I never even got an opportunity to order. I wanted to order take out. I sat at the bar witb no acknowledgement for about 10 min. I had to ask for a menu barmaid handed it to me and walked away. Mean while no drink or water ever offered. So i finaly got ready to order the manager asks me is it sjne in or take out. I said take out. He said well take out is a 30 min wait. He also walked away i sat there for about another 10 min to see if someone was going to come back to take my order noone even came back. I hate bad customer service and will never return to this Red Lobster again. Joes Crab Shack will continue to get my money every other week.

When we went to red lobster, believed it would be a good time to be with my friends and mom.Instead, we waited for about 1 hour for our food, which tasted stale, even though the restraunt was only about a third of the way full. When we did get our food, my steak was over spiced and my french fries were undersalted and overcooked. My mothers crab was oversalted and was overcooked. When i got desert, it was only a 1 inch long piece of brownie and the called it brownie overload?????

I have a dairy allergy and the chefs completely refused to work with me. Ive been to restaurants who claim to be half as prestigious as red lobster that worked with me to get my meal to my liking. But here at red lobster the chefs lazily brushed off my requests for substitutes or work arounds as if they have never been in a kitchen and have no culinary knowledge. I will not be coming back to this location or any red lobster for that matter.

Michaelynn was an extremely tentative waiter and sweet. Its hard to eat in public with my ADHD atypical child but she made the transitions very smooth for him and treated him like a person even when he fell out the booth and wasted a little bit of his juice. Often the 50 and up crowd attend and make a young single mom like me feel less than but this lady made it worth it. Shrimp and lobster for everyone! !!!

Hit and miss...sometimes 5 stars but Tuesday at lunch our waitress rolled her eyes a lot, got orders wrong, didnt keep drinks full, didnt bring food for all of us until some were done eating and forgot some add ons. We are big tippers but we did not tip bigTuesday at lunch. A waitress is the restaurant contact that causes the less than stellar rating.

Red Lobsters quality has been diminishing for a while. Out last time here was a fairly good example. The Alfredo sauce was oily and separated, the lobster bisque didnt contain much actual lobster and the presentations just leave a little to be desired. Their desserts are still on point, but there are better places in the valley for good seafood.

Came here to this restaurant to celebrate getting a new job. I cant say enough how great the service was. Our waiter was Stuart, and he was great. He answered our questions very knowledgeable. The drink I ordered was out and he recommended one that was amazing. Very happy with my dinner tonight. Nice to end a long day at work with great service!

After siting there until the whole waiting area had cleared out and them calling 3 couples and a party of three that all got there after us we got up and left. I walked up to the host stand laid the pager on the counter and walked out without any of the 3 hostess saying a word i us. Never going back!

My wife and myself enjoyed the dinner here once again our appetizer "calamari with lightly battered brocoli" was great and our main dish "Lobster bake bowl with linguine , garlic and tomato was amazing & the service was absolutely perfect our server Shalena W. Was awesome !!!!

Great service. Gloria was our waitress & did great job. Food was really good for both of us. New Years Eve. The place is hopping. And the waiters didnt seem to slow down at all. Gave it 4 stars only because we got stuck back by the kitchen. Oh well. Someone had to sit here.

The dinnerware and silverware were dirty. And There Was A Big In My Brothers Food. But Our Waiter Was Very Nice And Respectful. Really Appreciated The Service That He Gave Myself And My Family. Hes The Only Reason That They Got The One Star From Me.

The prices have gone up and the place is unbelievably dark. When I moved the stuff on the table before the food came it was so dirty behind it. I used my phone light and now understand why its so dark. So you cant see the dirtyness

You know what you are getting. Nothing extraordinary but if youre looking for quick seafood that you know will taste good, this your place. Service is usually good. Restrooms are almost always clean.

We always go 2 or 3 times during endless shrimp. Our waitress, Donna, is the best waitress we have ever had in any restaurant. The food is excellent, and at 16.99 the endless shrimp is a real value
