coffee isnt this bad from other Paneras, this location has very poor service.
